Abstract

Description
本發明關於用於電子裝置,特別為用於有機電致發光裝置之材料,及包含該等材料之電子裝置,特別為有機電致發光裝置。
其中有機半導體被用作功能性材料的有機電致發光裝置(OLED)之結構說明於例如US 4539507、US 5151629、EP 0676461和WO 98/27136中。在此所使用的發光材料逐漸改為展現磷光而非螢光的有機金屬銥錯合物。由於量子力學的原因,使用有機金屬化合物作為磷光發光體可使能量及功率效率增加多達四倍。然而在OLED的情況中,尤其是在展現三重態發光(磷光)之OLED的情況中,通常仍有改進的需求,例如關於效率、操作電壓及壽命方面。
磷光OLED的性質不只是由所使用的三重態發光體來決定。特定言之,所使用的其他材料在此亦具有特別的重要性,諸如基質材料、電洞阻擋材料、電子傳輸材料、電
洞傳輸材料及電子-或激子阻擋材料。該等材料的改進因此亦可導致OLED性質的顯著改進,特別是關於材料的效率、壽命及熱穩定性。
本發明的目的係提供適合用於OLED的化合物,特別是作為磷光發光體之基質材料,但是亦作為電洞阻擋材料、作為電子傳輸材料或隨意地作為電荷產生層的材料。本發明進一步的目的係提供更多用於有機電致發光裝置之有機半導體,以提供熟習本技術領域者對製造OLED之材料有更大可能的選擇性。
已知具有芳族雜環基團(諸如二苯並呋喃和二苯並噻吩)之化合物有用於OLED中,通常作為發光材料之主體,或有用於彼等的電荷攜帶性質。二苯並呋喃或二苯並噻吩可經取代基(如芳族或雜芳族基團)取代,以獲得具有適合的電荷攜帶性質之化合物。
EP 2372803、CN 102850334、EP 1885818說明包含具有與二苯並呋喃骨架或二苯並噻吩骨架鍵結之芳族基團、雜芳族基團或芳基胺基團之化合物的OLED。
US 2012/0119196、WO 2013/132278、WO2015/050173和US2015/0108449說明包含具有與芳族雜環基團鍵結之丙二烯合茀環之化合物的OLED。
驚訝地發現極佳的性能可以包含在一側與丙二烯合茀骨架及在另一側與特定的芳族或雜芳族基團直接鍵結之二苯並呋喃基或二苯並噻吩基的化合物達成。更特定言之,下文更詳細說明的本發明化合物非常適合用於OLED中且
導致有機電致發光裝置在效率、壽命及/或操作電壓方面的改進。改進在此特別關於發光效率。更特定言之,包含作為紅色或黃色磷光發光體(介於2.4與1.8eV之間的三重態T1)之發光層中的基質材料或主體之本發明化合物的OLED展現在發光效率方面的改進性質,同時維持在操作電壓及壽命方面非常良好的性質。本發明因此關於該等化合物及包含下文所述類型的化合物之電子裝置,特別為有機電致發光裝置。
就本發明的目的而言,應用下列的化學基團定義:在本發明的意義中,芳基含有6至60個芳族環原子;在本發明的意義中,雜芳基含有5至60個芳族環原子,其中至少一者為雜原子。雜芳基較佳地含有最多三個
雜原子於環中。雜原子較佳地選自N、O和S。這代表基本定義。若在本發明的說明中指出其他的優先選擇,例如關於存在的芳族環原子或雜原子數目,則應用該等說明。
芳基或雜芳基在此意指單純的芳族環(亦即苯),或單純的雜芳族環(例如吡啶、嘧啶、噻吩等等),或縮合(condensed)(稠合(annellated))芳族或雜芳族多環(例如萘、菲、喹啉或咔唑)。在本申請案的意義中,縮合(稠合)芳族或雜芳族多環係由二或更多個彼此稠合之單純的芳族或雜芳族環所組成。

依照本發明的定義之芳氧基意指經由氧原子鍵結的如上文定義之芳基。類似的定義適用於雜芳氧基。

