Заявлений об'єкт чи виріб має принаймні одну мітку та належить до цінних паперів, банкнот, паспортів, особових посвідчень, посвідчень водія, офіційних дозволів, перепусток, марок, податкових марок чи бандеролей, транспортних квитків, квитків на участь у різноманітних заходах, етикеток, плівок, пакувань, запасних частин або споживчих товарів. Заявлене застосування мітки для відстеження об'єкта чи виробу, які належать до цінних паперів, банкнот, паспортів, особових посвідчень, посвідчень водія, офіційних дозволів, перепусток, марок, податкових марок чи бандеролей, транспортних квитків, квитків на участь у різноманітних заходах, етикеток, плівок, пакувань, запасних частин або споживчих товарів.
