技术领域
本发明涉及一种履带式牵引装置和通过该牵引装置引出挤塑产品的方法以及制造挤塑产品的方法。
背景技术
在挤塑产品、也包括塑料管的生产中,将由一挤塑机排出的热塑性的熔体条在一模具中成形,然后在模具强制下冷却和定型。牵引装置,其沿挤塑作业线设置在定型和冷却装置的后面,负责通过位于中间的装置输送从挤塑机排出的熔体条。为此将用于成形为挤塑产品的定型的熔体条,其在冷却后具有足够的强度,由牵引装置抓住并且无冲击地和以均匀的速度或受精确控制的速度变化由位于中间的装置牵引。在这些装置中出现的摩擦力越大,设备的牵引力必须越大。同时还必须按待输送的挤塑产品的尺寸或横截面、型式和壁厚调准牵引力。
所谓履带式牵引装置属于最通行的牵引装置,其例如描述于DE3305175中。其中需要的牵引力借助于循环的设有橡胶马蹄刺的输送链、所谓履带导入管中,履带的输送面平行于待输送的挤塑产品延伸。橡胶马蹄刺应该尽可能是耐磨的并且还应该具有履带在挤塑产品上的十足的附着力。为了能避免履带的不均匀的磨损和挤塑产品在牵引装置中的不符合要求的扭转,履带必须尽可能对称地作用于挤塑产品。因此对于管挤塑的情况,履带必须圆柱对称于履带式牵引装置的一纵轴线安装,该纵轴线必须与输送的管的对称轴线相一致,以便避免管的不符合要求的扭转或不均匀的负荷。
在用于管挤塑的履带式牵引装置中已知,根据管直径例如设置四个履带,其相互关于牵引装置的纵轴线成X位置设置。为了将作用到管上的负荷保持尽可能小,管必须同心地进入牵引装置,亦即管的对称轴线必须与牵引装置的纵轴线相一致。为此各下面的履带可经由机械调整装置分别沿X的侧边移动,而各上面的履带利用气动缸压紧到管上,其作用方向同样沿X的侧边。在气动缸中作用的压力是可自由调节的并且必须配合于管的尺寸和壁厚。在生产具有很小的壁厚的管的情况下可能需要对气动缸施加以所谓反压,其逆着作用到上面的履带上的重力工作,确保履带的足够的力传递并且防止挤塑产品的损伤。
已知的履带式牵引装置不利的是,在关于挤出的产品的直径变化的生产更换时必须手工重新调整履带式牵引装置,因为否则挤出物的对称轴线不再与牵引装置的纵轴线相一致。为此必须停止整个的挤塑作业线并导致生产下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种用以引出挤塑产品的方法和装置,其可识别挤塑产品的横截面变化并且自动调整履带的位置,使挤塑产品的对称轴线与牵引装置的纵轴线相一致。
该目的通过按照本发明的方法和装置来达到。
按本发明的用于借助于履带式牵引装置引出挤塑产品的方法,该履带式牵引装置具有至少两个履带,其中各履带设置成至少在引出过程中可对称于履带式牵引装置的纵轴线并且其与该纵轴线的间距是可改变的;其特征在于,测量挤塑产品的横截面变化并且根据该变化自动地配合各履带离履带式牵引装置的纵轴线的间距,而使挤塑产品的对称轴线与履带式牵引装置的纵轴线相一致。
按本发明的用于引出挤塑产品的履带式牵引装置,包括至少两个履带,其中各履带设置成至少在引出过程中可对称于履带式牵引装置的纵轴线并且可压紧到挤塑产品上,以及包括用于改变在多个履带与履带式牵引装置的纵轴线之间的间距的装置;其特征在于,设置一些装置,用于测量各履带正交于纵轴线的偏移。
按照本发明牵引装置自动识别因生产更换引起的挤塑产品的横截面的变化并且立即自动地开始修正履带位置的步骤,而使挤塑产品继续同心地进入牵引装置。在设备的操作过程中实现这样的直径或横截面配合,从而分别的停车和起动不再是必需的,并从而也避免了由此引起的过程参数的不受控的变化。本发明的牵引装置使操作者能够达到很短的转换时间。
由挤塑作业线的设备控制装置只通知牵引装置所要求的线速度和待应用的压紧力或反压,其应该由履带施加到挤塑产品上。除全自动配合于改变的横截面以外,也可以在牵引装置上手工进行配合,如其已知的。
在一特别优选的方法中,借助履带从其原来的位置的偏移来测量挤塑产品横截面的变化,并且对其根据已确定的绝对值这样起作用,即自动地调准各个履带式牵引装置离牵引装置的纵轴线的间距,而使挤塑产品重新同心地通过牵引装置运行并且尽可能对称地实现全部的力导入。
在这种情况下有可能只测量对在由水平线和牵引装置纵轴线确定的平面以上的履带的偏移进行测量并且根据在那里确定的偏移来移动位于该平面下方或其内的各履带,而使得再次形成各履带关于挤塑产品和该纵轴线对称的布置。
在一特别优选的处理方式中将位于上面的各履带通过可调节的弹性装置压向挤塑产品,借此可以在全部履带上建立均匀的压力。该压紧力由挤塑作业线的设备控制装置根据材料和尺寸预定。
按照另一优选的处理方式将测得的偏移直接输给一控制装置,其由此算出所需要的间距变化并促使该间距变化。借助于该控制装置也可以同时调节压紧力。