本發明因此另外關於包含根據本發明的化合物及至少一種另外的化合物之調合物。另外的化合物可為例如溶劑,特別為前述溶劑中之一者或該等溶劑之混合物。然而,另外的化合物亦可為至少一種同樣地用於電子裝置中之另外的有機或無機化合物,例如發光化合物及/或另外的基質材料。與有機電致發光裝置有關之適合的發光化合物及另外的基質材料於下文指出。這進一步的化合物亦可為聚合物。
根據本發明的化合物適合用於電子裝置,特別用於有機電致發光裝置。本發明因此另外關於根據本發明的化合物在電子裝置中,特別在有機電致發光裝置中的用途。本發明又另外關於包含至少一種根據本發明的化合物之電子裝置。
在本發明的意義中,電子裝置為包含至少一層包含至少一種有機化合物之裝置。此組件亦可包含無機材料或亦包含完全自無機材料所建構之層。電子裝置較佳地選自由下列所組成之群組:有機電致發光裝置(OLED)、有機積體電路(O-IC)、有機場效電晶體(O-FET)、有機薄膜電晶體(O-TFT)、有機發光電晶體(O-LET)、有機太陽能電池(O-SC)、染料敏化之有機太陽能電池(DSSC)、有機光學偵
測器、有機感光器、有機場淬滅裝置(O-FQD)、發光電化學電池(LEC)、有機雷射二極體(O-laser)及〝有機電漿子發射裝置〞,但是較佳為有機電致發光裝置(OLED),更佳為磷光OLED。
有機電致發光裝置包含陰極、陽極及至少一個發光層。除了該等層以外,該裝置亦可包含更多層,例如在各例子中的一或多個電洞注入層、電洞傳輸層、電洞阻擋層、電子傳輸層、電子注入層、激子阻擋層、電子阻擋層及/或電荷產生層。同樣可能例如在兩個發光層之間引入具有例如激子阻擋功能之中間層。然而,應指出該等層之每一者未必都存在。有機電致發光裝置在此可包含一個發光層或可包含複數個發光層。若有複數個發光層存在,則該等層較佳地具有複數個總計介於380奈米與750奈米之間的發光最大值,得到總體為發白色光,亦即將能夠發螢光或發磷光的各種發光化合物用於發光層中。特別優先選擇為具有兩個發光層之系統,其中兩層展現發藍色光及發橘色光或發黃色光,或具有三個發光層之系統,其中三層展現發藍色光、發綠色光及發橘色光或發紅色光(關於基本構造,參見例如WO 2005/011013)。根據本發明的有機電致發光裝置亦可為串聯式OLED,特別亦為發白色光OLED。
依照上文指出的實施態樣之根據本發明的化合物可取決於精確結構而用於電子裝置的各種層中。優先選擇為包含式(1)或(2)化合物或上文指出之較佳的實施態樣之有機
電致發光裝置,該化合物係取決於精確的取代而作為磷光或螢光發光體(特別為磷光發光體),及/或電子阻擋層或激子阻擋層中,及/或電荷產生層中,及/或電洞阻擋層或電子傳輸層中的基質材料。
在本發明較佳的實施態樣中,根據本發明的化合物係用作發光層中的磷光化合物之基質材料。有機電致發光裝置在此可包含一個發光層或可包含複數個發光層,其中至少一個發光層包含至少一種根據本發明的化合物作為基質材料。
若根據本發明的化合物係用作發光層中的磷光化合物之基質材料,則較佳地與一或多種磷光材料(三重態發光體)組合使用。在本發明的意義中,磷光意指自具有相對高的自旋多重性(亦即自旋態>1)之激發態的發光,特別為自激發三重態的發光。在本申請案的意義中,含有過渡金屬或鑭系元素之所有發光錯合物,特別為所有的銥、鉑和銅錯合物皆應視為磷光化合物。在本申請案的意義中,紅色及黃色三重態發光體展現最低的三重態T1,其包含在2.4與1.8eV之間。
