Description
本發明係關於一種在製造用以充填包裝調味料、酒、日本酒、肉湯、佐料或其他液狀被包裝物之具有止回(one way)功能的附有注出噴嘴之包裝袋時所使用之裝置,特別係關於一種在由具有可撓性軟質膜形成之包裝袋用疊層膜安裝止回形注出噴嘴之裝置。
可發揮自行密封止回功能之膜狀液體注出噴嘴和使用此噴嘴之包裝袋已有日本專利特開2005-59958號公報所揭示者。該液體注出噴嘴適用在具有可撓性之軟質包裝袋本體,使充填在包裝袋內之液狀被包裝物注出,而不會將外部氣體代替注出物而取入到包裝袋內(亦即具有止回功能),另一方面,可依照被包裝物之注出量收縮或壓潰變形。另外,該液體注出噴嘴本身係具有以下功能,在被包裝物注出停止之同時,經由該液狀被包裝物之浸漬可自動地密閉(亦即,自行密封作用)吐出口,可確實阻止外部氣體侵入到包裝袋本體內。
該液體注出噴嘴除了與包裝袋本體構成一體之情況外,在事後熔著接合在包裝袋本體之情況下,係利用最外層之密封劑層使其基端部熔著接合在軟質包裝袋本體之側部或頂部之內表面。
該液體注出噴嘴係由以下方式形成、即就具有熱可塑性之一軸或二軸延伸之基膜層、及隔著該基膜層而疊層之內側和外側所配置之密封劑層的3層疊層膜、例如,就表面‧背面共一對之二片疊層膜、或在中央部朝表背面折返而成一對之一片疊層膜,以內側密封劑層間相互對向之姿勢使其除基端邊外之周邊部分互相熔著而加以形成。
另外,在日本專利特開2008-55739號公報中記載有以下注出噴嘴之安裝裝置之基本考慮方法,即在該包裝用膜之連續行進下可簡易且有效率地將具有此種止回功能之膜狀液體注出噴嘴安裝在包裝袋本體用之多數為疊層構造之軟質包裝用膜之適當位置處(多為膜側緣部)。
此種注出噴嘴之安裝裝置係具有:捲出軸,支持預先形成有多數注出噴嘴之噴嘴膜之捲繞輥;進給輥,以所需要之速度從捲出軸上之捲繞輥連續地引出噴嘴膜;熱輥,例如被配置在充填包裝機之包裝用膜之連續行進路徑內,多數經常接觸在形成疊層構造之包裝用膜之基膜層側;壓著輥,對該熱輥進退移位,使噴嘴膜之外表面密封劑層按壓在熱輥上之包裝用膜之表面密封劑層,透過熱密封使注出噴嘴接合在包裝用膜;分離輥,從該注出噴嘴切離在注出噴嘴亦與包裝用膜相接合後之噴嘴膜中不要之部分;及捲取軸,用來捲取噴嘴膜中之不要部分。
本發明係關於上述日本專利特開2008-55739號公報中所記載注出噴嘴之安裝裝置之改良。其目的在於提供一種止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其噴嘴膜是連續式或間歇式被捲出行進無關,可簡單地由小型機構構成,在簡易之動作控制下,可大幅地提高止回形注出噴嘴對包裝用膜之熔著接合效率。
本發明止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置係包含有:被賦予撕裂導引痕而經切離可容易模型取得之複數個止回形注出噴嘴,使以既定間距預先排列形成之軟質疊層構造之噴嘴模型取得膜間歇地或連續地對連續行進之疊層構造之包裝袋用膜捲出並使其同步行進之機構;使各個止回形注出噴嘴之基部經由其外表面側之密封劑層,而熔著接合在包裝袋用膜一(相當於袋內側之部分)側部之密封劑層之機構;及將噴嘴部分經模型脫離模型後之噴嘴模型取得膜之不要部分,沿著撕裂導引痕從各個止回形注出噴嘴切離並除去之機構。