该方法可以优选利用一种履带式牵引装置来实施,其中可以设置至少两个对称于履带式牵引装置的纵轴线的履带并且可压紧到挤塑产品上。按照已知的履带式牵引装置各履带应该至少在操作过程中,亦即在具有拉入的挤塑产品的输送状态下可以对称于履带式牵引装置的纵轴线设置并且在挤塑产品上施加一压紧力,其改善履带与挤塑产品之间的力传递。在挤塑产品的很小横截面或薄的壁厚的情况下也可以通过施加一反压使已通过在挤塑产品上方设置的各履带的重力作用的压紧力减小,以便避免挤塑产品的损伤。但此时仍必须传递足够的牵引力,以便通过位于挤塑机与牵引装置之间的装置输送挤塑产品。
按照本发明设置一些装置,其能够基本上正交于牵引装置纵轴线测量由挤塑产品的横截面变化引起的履带的偏移。
为了在履带上产生压紧力或反压可以设置活塞气缸装置,其可以施加以预调的压力并且其活塞杆可正交于履带式牵引装置纵轴线移动,其中其作用线与该纵轴线相交。特别优选的是,只有设置在由水平线和牵引装置的纵轴线确定的平面上方的各履带借助于活塞气缸装置弹性且可调地支承,而位于该平面下方或其内的各履带设计为可机械移动和控制的。
已证明适用的是,采用可自动调节的活塞气缸装置,只必须预定其要求的和应保持的压力。为此采用气动缸是特别优选的。
为了机械地改变在未连接于活塞气缸装置的各履带与装置的纵轴线之间的间距,应该设置至少一台电动机。由于全部的履带应该具有与固定确定的纵轴线相等的间距,亦即涉及一对称的间距变化,只设置一台电动机是足够的,其经由一传动装置与位于水平平面内或以下的各履带连接。
为了测量各履带对产生的挤塑产品的直径或横截面变化起反应的偏移,优选采用位移传感器。但也可以考虑采用至少一个角度传感器。该角度传感器安装在传动装置上或电动机轴上并且使位于水平平面内或下方的各履带的位置可以沿着向纵轴线的连接线精确地移动。
在各活塞气缸装置上合乎目的地设置位移传感器,借其测量由具有改变的横截面的挤塑产品引起的在其上弹性支承的各履带的偏移并可以输给履带式牵引装置的控制装置。该控制装置由测得的偏移算出在位于水平平面内或以下的各履带与牵引装置纵轴线之间的需要的间距变化并相应地移动各履带。位于该平面上方的各履带在位于该平面内或下方的各履带的位置变化时由于作用到其上的压紧力而被同样沿着向纵轴线的连接线且正交于纵轴线移动,从而全部的履带再次关于该纵轴线对称地设置。

具体实施方式
图1示出一用于制造塑料管的挤塑作业线。跟随在挤塑机2后面的是一制管模具3,在其后面设置一真空室4用以定型已挤出的熔体软管。向真空室4上连接一冷却装置5,其必须将管8冷却到使其对于随后在本发明的履带式牵引装置6中产生的负荷是足够形状稳定的。该履带式牵引装置6对管8施加一牵引力,其必须大于以前在作业线中产生的摩擦力,这些摩擦力特别产生于定型器中,装置过渡处和密封装置上。
跟随在牵引装置6后面的是一分离装置7和一输出装置9,分离装置7将管8切到标准长度。
图2中示出本发明的履带式牵引装置6的大大简化的示意横剖视图,其中由相互对称成X位置设置的各履带10、10’输送已挤出的管8。牵引装置的纵轴线12,各履带10、10’对称于该纵轴线12设置,与管8的对称轴线相一致。由气动缸14施加压紧力并且促使全部履带10、10’在管8的壁上的压紧。
在挤出的管8的直径变化时,两位于上面的履带10’克服由压力缸14施加的压紧力偏移,从而位于由水平线和纵轴线12确定的平面以上的各履带10’和位于该平面以下的各履带10的布置短期内不再对称于机械纵轴线12。管8的对称轴线不再与履带式牵引装置的纵轴线12相一致。这样的情况示于图3中。通过在各气缸14上的未示出的位移传感器确定、测量各履带10’的偏移并转送给一未示出的控制装置,其立即借助一在电动机18上的角度传感器改变下面的各履带10离机械纵轴线12的间距,而重新调准各履带10、10’和机械纵轴线12的图4中所示的对称布置,其确保管8的最好的输送同时各履带10、10’的最小的磨损。
本发明的优点是,在挤塑产品的生产过程中在挤塑作业线中产生的横截面变化可以由履带式牵引装置自动识别并且将其自动调整到一重新的最优的配合。这能够实现较无摩擦的操作并且避免用手工配合引起的昂贵的生产下降。

Claims (19)

1.用于借助于履带式牵引装置引出挤塑产品的方法,该履带式牵引装置具有至少两个履带,其中各履带设置成至少在引出过程中可对称于履带式牵引装置的纵轴线并且其与该纵轴线的间距是可改变的;其特征在于,测量挤塑产品的横截面变化并且根据该变化自动地配合各履带离履带式牵引装置的纵轴线的间距,而使挤塑产品的对称轴线与履带式牵引装置的纵轴线相一致。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在挤塑产品的横截面变化时,在一个通过履带式牵引装置纵轴线的水平平面上方设置的各履带被偏移并测量该偏移,而且按照测得的偏移这样移动位于该平面内或下方的各履带,而使挤塑产品的对称轴线与履带式牵引装置的纵轴线相一致。