磷光發光體之最低三重態T1之能量係使用包裝軟體〝Gaussian09,Revision D.01〞(Gaussian Inc.)經由量子化學計算來決定。為了計算有機金屬化合物,首先使用哈崔-佛克(Hartree-Fock)方法,標準基礎設定〝LanL2MB〞(Gaussian輸入線〝# HF/LanL2MB opt〞)及具有多重性1之電荷0進行幾何最優化。接著基於最優化幾何來進行單
點能量計算。在此計算中,基態及三重態係經由具有DFT功能性B3PW91及標準基礎設定6-31G(d)(電荷0,多重性1)之TDDFT方法(時間依賴性密度函數理論)決定。Gaussian輸入線為〝# B3PW91/gen pseudo=lanl2 td=(50-50,n態=4)〞。與所有的其他原子相反,ECP基礎設定(有效的核心電位)〝LanL2DZ〞係用於金屬原子。
能量最低的單重態為S0。三重態T1經定義為在三重態中具有最低能量之相對激發能量(以eV計),其係自上述量子化學單點計算而引出。
本文所述之方法與所使用的包裝軟體無關且總是得到相同的結果。常就此目的而使用之程式的實例為〝Gaussian09W〞(Gaussian Inc.)及Q-Chem 4.1(Q-Chem,Inc.)。
根據本發明的化合物與發光化合物之混合物包含以包含發光體與基質材料之總體混合物為基準計介於99與1體積%之間,較佳為介於98與10體積%之間,特別佳為介於97與60體積%之間,特別為介於95與80體積%之間的根據本發明的化合物。混合物對應地包含以包含發光體與基質材料之總體混合物為基準計介於1與99體積%之間,較佳為介於2與90體積%之間,特別佳為介於3與40體積%之間,特別為介於5與20體積%之間的發光體。
本發明更佳的實施態樣為根據本發明的化合物與另外的基質材料組合作為磷光發光體之基質材料的用途。
可與根據本發明的化合物組合使用之特別適合的基質材料為芳族酮、芳族氧化膦或芳族亞碸或碸(例如依照WO 2004/013080、WO 2004/093207、WO 2006/005627或WO 2010/006680)、三芳基胺、咔唑衍生物(例如CBP(N,N-雙咔唑基聯苯)或在WO 2005/039246、US 2005/0069729、JP 2004/288381、EP 1205527、WO 2008/086851或WO 2013/041176中所揭示之咔唑衍生物)、吲哚並咔唑衍生物(例如依照WO 2007/063754或WO 2008/056746)、茚並咔唑衍生物(例如依照WO 2010/136109、WO 2011/000455、WO 2013/041176或WO 2013/056776)、氮雜咔唑衍生物(例如依照EP 1617710、EP 1617711、EP 1731584、JP 2005/347160)、雙極性基質材料(例如依照WO 2007/137725)、矽烷(例如依照WO 2005/111172)、氮硼呃(azaborole)或硼酸酯(例如依照WO 2006/117052)、三衍生物(例如依照WO 2007/063754、WO 2008/056746、WO 2010/015306、WO 2011/057706、WO 2011/060859或WO 2011/060877)、鋅錯合物(例如依照EP 652273或WO 2009/062578)、二氮矽呃(diazasilole)或四氮矽呃衍生物(例如依照WO 2010/054729)、二氮磷呃(diazaphosphole)衍生物(例如依照WO 2010/054730)、橋連咔唑衍生物(例如依照WO 2011/042107、WO 2011/060867、WO 2011/088877和WO 2012/143080)或聯伸三苯衍生物(例如依照WO 2012/048781)。在比實際的發光體更短波長發射之另外的磷光發光體可同樣地作為共主體(co-host)存在於混合物中,或若有另外的磷光發光
