Description
Claims (19)
- 少なくとも2つの無限軌道連鎖を備えた無限軌道式引取装置を用いて、押出成形品、特にプラスチック管体を引き取る方法であって、
無限軌道連鎖が、少なくとも引取の間、無限軌道式引込装置の長手軸線に関して対称的に配置されていて、かつ長手軸線に対する距離が可変になっている方法において、
押出成形品の横断面変化を測定し、該横断面変化に応じて、押出成形品の対称軸線が無限軌道式引取装置の長手軸線と一致するように、無限軌道式引取装置の長手軸線に対する無限軌道連鎖の距離を自動的に適合させることを特徴とする、押出成形品、特にプラスチック管体を引き取る方法。 - 押出成形品の横断面変化に際して、無限軌道式引取装置の長手軸線による水平面の上方に配置された無限軌道連鎖を変位させ、該変位を測定し、前記水平面に位置するか、もしくは前記水平面の下方に位置する無限軌道連鎖を、測定された変位に応じて、押出成形品の対称軸線が無限軌道引取装置の長手軸線と一致するように、移動させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記水平面の上方に配置された無限軌道連鎖を、調整可能で弾性的な手段を用いて、押出成形品に押し付ける、請求項2記載の方法。
- 測定された変位を、制御装置に供給し、該制御装置が、必要な距離変化を求めて、かつ距離変化を指示する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 押出成形品、特にプラスチック管体を製作する方法であって、
押出成形機から溶融物ストランドを押出成形し、型、特に管型で溶融物ストランドを溶融物チューブに成形し、押出成形品を冷却してサイジングし、少なくとも2つの無限軌道連鎖を備えた無限軌道式引取装置を用いて押出成形品を引き取り、かつ押出成形品を個々の成形部品に分離する方法において、
測定された押出成形品の直径変化に応じた無限軌道引取装置の長手軸線に対する無限軌道連鎖の距離を、押出成形品の対称軸線が無限軌道引取装置の長手軸線と一致するように、押出成形品の直径変化に応じて自動的に調節することを特徴とする、押出成形品、特にプラスチック管体を製作する方法。 - 押出成形品、特にプラスチック管体(8)を引き取るための無限軌道式引取装置であって、少なくとも2つの無限軌道連鎖(10,10´)が設けられており、無限軌道連鎖(10,10´)が、少なくとも引取の間、無限軌道式引取装置(6)の長手軸線(12)に関して対称的に配置可能で、かつ押出成形品に押し付け可能に形成されており、幾つかの無限軌道連鎖(10,10´)と無限軌道式引取装置(6)の長手軸線(12)との間の距離を変化させるための手段が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
長手軸線(12)に対して直交方向の無限軌道連鎖(10,10´)の変位を測定するための手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、押出成形品、特にプラスチック管体を引き取るための無限軌道式引取装置。 - 無限軌道連鎖(10,10´)を押圧するためのピストンシリンダユニットが設けられており、該ピストンシリンダユニットのピストンロッドが、無限軌道式引取装置(6)の長手軸線(12)に対して直交方向で移動可能に形成されている、請求項6記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- ピストンシリンダユニットが、専ら長手軸線(12)による水平面の上方に配置された無限軌道連鎖(10´)のために設けられている、請求項7記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- ピストンシリンダユニットの圧力が、自動的に調整可能である、請求項7または8記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- ニューマチック式シリンダ(14)が、ピストンシリンダユニットとして設けられている、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- ピストンシリンダユニットによって移動されない無限軌道連鎖(10)と長手軸線(12)との間の距離を変化させるために、少なくとも1つのモータ(18)が設けられている、請求項7から10までのいずれか1項記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- 少なくとも1つのモータ(18)が、水平面内に位置するか、または水平面の下方に位置する無限軌道連鎖(10)と結合されている、請求項11記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- 単に1つのモータ(18)が設けられており、該モータ(18)が、伝動装置を介して、水平面内に位置するか、または水平面の下方に位置する無限軌道連鎖(10)を移動させるようになっている、請求項11または12記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- 変位を測定するための手段が、距離センサを備えている、請求項6から13までのいずれか1項記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- 変位を測定するための手段が、少なくとも1つの角度センサを備えている、請求項6から14までのいずれか1項記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- モータ(18)に、該モータ(18)と結合された無限軌道連鎖(10)の変位を測定するための角度センサが設けられている、請求項15記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- ピストンシリンダユニットに、距離センサが設けられている、請求項14から16までのいずれか1項記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- 変位を測定するための手段から受信した信号に従って、無限軌道式引取装置(6)の長手軸線(12)に対する無限軌道連鎖(10,10´)の距離を調整するための制御装置が設けられている、請求項6から17までのいずれか1項記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
- 無限軌道連鎖(10,10´)と無限軌道式引取装置(6)の長手軸線(12)との間の距離を手動式に調整するための手段が設けられている、請求項6から18までのいずれか1項記載の無限軌道式引取装置。