而且,該安裝裝置中設置有用以支持噴嘴模型取得膜之捲繞輥之捲出軸,同時具有一對隔著包裝袋用膜而被配置為相對向、並被驅動為互相同步反向轉動並在按壓下使從捲出軸捲出而與包裝袋用膜等速行進之噴嘴模型取得膜之止回形注出噴嘴熔著接合在連續行進中之包裝袋用膜之熔著輥,該一對熔著輥構成為包含有:內藏加熱器之加熱輥,捲繞有噴嘴模型取得膜,經常朝向包裝袋用膜之行進路徑側被賦予勢能;及貼著熱輥,此亦內藏加熱器,具有用於將包裝袋用膜間歇式地按壓至加熱輥上噴嘴模型取得膜之止回形注出噴嘴位置之突起部。
在上述安裝裝置中,被驅動旋轉之加熱輥最好具備有用於夾入噴嘴模型取得膜之例如彈性之軋輥,藉由使噴嘴模型取得膜夾持在該加熱輥和軋輥之間,可防止噴嘴模型取得膜對加熱輥之滑動,可使該噴嘴模型取得膜確實地以與加熱輥之驅動周速相等速度行進。
另外,在該安裝裝置中,最好設置以所需要速度驅動旋轉之捲取軸,其可用於捲繞噴嘴模型取得膜中從止回形注出噴嘴切離之不要部分。藉由採用該捲取軸,可將該噴嘴模型取得膜之不要部分順利地捲取在捲取軸上,除此之外當然在與該噴嘴模型取得膜之捲出行進速度關連下,亦具有可幫助其行進之優點。
另外,最好在捲出軸及捲取軸各個和一對熔著輥之間各個,均設置有複數個噴嘴膜導引輥。其目的在於,藉由採用噴嘴膜導引輥,可防止噴嘴模型取得膜在一對熔著輥前後各處蛇行或發生皺紋等,可使其依照期望適當行進。
位在與一對熔著輥相隔、且於複數個噴嘴膜導引輥中離熔著輥對最接近處之各一個輥,最好為用於調整噴嘴模型取得膜之張力之跳動輥。經由採用該跳動輥,可使成對之熔著輥之周速、亦即,使噴嘴模型取得膜之行進速度,與該噴嘴模型取得膜被間歇式或連續式捲出無關,在與連續行進之包裝袋用膜之速度等速時,或捲取軸之速度為噴嘴模型取得膜之行進速度時,噴嘴模型取得膜之速度快慢可利用該跳動輥之變位而有效加以吸收。
此處,當對一對熔著輥,於捲出軸側及捲取軸側之至少一者設置在夾持噴嘴模型取得膜下可被驅動旋轉之膜傳送輥時,可更有效地除去該噴嘴模型取得膜對以捲繞有噴嘴模型取得膜之狀態被驅動旋轉之加熱輥產生滑動之問題,可使噴嘴模型取得膜之捲出行進速度更加正確。
在上述裝置中,構成一對熔著輥之加熱輥及貼著熱輥,均可視需要為被間歇式或連續式驅動旋轉之輥。
在本發明止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置中,特別是設有一對熔著輥,其在被驅動旋轉下,將預先形成在噴嘴模型取得膜之止回形注出噴嘴,按壓及熔著接合在包裝袋用膜之側部,並且其構成上包含有:加熱輥,例如透過氣缸賦予噴嘴模型取得膜經常朝向包裝袋用膜之行進路徑側勢能;及貼著熱輥,具有在被驅動旋轉下可將包裝袋用膜間歇式地按壓至加熱輥上之噴嘴模型取得膜之止回形注出噴嘴位置之突起部。