體,其為不以顯著的程度參與電荷傳輸之化合物,如例如在WO 2010/108579中所述。選擇適當的基質材料及發光體用於發光層連同決定所有存在的材料之適當的相對比例完全在本技術領域內。
適合的磷光化合物(=三重態發光體)特別為在適當激發時發光(較佳為可見光區域)且另外含有至少一個具有原子序大於20,較佳為大於38及小於84,特別佳為大於56及小於80之原子的化合物,特別為具有此原子序之金屬。所使用的磷光發光體較佳為含有銅、鉬、鎢、錸、釕、鋨、銠、銥、鈀、鉑、銀、金或銪的化合物,特別為含有銥或鉑的化合物。
上述發光體的實例係由下列的申請案揭露:WO 00/70655、WO 2001/41512、WO 2002/02714、WO 2002/15645、EP 1191613、EP 1191612、EP 1191614、WO 2005/033244、WO 2005/019373、US 2005/0258742、WO 2010/086089、WO 2011/157339、WO 2012/007086、WO 2012/163471、WO 2013/000531和WO 2013/020631。亦適合的是例如在申請案EP 2872590和EP 2882763中所揭示之金屬錯合物。如依照先前技術用於磷光OLED及如熟習有機電致發光之技術領域者已知的所有磷光錯合物通常皆適合,且熟習本技術領域者能夠不以創新的步驟而使用另外的磷光錯合物。
根據本發明的化合物特別亦適合作為有機電致發光裝置中的磷光發光體之基質材料,如例如在US
2011/0248247和US 2012/0223633中所述。在該等多色顯示器組件中,額外的藍色發光層係藉由蒸氣沈積法而施加於整個區域的所有像素,亦為那些具有除了藍色以外的顏色之像素。在此驚訝地發現根據本發明的化合物在用作紅及/或綠色像素,特別為紅色像素之基質材料時,其持續與經蒸氣沉積之藍色發光層一起導致非常好的發光。
在本發明另外的實施態樣中,根據本發明的有機電致發光裝置不包含單獨的電洞注入層及/或電洞傳輸層及/或電洞阻擋層及/或電子傳輸層,亦即發光層直接毗鄰電洞注入層或陽極,及/或發光層直接毗鄰電子傳輸層或電子注入層或陰極,如例如在WO 2005/053051中所述。此外,有可能使用與發光層中的金屬錯合物相同或類似的金屬錯合物作為直接與發光層毗鄰之電洞傳輸或電洞注入材料,如例如在WO 2009/030981中所述。
在本發明另外的實施態樣中,根據本發明的化合物係用於激子阻擋層中。
在本發明又另外較佳的實施態樣中,根據本發明的化合物係用作電子傳輸層或電子注入層中的電子傳輸材料。發光層在此可為螢光或磷光。若化合物係用作電子傳輸材料,可能較佳的是使其與例如鹼金屬或鹼土金屬錯合物摻雜,諸如與Li或LiQ(羥基喹啉酸鋰)。
在本發明又另外較佳的實施態樣中,根據本發明的化合物係用於電洞阻擋層中。電洞阻擋層意指直接與位於陰極側的發光層毗鄰之層。另一較佳的實施態樣係使用化合
物作為電荷產生層的一部分。電荷產生層(CGL)係作為在施加電壓時的電子-電洞對之注入器運作且為本技術中所熟知。CGL通常係由富含電子之層(例如n-摻雜型電子傳輸層)與相鄰的缺乏電子之層(例如p-摻雜型電洞傳輸層)所組成。然而,在一些例子中,CGL可為僅單一層。在其他的例子中,CGL中之一或兩層可摻雜或可不摻雜。
在根據本發明的有機電致發光裝置之更多層中,可使用如依照先前技術經常使用的所有材料。熟習本技術領域者因此能夠不以創新的步驟以已知用於機電致發光裝置的所有材料與根據本發明或上文指出之較佳的實施態樣之式(1)或(2)化合物組合使用。
