Description
本發明是有關一種用於製造包含依照申請專利範圍第1項前言之索帶材料之橡膠條帶材料的裝置。包含此種橡膠條帶材料的索帶材料在例如所謂帶子的情況中可以是一種由索帶來補強的橡膠條帶材料,其中該索帶是由鋼索或合成纖維以例如15度到70度的角度所形成的,或在所謂的“夾層(plies)”的情況中,該索帶是由織物纖維以80度到90度的角度所形成的。
此種裝置可以例如從日本專利申請案第2005205656號中為人所知。在該文件中,一擠製機被描述成具有齒輪泵,該齒輪泵的泵吸速度是調整的。可調整性是被用來將所要輸送的產品容量保持固定。當藉由習知裝置來製造例如其他尺寸的帶子層時,改變擠製機的設定相當費時,在改變的時間期間,該裝置是無法進行生產的。
除此之外,本發明之目的是要改善此問題。
為此目的,本發明提供一種用於製造包含索帶材料之橡膠條帶材料的裝置,該裝置包含有如申請專利範圍第1項之特徵。因為將橡膠條帶之高度和寬度的量測值回饋到控制單元之結果可以確保擠製機能夠連續地製造出具可再
現品質的橡膠條帶,其中藉由改變齒輪泵的旋轉數目可以精確地控制橡膠的劑量。正好藉由此種特殊類型擠製機的使用,更可能的是裝置可以順應所需要及供應橡膠條帶的較大變化,而所製造出的橡膠條帶的品質依然得到保證。此外,藉由使用此種擠製機,也可能的是更快速地切換至其他尺寸的橡膠條帶(因此切換至帶子層)。此外,由於採用齒輪泵,也可能的是使得素煉作用(mastification)獨立於原料的配劑而發生。
本身從美國專利申請案2003/0051794已知的是,條帶寬度被測量用來控制橡膠條帶所通過其間之滾筒的速度。此專利文件並未描述測得的寬度可以用來控制擠製機的泵抽速度,亦未描述該橡膠條帶的高度會被測量。
在依照本發明裝置的有利實例中,該裝置具有壓力感測器,用以測量擠製機之輸送螺桿末端處的壓力及用以發出表示測量得的壓力的壓力訊號,其中該壓力感測器可被連接至用於調整齒輪泵之泵抽速度的控制單元,用以將壓力訊號發射至該控制單元,其中齒輪泵之泵抽速度可以藉由控制單元至少是依據量測得的訊號來加以控制,用以將在輸送螺桿末端處的壓力保持固定。由於如此,得以確保索帶材料表面的良好黏著性。
上文提及之美國專利申請案2003/0051794描述此種壓力感測器係發射出這些量測值至一控制單元,因此,每單位時間都能夠運送相同量的產品。因此,量測值則並未被用來將在輸送螺桿末端處的壓力保持固定。
在依照本發明裝置的另一實例中或是作為本發明的個別觀點,該裝置包含一拉出單元,該拉出單元包含一由一馬達所驅動之拉出滾筒,用以從擠製機內拉出橡膠條帶,其中馬達是一種用於以可控制之驅動速度來驅動該拉出滾筒之可控制式馬達。正好經由使用此種可控制式馬達,該裝置可能順應所需要及供應橡膠條帶的較大變化。此外,經由使用此種擠製機,可以更加快速切換至其他尺寸的橡膠條帶(因此切換至帶子層)。
在依照本發明裝置的另一實例中或是作為本發明的個別觀點,該裝置包含具有一些下方回轉滾筒和一些上方回轉滾筒的一個緩衝單元,其中介於上方回轉滾筒與下方回轉滾筒之間的距離可以調整;及一距離量測單元,用於測量介於上方回轉滾筒與下方回轉滾筒之間的距離及用於發出距離訊號。正好經由使用此距離量測單元,該裝置能順應所需要及供應橡膠條帶的較大變化。此外,經由使用此種擠製機,該裝置可以更加快速切換至其他尺寸的橡膠條帶(因此切換至帶子層)。

特別是,該裝置具有一用於將驅動速度訊號發射至控
制單元之機構、用以調整齒輪泵之泵抽速度時,其中齒輪泵之泵抽速度是藉由該控制單元至少依據驅動速度訊號來加以控制,依照需要,由擠製機所製造之橡膠條帶的生產可以被加速或減速。
在依照本發明裝置的一項實例中,用於測量橡膠條帶之高度和寬度的量測單元包含一雷射器具和一攝影機,藉以能夠以快速且可靠之方式獲得量測值是,其中為了要得到很高精確度的量測值,有利的是該裝置具有一用於橡膠條帶的支撐件,該支撐件亦包含一並非預定用於支撐橡膠條帶的另外部件,該部件具有一個具有一參考寬度和/或一參考高度參考凸輪,其中該參考凸輪是相對於該量測單元而配置,使得該參考凸輪能夠被量測單元所測量。