由此,本發明中,不需要設置先前技術之安裝裝置中所採用之經常接觸在包裝袋用膜之長條形熱輥。進而,本發明中並不需要將該長條形熱輥區分為熱絕緣構造部分和非熱絕緣構造部分,以使噴嘴模型取得膜對應到該非熱絕緣構造部分而行進,因此可實現裝置之小型化及構造之簡單化。
另外,依照本發明,並不需要用於對以一定速度連續行進之包裝袋用膜使噴嘴模型取得膜配合時序進行進退變位而使該噴嘴模型取得膜中經脫離模型之止回形注出噴嘴熔著接合在包裝袋用膜之既定位置之壓著輥。因此,裝置之動作控制可趨於簡單,可使裝置構造更進一步簡單化。
又,根據本發明,藉由控制一對均進行旋轉驅動之熔著輥之旋轉速度,而可使各止回形注出噴嘴確實接合在包裝袋用膜之既定位置,因此可大幅提高該注出噴嘴之融著接合效率。
在此種噴嘴安裝裝置中,例如,最好設置彈性軋輥,利用該彈性軋輥和構成被驅動旋轉之一對熔著輥之加熱輥,來夾持噴嘴模型取得膜。在此種情況下,可更有效地防止該噴嘴模型取得膜對加熱輥之滑動,可使噴嘴模型取得膜之行進速度和加熱輥之驅動周速確實達到等速。
另外,在本發明中,經由設置以所需要之速度被驅動旋轉以捲取噴嘴模型取得膜中經從止回形注出噴嘴切離之不要部分之捲取軸,而可與一對熔著輥是間歇式或連續式旋轉無關地,可在所期待張力之作用下,順利地將該噴嘴模型取得膜之不要部分捲繞在捲取軸上。而且,當該捲取軸以與加熱輥等之周速相等之速度被驅動旋轉時,則可幫助噴嘴模型取得膜之捲出行進。
在此情況下,最好在捲出軸及捲取軸各個與一對熔著輥之間各處,均配置複數個噴嘴膜導引輥,在此種情況下,在熔著輥對之前後各處,均可有效地防止噴嘴模型取得膜之蛇行,同時可防止噴嘴模型取得膜發生皺紋。
而且,位在與一對熔著輥相隔、且於複數個上述噴嘴膜導引輥中離熔著輥對最接近位置之各一個噴嘴膜導引輥最好為用於調整噴嘴模型取得膜之張力之跳動輥。在此情況下,與噴嘴模型取得膜之捲出是間歇式或連續式無關,當根據一對熔著輥之驅動周速,使噴嘴模型取得膜之捲出速度達到與以一定速度連續行進之包裝袋用膜之行進速度等速時,該噴嘴模型取得膜之行進速度之快慢可以利用跳動輥之變位而有效地加以吸收。
在對於一對熔著輥,於捲出軸側及捲取軸側之至少一者,設置有在夾持噴嘴模型取得膜下,例如以與熔著輥之周速相等速度被驅動旋轉之傳送輥之情況時,可更有效地除去噴嘴模型取得膜中對加熱輥等產生滑動之問題,同時可使噴嘴模型取得膜之捲出行進速度更正確地對應到加熱輥周速。
此外,在使噴嘴模型取得膜之捲出行進速度於所需要時刻以高精度對應到一對熔著輥之周速,以與包裝袋用膜之連續行進速度達到確實等速之情況下,一對熔著輥之加熱輥及貼著熱輥之各個旋轉,可為間歇式及連續式任一者。
圖1係表示本發明實施形態之概略外形前視圖,止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置1可附設在基座板2之圖中左端部所既存之自動充填包裝機。
圖中之元件符號3係表示捲出軸,其在制動之作用下用來支持軟質疊層構造之噴嘴模型取得膜之捲繞輥,並容許噴嘴模型取得膜從該捲繞輥捲出移行。