優先選擇為一或多層係藉助於昇華法而塗佈為特徵的有機電致發光裝置,其中材料係在真空昇華單元中在低於10-5毫巴,較佳低於10-6毫巴之初壓力下以蒸氣沉積法施加。然而,亦有可能以甚至更低的初壓力,例如低於10-7毫巴。
同樣地優先選擇為一或多層係藉助於OVPD(有機蒸氣相沉積)方法或輔以載體-氣體昇華法而塗佈為特徵的有機電致發光裝置,其中材料係在介於10-5毫巴與1巴之間的壓力下施加。此方法的特殊例子為OVJP(有機蒸氣噴射印刷)方法,其中材料係通過噴嘴直接施加且因此結構化(例如M.S.Arnold等人之Appl.Phys.Lett.2008,92,053301)。
此外優先選擇為一或多層係自溶液以例如旋塗或藉助
於任何所欲印刷方法製造為特徵的有機電致發光裝置,例如以網板印刷、快乾印刷、平版印刷、LITI(光誘發熱成像、熱轉移印刷)、噴射印刷或噴嘴印刷。為此目的,需要可溶性化合物,其係例如藉由適合的取代而獲得。
亦有可能以混雜方法,其中例如一或多層係自溶液施加及一或更多其他層係以蒸氣沉積法施加。該等方法通常為熟習本技術領域者所知且可由他不以創新的步驟應用於包含根據本發明的化合物之有機電致發光裝置。
根據本發明的化合物及根據本發明的有機電致發光裝置係以下列超越先前技術之令人驚訝的優點中一或多者予以區別:
1.用作螢光或磷光發光體的基質材料之根據本發明的化合物將導致長的壽命。這對若化合物係用作磷光發光體的基質材料時特別適用。
2.根據本發明的化合物將導致非常高的效率。這對若化合物係用作磷光發光體的基質材料或作為電洞阻擋材料時特別適用。
3.在一些實施態樣中,根據本發明的化合物將導致低的電壓裝置。這對若化合物係用作磷光發光體的基質材料或用於電子傳輸層中時特別適用。
該等上述優點不伴隨其他電子性質的劣化。
本發明係以下列的實施例更詳細解釋,而不想藉此限制本發明。熟習本技術領域者能夠不以創新的步驟使用發明內容進行本發明所揭示之整體範圍及製備更多根據本發
明的化合物,且使用該等化合物於電子裝置中或應用根據本發明的方法。
下列的合成係在保護性氣體氣氛下於無水溶劑中進行,除非另有其他指示。溶劑及試劑可購自ALDRICH或ABCR。在市場上取得的起始材料的例子中所指出之號碼係對應於CAS號碼。
本發明的材料通常可根據如上文定義之流程1或2製備。
將200克(664毫莫耳)1-溴-3-氟-2-碘-苯、101克(664毫莫耳)2-甲氧基苯基-硼酸及137.5克(997毫莫耳)四硼酸鈉溶解在1000毫升THF及600毫升水中且脫氣。隨後將9.3克(13.3毫莫耳)氯化雙(三苯膦)鈀(II)及1克(20毫莫耳)水合肼(hydrazinium hydroxide)添加至反應混合物中,接著將其在惰性氣體氛圍下以70℃攪拌48小時。將冷卻之溶液以甲苯完成,以水清洗數次,乾燥且濃縮。將產物

將112克(418毫莫耳)6-溴-2-氯-2’-甲氧基-聯苯溶解在2公升二氯甲烷中且冷卻至5℃。隨後在90分鐘內逐滴添加41.01毫升(431毫莫耳)三溴化硼且將混合物攪拌隔夜。接著將混合物與水緩慢混合,將有機相以水清洗三次且經Na2SO4乾燥,蒸發且以層析術純化。
產量:104克(397毫莫耳),98%之理論值。
將111克(416毫莫耳)6’-溴-2’-氟-聯苯-2-醇溶解在2公升DMF(最多0.003%之H2O)SeccoSolv®中且冷卻至5℃。將20克(449毫莫耳)氫化鈉(在石蠟油中的60%懸浮液)以分批添加至此溶液中。將混合物攪拌20分鐘且以45分鐘期間加熱至100℃。在冷卻之後,將混合物與500毫升乙醇緩慢混合,接著蒸發且以層析術純化。