3.按照权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述平面上方设置的各履带由可调节的弹性装置压向挤塑产品。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将测得的偏移输给一控制装置,该控制装置算出所需要的间距变化并促使该间距变化。
5.用于制造挤塑产品的方法,其中通过从挤塑机中挤出一熔体条,将熔体条在一模具成形为一熔体软管,冷却和定型该挤塑产品并利用一具有至少两个履带的履带式牵引装置引出该挤塑产品,以及将挤塑产品分离成各单件;其特征在于,按照测得的挤塑产品的直径变化根据该直径变化自动地调整各履带离履带式牵引装置的纵轴线的间距,而使挤塑产品的对称轴线与履带式牵引装置的纵轴线相一致。
6.用于引出挤塑产品的履带式牵引装置,包括至少两个履带(10、10’),其中各履带(10、10’)  设置成至少在引出过程中可对称于履带式牵引装置(6)的纵轴线(12)并且可压紧到挤塑产品上,以及包括用于改变在多个履带(10、10’)与履带式牵引装置(6)的纵轴线(12)之间的间距的装置;其特征在于,设置一些装置,用于测量各履带(10、10’)正交于纵轴线(12)的偏移。
7.按照权利要求6所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,为了压紧,各履带(10、10’)设有活塞气缸装置,活塞气缸装置的活塞杆可正交于履带式牵引装置(6)的纵轴线(12)移动。
8.按照权利要求7所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,所述活塞气缸装置只为在一个通过纵轴线(12)的水平平面上方设置的各履带(10’)而设置。
9.按照权利要求7或8所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,活塞气缸装置的压力是可自动调节的。
10.按照权利要求7或8所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,设置气动缸(14)作为活塞气缸装置。
11.按照权利要求7或8所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,为了改变在不能由活塞气缸装置移动的、下面的各履带(10)与纵轴线(12)之间的间距,设置至少一台电动机(18)。
12.按照权利要求11所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,所述至少一台电动机(18)与位于水平平面内或下方的各履带(10)连接。
13.按照权利要求11所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,只设置一台电动机(18),它经由一传动装置移动所述位于水平平面内或下方的各履带(10)。
14.按照权利要求6所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,用于测量偏移的装置包括位移传感器。
15.按照权利要求6所述的履带式牵引装置,用于测量偏移的装置包括至少一个角度传感器。
16.按照权利要求11所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,在电动机(18)上设置一角度传感器,用以测量与电动机(18)连接的下面的各履带(10)的偏移。
17.按照权利要求14至16之一项所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,在各活塞气缸装置上设置位移传感器。
18.按照权利要求6所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,设置一控制装置,用于按由用于测量偏移的装置接收的信号调整各履带(10、10’)离履带式牵引装置(6)的纵轴线(12)的间距。
19.按照权利要求6所述的履带式牵引装置,其特征在于,设有用于对在各履带(10、10’)与履带式牵引装置(6)的纵轴线(12)之间的间距进行手工调整的装置。