圖1概略表示出一用於製造帶子之裝置1的側視圖。該裝置1包含一個具有捲軸3的鬆開裝置2,在該捲軸3係有索帶材料。這種索帶材料通常是鋼索,然而也可以使用合成的索帶材料。
該裝置1更包含一擠製機4和一緩衝單元5,該擠製機4用於在索帶材料周圍擠製出未硫化的橡膠,此處該緩衝單元5具有緩衝迴圈,用以緩衝和冷卻擠製出的材料。亦可配合在製程中的不連續狀況。由於此處連續的橡膠條帶具有縱向線材,該橡膠條帶幾乎不會有延伸或其他變形的傾向。緩衝單元5具有一些上方和下方回轉滾筒6、7,
其中介於上方回轉滾筒與下方回轉滾筒之間的距離可以調整。
所產生之具有嵌入縱向索帶的連續橡膠條帶在隨後是以已知方式而被進給至一用於進一步加工處理之切削裝置8。在切削裝置之後,依據並列切斷橡膠條帶部件之方式,橡膠條帶材料係以本身已知的方式被製造出來,位於輸送帶子上的橡膠條帶已被切斷成具有所需長度和寬度,且橡膠條帶接著是被配置於一成型圓筒9上(參考圖1)。
圖2概略表示用於擠製機4及其他設備的設定控制。
擠製機4包含一由第一可控制式馬達10所驅動之輸送螺桿11,用以在索帶材料周圍擠製出未硫化橡膠,達到製造出連續橡膠條帶之目的。該輸送螺桿11用於混合、攪拌、加熱和進給橡膠材料至齒輪泵13。該輸送螺桿11的旋轉速度是以本身已知方式來加以控制,用以將存在於輸送螺桿末端處的所謂的筒內壓力P1保持固定,產生良好的橡膠塑煉作用,達到獲致正確黏度和黏著性之目的,使得可以獲得索帶材料的表面的良好黏著性。為此目的,擠製機具有一壓力感測器12。該擠製機4更包含一整合式齒輪泵13,該整合式齒輪泵13之泵抽速度可以藉由第二可控制式馬達14來加以調整。在齒輪泵13中的壓力(P2)可確保橡膠可以很好地黏性至該索帶材料。此種具有整合式齒輪泵之擠製機是經由例如來自VMI-AZExtrusion GmbH以Plantruder之名銷售的產品。
第二可控制式馬達14由一控制單元15所驅動,用以
調整齒輪泵13的泵抽速度。
一包含有在描述實例中之一雷射器具17和一攝影機18的量測單元16係測量橡膠條帶之高度與寬度,且發出一量測訊號至控制單元15,該量測訊號是代表測量得之高度和寬度。為了增進量測精確度之目的,一具有一參考寬度和一參考高度的參考凸輪19可以配置在一用於橡膠條帶之支撐件(未顯示於圖中)上(參考圖3)。該參考凸輪19例如是配置於支撐件的一另外部件上,該另外部件較佳地不是預設用於支撐橡膠條帶。參考凸輪19相對於量測單元17、18而配置,使得該參考凸輪19能夠被該測量單元所測量。參考凸輪19可以被配置於橡膠條帶的隆起部位處。如果要製造二個分隔的橡膠條帶的話,該參考凸輪亦可以放置於橡膠條帶之間。已發現當高度有明顯差異時,該參考凸輪可以作動良好。在此,例如是參考凸輪的上方表面是座落在橡膠條帶的上方表面下方。此外,該參考凸輪19的階梯狀構造存在有許多變化的可能性。因此,亦可以採用具有單一高度的參考凸輪。
控制單元15可以包含一以實現方式來決定之適當運算邏輯,用以依據量測訊號,基於所測量到的高度與寬度來決定用於調整齒輪泵13之泵抽速度的控制訊號。因此,橡膠原料的配劑係獨立於輸送螺桿11的旋轉速度之方式而被加以控制。
一包含一由第三可控制式馬達21所驅動之拉出滾筒22的拉出單元20將橡膠條帶從擠製機4內拉出。一距離量
測單元23係測量出介於緩衝單元5之上方與下方回轉滾筒6、7之間的距離,且將一代表測量到之距離的距離量測訊號發射至該拉出單元20。換言之,該距離量測單元23可以被連接至拉出單元20之可控制式馬達21,其中拉出滾筒22的驅動速度可以至少是依據距離訊號來加以控制。因此,拉出滾筒22的驅動速度是依據緩衝單元5之進料來加以控制。