下列的化合物係以類似方式製備。
將40克(126毫莫耳)三氟甲烷磺酸二苯並呋喃-1-酯懸浮在76毫升(506毫莫耳)三氟甲烷磺酸中。將52克(291毫莫耳)NBS一點一點地添加至此懸浮液中且在暗處攪拌2小時。接著將反應混合物與水/冰混合,將固體分離且以乙醇清洗。自甲苯再結晶出殘餘物。
產量為33克(84毫莫耳),相當於66%之理論值。
在本發明的噻吩衍生物的例子中,使用元素溴代替NBS。
將24.4克(110.0毫莫耳)菲-9-硼酸、41克(110.0毫莫耳)1-溴-8-碘-二苯並呋喃及26克(210.0毫莫耳)碳酸鈉懸浮在500毫升乙二醇二胺醚及500毫升水中。先將913毫克(3.0毫莫耳)三-鄰-甲苯膦添加至此混合物中,且接著將112毫克(0.5毫莫耳)乙酸鈀(II)添加至混合物中。接著將反應混合物在回流下加熱16小時。在冷卻之後,將有機相分離,通過矽膠過濾且接著濃縮至乾燥。自甲苯及二氯甲烷/庚烷再結晶出殘餘物。

將165克(320毫莫耳)三氟甲烷磺酸8-菲-9-基-二苯並呋喃-1-酯、120克(484毫莫耳)雙(頻哪醇)-二硼烷及95克(968毫莫耳)碳酸鉀溶解在3200毫升THF中。將二氯甲烷中的15.8克(20毫莫耳)Pd(dppf)Cl2複合物在惰性氣體下添加至反應混合物中且將反應混合物在回流下加熱16小時。在冷卻之後,將反應混合物與水混合且將有機相分離。接著將產物在矽膠上以甲苯/庚烷(2:2)經由管柱層析術清洗及經由在高真空下昇華(p=5×10-7毫巴)(純度
99.9%)。
產量為88克(179毫莫耳),相當於56%之理論值。
下列的實施例V1至E13(參見表1及2)顯示各種OLED之數據。
實施例V1至E13之基板預處理:具有結構化ITO(50奈米;氧化銦錫)之玻璃板構成OLED於其上加工的基
板。在OLED蒸發材料之前,將基板在250℃下預烘烤15分鐘,接著經O2及隨後的氬電漿處理。
OLED基本上具有下列的層結構:基板/電洞傳輸層(HTL)/隨意的中間層(IL)/電子阻擋層(EBL)/發光層(EML)/隨意的電洞阻擋層(HBL)/電子傳輸層(ETL)/隨意的電子注入層(EIL)及最後的陰極。陰極係由100奈米厚度之鋁層所形成。確實的層結構記述於表1中。用於OLED製造之材料呈示於表3中。
所有的材料係在真空室中以熱蒸氣沉積法施加。發光層在此總是由至少一種基質材料(主體材料)及發光摻雜劑(發光體)所組成,該發光摻雜劑係藉由共同蒸發而以特定的體積比例與基質材料或基質材料類混合。以諸如IC1:M1:TEG1(55%:35%:10%)之表示在此意指材料IC1係以55%之體積比例存在於層中,M1係以35%之體積比例存在於層中及TEG1係以10%之體積比例存在於層中。電子傳輸層亦可類似地由兩種材料之混合物所組成。
OLED係以標準的方法特徵化。為此目的,自假定朗伯(Lambertian)發射輪廓的電流/電壓/發光強度特徵線(IUL特徵線)決定電致發光光譜、電流效率(CE1000,在1000cd/m2下以cd/A量度)、發光效率(LE1000,在1000cd/m2下以lm/W量度)、外部量子效率(EQE1000,在1000cd/m2下以%量度)及電壓(U1000,在1000cd/m2下以V量度)。電致發光(EL)光譜係在1000cd/m2之發光強度下記錄且接著自EL光譜計算CIE 1931 x與y座標。
將各種OLED之裝置數據總結於表2中。實施例V1至V3為根據最新技術之比較例。實施例E1至E13顯示本發明的OLED之數據。
