这里特别有利的是距离测量单元能够连接至拉出单元的可控制马达,其中可以至少基于距离信号而控制拉出辊的驱动速度,其中特别地,可控制马达适于发送驱动速度信号,所述驱动速度信号指示拉出辊的驱动速度。因此,能够以最精确且快速的方式对橡胶条的要求和供应量的变化作出反应。
特别地,当装置设有用于向控制单元发送驱动速度信号的设备时,所述控制单元用于调节齿轮泵的泵速,其中可以至少基于驱动速度信号由控制单元控制齿轮泵的泵速,可以根据要求加快或减小通过挤压机生产橡胶条的速度。
在根据本发明的装置的实施例中,用于测量橡胶条的高度和宽度的测量单元包括激光器和照相机,通过所述测量单元可以以快速且可靠的方式得到测量值,其中为了得到高精度的测量值,有利的是装置设有用于橡胶条的支撑件,所述支撑件还包括额外的部件,所述额外的部件不指定用于支撑橡胶条,所述部件具有参考凸轮,所述参考凸轮具有参考宽度和/或参考高度,其中参考凸轮相对于测量单元布置成使得所述参考凸轮可以由测量单元测量。

具体实施方式
在图1中示意性地示出了用于制造带的装置1的侧视图。装置1包括退绕装置2,所述退绕装置2设有卷轴3,在所述卷轴3上有帘线材料。虽然也可以使用合成帘线材料,但是通常该帘线材料是钢帘线。
装置1还包括:挤压机4,所述挤压机4用于绕帘线材料挤压未硫化橡胶;和缓冲单元5,所述缓冲单元5这里设有缓冲环路,用于缓冲并冷却挤压出的材料。这里也允许处理中的不连续性。因为这里连续的橡胶条设有纵向金属丝,所以橡胶条几乎不倾向于伸展或其它变形。缓冲单元5设有多个上部换向辊6和下部换向辊7,其中上部换向辊和下部换向辊之间的距离是可调节的。
由此获得的具有嵌入的纵向帘线的连续橡胶条随后尤其以本质上已知的方式供应至切割装置8,用于进一步处理。基于橡胶条的并置的切断件,在切割装置后方的传送带上以本质上已知的方式生产出具有所需长度和宽度的橡胶条材料,所述橡胶条材料随后布置在结构鼓9上(图1)。
在图2中示意性地示出了尤其用于挤压机4的设定的控制。
为了生产连续的橡胶条,挤压机4包括螺旋输送机11,所述螺旋输送机11由能够控制的第一马达10驱动,用于绕帘线材料挤压未硫化的橡胶。螺旋输送机11用于混合、搅拌、加热橡胶材料并将橡胶材料供应至齿轮泵13。这里以本质上已知的方式控制螺旋输送机11的转动速度,以保持螺旋输送机11的端部处的所谓的筒体压力(barrelpressure)P1恒定,以实现橡胶的良好的塑炼,从而获得正确的粘度和粘附力,由此获得到帘线材料的表面的较好的粘附性。为此,挤压机设有压力传感器12。挤压机4还包括一体的齿轮泵13,所述齿轮泵13的泵速可以通过能够控制的第二马达14调节。齿轮泵13中的压力(P2)确保橡胶较好地粘附至帘线材料。这种具有一体的齿轮泵的挤压机例如可以从的VMI-AZ Extrusion GmbH获得。
能够控制的第二马达14由控制单元15驱动,用于调节齿轮泵13的泵速。
测量单元16测量橡胶条的高度和宽度,并且向控制单元15发送测量信号,所述测量信号指示测量到的高度和宽度,在所示的实施例中,所述测量单元16包括激光器17和照相机18。为了提高测量精度,具有参考宽度和参考高度的参考凸轮19可以布置在用于橡胶条的支撑件(在附图中没有绘制出)上(图3)。参考凸轮19例如布置在支撑件的额外的部件上,所述额外的部件优选地不指定用于支撑橡胶条。参考凸轮19相对于测量单元17、18布置成使得所述参考凸轮19能够被测量单元测量。参考凸轮19可以布置在橡胶条的脊部处。在制造两个间隔开的橡胶条的情况下,参考凸轮也可以布置在这两个橡胶条之间。已经发现,当存在显著的高度差时,参考凸轮能被很好地感知。这里例如参考凸轮的上表面位于橡胶条的上表面的下方。此外,参考凸轮19的阶梯结构可以进行多种变化。因而,也可以应用具有单一高度的参考凸轮。
控制单元15可以包括用实验方法确定的适当的算法,所述算法用于基于测量到的高度和宽度来确定用于调节齿轮泵13的泵速的控制信号,所述齿轮泵13的泵速取决于所述测量信号。因此,以与螺旋输送机11的转速相独立的方式控制橡胶的剂量。
拉出单元20将橡胶条从挤压机4拉出,所述拉出单元20包括拉出辊22,所述拉出辊22由能够控制的第三马达21驱动。距离测量单元23测量缓冲单元5的上部换向辊6和下部换向辊7之间的距离,并向拉出单元20发送指示该距离的距离信号。换言之,距离测量单元23可以连接至拉出单元20的能够控制的马达21,其中可以至少基于所述距离信号来控制拉出辊22的驱动速度。因此,依据缓冲单元5的填充程度而控制拉出辊22的驱动速度。