在所述之實例中,拉出單元20、特別是可控制式馬達21、被用來將一代表拉出滾筒驅動速度之訊號發射至該控制單元15。因此,齒輪泵13的泵抽速度是至少依據拉出馬達21之驅動速度的訊號來加以控制。
由於上述裝置,可以被實現相當大的控制範圍(生產速度的5%到100%),其中同樣可以獲得具有可再現形狀的橡膠條帶及塑煉的程度。
以上的描述是被包括用以說明本發明之較佳實例的操作方式,且無意限制本發明的範圍。從以上的說明出發,在不偏離本發明的精神與範圍的狀況下,針對特別是如隨附申請專利範圍所界定之本發明的許多修改對於熟習該項技術者是很明顯的。

Claims (14)
- 一種用於製造包含索帶材料之橡膠條帶材料的裝置,其中該裝置包含:一擠製機,其係具有一用於在索帶材料周圍擠製出未硫化橡膠的輸送螺桿,以達到製造出連續橡膠條帶之目的,其中該擠製機具有一帶有可調整泵抽速度之整合式齒輪泵;一控制單元,用於調整齒輪泵的泵抽速度;其特徵為,該裝置更包含:一量測單元,用於測量出橡膠條帶之高度和寬度兩者,及用於發出一表示測量得的高度和寬度的量測訊號,其中該量測單元可以被連接至用於調整齒輪泵之泵抽速度的控制單元,用以將量測訊號發射至該控制單元,其中齒輪泵之泵抽速度是藉由該控制單元至少依據量測得的訊號來加以控制。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之裝置,其中該裝置具有一壓力感測器,用以測量出擠製機之輸送螺桿末端處的壓力,以及用以發出一表示測量得的壓力的壓力訊號,其中該壓力感測器可以被連接至用於調整齒輪泵之泵抽速度的控制單元,用以將壓力訊號發射至該控制單元,其中齒輪泵之泵抽速度是藉由該控制單元至少依據量測得的訊號來加以控制,用以將在輸送螺桿之末端處的壓力保持固定。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之裝置,其中該裝置更包含:一拉出單元,其包含一由一馬達所驅動之拉出滾筒, 用以從擠製機內拉出橡膠條帶,其中該馬達是一個用於以可控制之驅動速度來驅動該拉出滾筒之可控制式馬達。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之裝置,其中該裝置更包含:一拉出單元,其係包含一由一馬達所驅動的拉出滾筒,用以從擠製機內拉出橡膠條帶,其中該馬達是一個用於以可控制之驅動速度來驅動該拉出滾筒之可控制式馬達。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之裝置,其中該裝置更包含:一緩衝單元,其係具有一些下方回轉滾筒和一些上方回轉滾筒,其中介於上方回轉滾筒與下方回轉滾筒之間的距離可以調整;以及一距離量測單元,用於測量出介於上方回轉滾筒與下方回轉滾筒之間的距離和用於發出一距離訊號。

- 如申請專利範圍第1項之裝置,其中用於測量出橡膠條帶之高度和寬度的量測單元包含一雷射器具和一攝影機。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之裝置,其中用於測量出橡膠條帶之高度和寬度的量測單元包含一雷射器具和一攝影機。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之裝置,其中用於測量出橡膠條帶之高度和寬度的量測單元包含一雷射器具和一攝影機。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項、第12項或第13項之裝置,其中該裝置具有一用於橡膠條帶的支撐件,該支撐件亦包含一並非預定用於支撐橡膠條帶之另外的部件,該部件具有一參考凸輪,參考凸輪則帶有一參考寬度和/或一參 考高度,其中該參考凸輪係相對於該量測單元而配置,使得該參考凸輪能夠被量測單元所測量。