在以下的段落中,將更詳細說明許多實施例以顯示本發明的OLED之優點。
使用本發明化合物作為主體材料與使用最新技術的材料相比得到顯著改進的OLED裝置數據,尤其關於發光效率。
使用本發明材料i40、i37、i38和i39作為紅磷光OLED中的主體材料與具有材料CE1、CE2和CE3之裝置相比得到10-20%之改進的發光效率(分別比較實施例V1與E1、比較V2與E2、E3及比較V3與E4)。
Claims (14)
- 一種式(1)或(2)化合物,
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之化合物,其中p為0。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1或2項之化合物,其中R1、R2、R3在各出現場合相同地或不同地選自由下列所組成之群組:H、D、F、CN、具有1至10個C原子的直鏈烷基或烷氧基或具有3至10個C原子的支鏈或環狀烷基或烷氧基(每一該等基團可經一或多個基團R4取代,其中一或多個不相鄰的CH2基團可經O置換,且其中一或多個H原子可經F置換)、具有5至24個芳族環原子的芳族或雜 芳族環系統(其在各情況中可經一或多個基團R4取代)。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1或2項之化合物,其中R1、R2、R3在各出現場合相同地或不同地選自由下列所組成之群組:H、D、F、CN、具有1至5個C原子的直鏈烷基或具有3至5個C原子的支鏈或環狀烷基(每一該等基團可經一或多個基團R4取代,其中一或多個H原子可經F置換)、具有5至14個芳族環原子的芳基或雜芳基(其在各情況中可經一或多個基團R4取代)。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1或2項之化合物,其中R0在各出現場合相同地或不同地選自由下列所組成之群組:H、D、F、CN、具有1至10個C原子的直鏈烷基或烷氧基或具有3至10個C原子的支鏈或環狀烷基或烷氧基(每一該等基團可經一或多個基團R4取代,其中一或多個不相鄰的CH2基團在各情況中可經O置換,且其中一或多個H原子可經D、F或CN置換)、具有5至24個芳族環原子的芳族或雜芳族環系統(其在各情況中可經一或多個基團R4取代),其中兩個取代基R0可隨意地形成單或多環脂族或芳族或雜芳族環系統。
- 一種製備根據申請專利範圍第1至10項中任一項之化合物的方法,其包含下列步驟:a.將二苯並呋喃或二苯並噻吩與如申請專利範圍第1項中所定義之基團Ar,或當p=1時與如申請專利範圍第1項中所定義之基團ArS,以C-C偶合進行反應,;b.將步驟a所獲得的化合物以C-C偶合進行反應, 以將丙二烯合茀基團加在該二苯並噻吩或二苯並呋喃骨架上。
- 一種調配物,其包含至少一種根據申請專利範圍第1至10項中任一項之化合物及至少一種溶劑。
- 一種電子裝置,其包含至少一種根據申請專利範圍第1至10項中任一項之化合物,該電子裝置係選自由下列所組成之群組:有機電致發光裝置、有機積體電路、有機場效電晶體、有機薄膜電晶體、有機發光電晶體、有機太陽能電池、染料敏化之有機太陽能電池、有機光學偵測器、有機感光器、有機場淬滅裝置、發光電化學電池、有機雷射二極體及有機電漿子發射裝置。
- 根據申請專利範圍第13項之裝置,其為有機電致發光裝置,其中根據申請專利範圍第1至10項中任一項之化合物係用作磷光或螢光發光體之基質材料、電子阻擋或激子阻擋材料、電洞阻擋材料或電子傳輸材料。