在所示的实施例中,拉出单元20,尤其是能够控制的马达21,适于向控制单元15发送驱动速度信号,所述驱动速度信号指示拉出辊的驱动速度。因此,可以至少基于拉出马达21的驱动速度信号来控制齿轮泵14的泵速。
利用上文中描述的装置,可以实现极大的控制范围(生产速度的5%至100%),并仍然可以获得具有可再生产的形状和塑炼度的橡胶条。
上述描述用于示出本发明实施例的操作,但并不用于限制本发明的范围。基于上述说明,落入本发明的精神和范围内的许多变型对本领域技术人员是显而易见的,该范围特别由所附权利要求限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于制造包括帘线材料的橡胶条材料的装置,其中所述装置包括:
具有螺旋输送机的挤压机,所述挤压机为了生产连续的橡胶条而绕所述帘线材料挤压未硫化橡胶,其中所述挤压机设有一体的齿轮泵,所述齿轮泵具有能够调节的泵速;
控制单元,所述控制单元用于调节所述齿轮泵的所述泵速;
其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
测量单元,所述测量单元用于测量所述橡胶条的高度和宽度,并用于发送测量信号,所述测量信号指示测量到的所述高度和宽度,其中所述测量单元能够连接至用于调节所述齿轮泵的所述泵速的所述控制单元,用于向所述控制单元发送所述测量信号,其中所述控制单元能够至少基于所述测量信号来控制所述齿轮泵的所述泵速。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述装置设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器用于测量在所述挤压机的所述螺旋输送机的端部处的压力,并用于发送压力信号,所述压力信号指示测量到的压力,其中所述压力传感器能够连接至用于调节所述齿轮泵的所述泵速的所述控制单元,用于向所述控制单元发送所述压力信号,其中所述控制单元能够至少基于所述测量信号来控制所述齿轮泵的所述泵速,以保持所述螺旋输送机的端部处的压力恒定。
3.根据权利要求1或2或根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的装置,其中所述装置还包括:
拉出单元,所述拉出单元包括拉出辊,所述拉出辊由马达驱动,用于将所述橡胶条从所述挤压机拉出,其中所述马达是能够控制的马达,用于以能够控制的驱动速度驱动所述拉出辊。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项或根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的装置,其中所述装置还包括:
缓冲单元,所述缓冲单元设有多个下部换向辊和多个上部换向辊,其中所述上部换向辊和所述下部换向辊之间的距离是能够调节的;以及
距离测量单元,所述距离测量单元用于测量所述上部换向辊和所述下部换向辊之间的距离,并用于发送距离信号。
5.根据权利要求3和4所述的装置,其中所述距离测量单元能够连接至所述拉出单元的所述能够控制的马达,其中能够至少基于所述距离信号来控制所述拉出辊的所述驱动速度。
6.根据权利要求3或根据从属于权利要求3的权利要求4和5所述的装置,其中所述能够控制的马达适于发送驱动速度信号,所述驱动速度信号指示所述拉出辊的所述驱动速度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中所述装置设有用于向用于调节所述齿轮泵的所述泵速的所述控制单元发送所述驱动速度信号的设备,其中所述控制单元能够至少基于所述驱动速度信号来控制所述齿轮泵的所述泵速。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的装置,其中用于测量所述橡胶条的高度和宽度的所述测量单元包括激光器和照相机。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中所述装置设有用于所述橡胶条的支撑件,所述支撑件还包括额外的部件,所述额外的部件不指定用于支撑所述橡胶条,所述部件具有参考凸轮,所述参考凸轮具有参考宽度和/或参考高度,其中所述参考凸轮相对于所述测量单元布置成使得所述参考凸轮能够被所述测量单元测量。
