Description
本創作係有關於一種避震器之潤滑結構,尤指一種由兩種材質之套管相互套設結合而成之兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構。
按,自行車除了為基本交通工具之外,更具有休閒、運動以及環保的特性,符合現代人對休閒生活、健身及環保訴求的高度重視,因此於現今社會中自行車越來越受到大眾歡迎,而為了增加自行車騎乘時的舒適性,通常會在前叉、后車架或座管等立管設置避震器,藉以吸收騎乘時路面所傳來的衝擊力,達到緩和震動的效果。
習知避震器,最常見的結構主要係由一外管內穿設一軸桿,該外管內壁與該軸桿一端間組設一可壓縮與彈伸之減震裝置,該外管內壁與該軸桿外周間套設一潤滑用之軸承,該軸承為滾珠軸承或滾柱軸承,藉由該軸承使得軸桿與外管間可相對順利升降滑移。然而,該種避震器所使用之軸承不僅成本高、體積大,並且為考量公差太小會影響軸桿與外管間之升降滑移,故需具有一定的公差,以致避震時撞擊的頻率及力量增加,而造成使用壽命短。
是以,乃有業者利用鐵氟龍套管(自潤軸承)取代上述軸承,藉由鐵氟龍材質的特性,達到成本低、體積小、公差小的效益;但該
種鐵氟龍套管的強度太弱,當受到較大衝擊時便易裂開失去作用,使用壽命短,實用性不佳,如欲利用加厚的方式增加鐵氟龍套管的強度,則又會失去體積小的優點,造成體積太大,而確有加以改良之必要。
本創作人有鑑於習知自行車立管避震器使用之潤滑用軸承及鐵氟龍套管,具有成本高、體積大、使用壽命短及強度太弱等缺點,是以乃思及設計的意念,經多方探討與試作樣品試驗,及多次修正改良後,終推出本創作。
本創作提供一種兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構,其潤滑結構係應用於兩輪車輛立管避震器,套設於兩輪車輛立管避震器之一外管與一軸桿間,該外管設有一管內孔,該軸桿為多角形,該潤滑結構包含:一自潤層,為化合材料製成,具有一內孔與一外周面,該內孔為多角形,用以供該軸桿穿設於防轉狀態下活動升降滑移;及一保護套管,為金屬材質製成,具有一內結合孔與一外結合面,該保護套管套設於該自潤層外側包覆,該保護套管之內結合孔與該自潤層之外周面結合,該保護套管連同該自潤層穿設於該兩輪車輛立管避震器之外管內,該保護套管之外結合面與兩輪車輛立管避震器之外管固設結合;該自潤層與該軸桿為可上下滑動的配合接觸。
本創作之主要目的,在於其不僅可藉由自潤層達到成本低、體積小、公差小的效益,並且該自潤層外側包覆一保護套管,而可避免自潤層受到較大衝擊時裂開失去作用,耐用性提升,使用壽命延長。

請參閱第一圖、第二圖,本創作兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構,其潤滑結構10包含:一自潤層11及一保護套管12,其中該自潤層11為化合材料(如鐵氟龍)製成,具有一內孔111與一外周面112,該內孔111為多角形,於本實施例該內孔111為六角形,該保護套管12為金屬材質製成,具有一內結合孔121與一外結合面122,該內結合孔121與外結合面122為多角形,於本實施例該內結合孔121與外結合面122為六角形,該保護套管12設於該自潤層11外側包覆,該保護套管12之內結合孔121與該自潤層11之外周面112結合,而得以該保護套管12保護該自潤層11。
詳言之,該保護套管12為金屬板材所彎折成形,該自潤層11預先結合於該保護套管12並與該保護套管12一起彎折成形。
如第三圖、第四圖、第五圖及第六圖所示,該潤滑結構10係應用於一兩輪車輛立管避震器20,該兩輪車輛立管避震器20除潤滑結構10外,另包含有一外管21、一軸桿22及一減震裝置23,其中該外管21設有一管內孔211,該管內孔211為多角形,該軸桿22為與該自潤層11內孔111對
應的多角形,該軸桿22穿設於該外管21內,該減震裝置23組設於該外管21內壁與該軸桿22一端間可壓縮與彈伸,該潤滑結構10穿設於該外管21內,套設於該外管21與該軸桿22間,該潤滑結構10之保護套管12的外結合面122與該兩輪車輛立管避震器20之外管21的管內孔211利用膠合方式固設結合,該潤滑結構10之自潤層11的內孔111供該軸桿22穿設滑套,而可藉由該潤滑結構10使得該外管21於防轉狀態下與該軸桿22相對順利升降滑移,透過減震裝置23的壓縮與彈伸,達到緩和震動之避震效果。
由上述具體實施例之結構,可得到下述之效益:本創作兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構,其不僅可藉由自潤層11達到成本低、體積小、公差小的效益,並且該自潤層11外側包覆一保護套管12保護,而可藉由該保護套管12避免自潤層11受到較大衝擊時裂開失去作用,耐用性提升,使用壽命延長。
綜上所述,本創作確實已經達於突破性之結構,而具有改良之創作內容,同時又能夠達到產業上利用性與進步性,當符合專利法之規定,爰依法提出新型專利申請,懇請 鈞局審查委員授予合法專利權,至為感禱。

Claims (6)
- 一種兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構,其潤滑結構係應用於兩輪車輛立管避震器,套設於兩輪車輛立管避震器之一外管與一軸桿間,該外管設有一管內孔,該軸桿為多角形,該潤滑結構包含:一自潤層,為化合材料製成,具有一內孔與一外周面,該內孔為多角形,用以供該軸桿穿設於防轉狀態下升降滑移;及一保護套管,為金屬材質製成,具有一內結合孔與一外結合面,該保護套管設於該自潤層外側包覆,該保護套管之內結合孔與該自潤層之外周面結合,該保護套管連同該自潤層穿設於該兩輪車輛立管避震器之外管內,該保護套管之外結合面與兩輪車輛立管避震器之外管固設結合;該自潤層與該軸桿為可上下滑動的配合接觸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構,其中該自潤層為鐵氟龍材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構,其中該保護套管的內結合孔與外結合面為多角形,該外管的管內孔為多角形,該保護套管外結合面的多角形與該外管管內孔的多角形結合。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構,其中該自潤層內孔與該軸桿為六角形。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構,其中該保護套管的外結合面與該兩輪車輛立管避震器之外管的管內孔係利用膠合方式固設結合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之兩輪車輛立管避震潤滑結構,其中該保護套 管為金屬板材所彎折成形,該自潤層預先結合於該保護套管並與該保護套管一起彎折成形。
