本实用新型涉及一种防伪验伪系统。特别是涉及手机和电子标签 RFID相结合的防伪验 伪技术。
背景技术
目前, 公知的防伪手段也比较多, 包括条码、 数码电码、 激光、 RFID等多种方式。 但 是假货却屡禁不止, 令厂家和消费者蒙受重大损失。 究其原因, 一是消费者没有简便易 行的辨别手段; 二是防伪企业陷入了加密-被破解 -再加密-再被破解的道高一尺魔高一丈 的怪圈; 三是造假者的造假水平越来越高, 更有甚者直接回收原厂包装物 (茅台酒瓶被 高价回收) 后形成的 "真瓶装假酒" 的方式坑害消费者。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种 NFC手机和电子标签 RFID结合式防伪系统, 以解决传统 的防伪手段存在的使用繁琐和易被破解等技术问题。
为了实现上述发明目的, 本实用新型采用如下技术方案- 一种 NFC手机和电子标签 RFID结合式防伪系统, 包括: 由贴在商品或外包装上的一 次性易碎防撕电子标签或贴在证卡上的非防撕电子标签或贴在证卡上的防撕电子标签组 成的防伪验伪标识、 由加装有对所述电子标签进行识别的 NFC功能软件的手机和存放有 物品身份信息的后台信息数据库; 所述手机通过无线通讯网络系统和互联网络与后台信 息数据库联通进行双向通信。
对于一次性消费物品, 在最后一道封口处加封一次性易损防撕电子标签。
对于证卡, 所述的非防撕电子标签是加封在证卡内的。
本实用新型的有益效果是, 具备 NFC功能的手机, 只要手机可以上网的地方就可以验 证真伪, 使验伪真正走向大众, 不再是资深人士的专利; 新兴技术的发展使包装物没有 了二次利用价值, 对造假者, 尤其是一次性消费品的造假者起到了非常积极的遏制作用 和震慑作用; 通过对验伪动态数据的分析, 该方案还可为防止窜货提供了有效技术手段, 能帮助企业规范营销渠道, 提高市场份额。

具体实施方式
本实用新型为了克服目前消费者不能简便有效区分品牌商品真伪的不足,提供一种 利用手机的 NFC功能读取预装在品牌商品上的电子标签, 当时即可获取该商品的身份信 息。 本实用新型由贴在商品或外包装上的一次性易碎防撕电子标签或贴在证卡上的非防 撕电子标签或贴在证卡上的防撕电子标签组成的防伪验伪标识、 由加装有对所述电子标 签进行识别的 NFC功能软件的手机和后台信息数据库组成。所述手机通过 internet互联 网络与后台信息数据库联通进行双向通信。手机读取的电子标签信息通过 internet网与 后台数据库进行在线比对验证后获得物品身份信息, 物品身份信息存在后台数据库内, 而非存在于标签本身。
具体地说, 本实用新型利用电子标签 ID号的全球唯一性和手机 NFC功能对电子标签的 可识别性 (免费下载我方开发的手机识别应用软件即可), ①对于一次性消费品牌商品 (烟、 酒、 茶、 饮料、 奶粉等), 通过在商品外壳(最里层, 非次外层包装)封口开启处, 加封一次性易碎防撕电子标签, 商品经过验伪为正品后即可消费, 封口一经开封, 电子 标签即告报废, 封口开启前, 可以无限次验伪。 ②对于证卡 (身份证、 毕业证、 学生证、 专业证书、 护照、 驾驶证、 车牌、 银行卡等) 等非一次性消费的物品, 我们采取同样的 验证方式, 而电子标签若采用非防撕电子标签需加封在证卡内。 ③通过验证信息, 厂家 还可以动态了解相关产品的物流情况。
通过实施该方案, 可以明显起到增强消费者购买信心, 提升产品信誉, 树立企业形象 的作用。
通过 NFC手机验伪的动态信息可以随时反馈给厂家,厂家通过对数据的综合分析可以 实现对自己生产的品牌商品的动态跟踪和管理 。
本实用新型实施过程主要有三步:
第一步: 数据库的初始化。 这里指的是所需防伪的物品或证卡的自身身份信息, 也 就是需要防伪一方想呈现给有验伪需求一方的信息资料的录入数据库的过程。 数据库资 料中, 每一个具体身份信息资料对应唯一一个号码, 这个号码就是电子标签 RFID的 ID号。

第二步: 防伪需求单位将预先订制的专用电子标签完好无损地对应密封于所需防伪 物品的合适位置。
①对于一次性消费品牌商品 (烟、 酒、 茶、 饮料、 奶粉等), 电子标签采用易损防撕 工艺加以封装, 一经消费, 电子标签即报废, 不报废则不能实现正常的最终消费。
②对于证卡 (身份证、 毕业证、 学生证、 专业证书、 护照、 驾驶证、 车牌、 银行卡 等) 等非一次性消费的物品, 因使用期限都比较久或终身使用, 电子标签可以优先考虑 采用非易损工艺加以封装, 无限次验证。
第三步: 经过防伪处理的物品发行前进行验伪抽样检查, 并通过有效渠道进行验伪 普及宣传, 使受众群体尽量最大化。
随着具有 NFC功能手机的普及, 使人人可验真伪, 人人可打假将成为一种可能, 尤其 杜绝了通过克隆品牌产品外包装或回收原厂包装重新销售的情形。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种 NFC手机和电子标签 RFID结合式防伪系统, 其特征 在于, 对于一次性消费物品, 在最后一道封口处加封一次性易损防撕电子标签。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种 NFC手机和电子标签 RFID结合式防伪系统, 其特征 在于, 对于证卡, 所述的非防撕电子标签是加封在证卡内的。