圖中元件符號4係表示捲取軸,其由驅動馬達驅動旋轉,在使以整列姿勢形成在噴嘴模型取得膜之止回形注出噴嘴之基部,熔著接合在連續行進之通常為疊層構造之包裝袋用膜之所要位置後,捲取經該止回形注出噴嘴切斷後狀態之噴嘴模型取得膜之不要部分。
圖中元件符號5係表示於整列姿勢下預先形成有複數止回形注出噴嘴之噴嘴模型取得膜之捲繞輥,而且,元件符號6係表示在包裝袋用膜之一側面於既定位置熔著接合各個止回形注出噴嘴後噴嘴模型取得膜之不要部分捲繞輥。
此處,從捲出軸3上之捲繞輥5捲出行進之軟質疊層構造之噴嘴模型取得膜7,係如圖2示意所示以預先整列姿勢形成有複數止回形注出噴嘴8,其具有圍繞各個止回形注出噴嘴8周圍之例如形成穿孔狀之撕裂導引痕9。
另外,被撕裂導引痕9圍繞在噴嘴模型取得膜7並以等間隔經模型取得之各個止回形注出噴嘴8,係在以一定速度連續行進之疊層構造之包裝袋用膜10一側部和噴嘴8基部外表面之各密封劑層間例如利用熱密封之熔著,而如圖之斜線所示般進行接合。
而且,噴嘴模型取得膜7之其餘不要部分(膜本體)係沿著撕裂導引痕9從各個止回形注出噴嘴8切離,根據捲取軸4之旋轉驅動等被捲取在該捲取軸4上而成為不要部分之捲繞輥6。
另外,在此種情況下,捲取軸4以與噴嘴模型取得膜7之捲出行進速度大致等速之周速而被驅動旋轉。
另外,在圖1所示之裝置中,係設置內藏有加熱器之一對熔著輥11,其與以一定速度連續行進之包裝袋用膜10相隔並保持對向。該熔著輥11係以互相同步等速、間歇式或連續式被驅動旋轉,對於行進中之包裝袋用膜10,只按壓從捲出軸3捲出並以與包裝袋用膜等速行進的噴嘴模型取得膜7之止回形注出噴嘴8之基端部,例如以寬度(a)3~50mm,長度(b)20~150mm來進行熔著接合。另外,包裝袋用膜10之接合間隔係依照包裝袋之大小而設為50mm~500mm之程度。
此處,各該一對熔著輥11之構成係包含有:內藏加熱器之加熱輥13,捲繞噴嘴模型取得膜7,透過例如氣缸12被賦予經常朝包裝袋用膜10之行進路徑側勢能;及內藏加熱器之貼著熱輥15,具有在加熱輥13上之噴嘴模型取得膜7之止回形注出噴嘴8位置間歇式地按壓包裝袋用膜10之突起部14。
另外,由噴嘴模型取得膜7模型脫離模型之止回形注出噴嘴8及包裝袋用膜10,係分別互相面對在其間包夾有密封劑層,利用來自上述加熱輥13和貼著熱輥15之供給熱量和突起部14之按壓力進行熔著接合。
因此,貼著熱輥15之突起部14,係位在止回形注出噴嘴8對包裝袋用膜10接合位置以外之區域中與包裝袋用膜10相隔開之位置處。
另外,圖1所示之裝置中,係設置有軋輥16,用於將噴嘴模型取得膜7例如彈性地按壓夾入至構成熔著輥11之加熱輥13,而可防止噴嘴模型取得膜7相對加熱輥13產生滑動。
另外,在圖1之裝置中,在捲出軸3和捲取軸4各個、和一對熔著輥11間各個,係配置有複數個噴嘴膜導引輥17、18及19、20,以防止行進中之噴嘴模型取得膜7之蛇行及該處發生皺紋等。
該等噴嘴膜導引輥17、18及19、20中最接近熔著輥11位置之各一個導引輥18、20,雖為連結到氣缸21、22及彈簧手段等而用於調整噴嘴模型取得膜7之張力之跳動輥(dancer roller),但可較佳地提高噴嘴模型取得膜7對加熱輥13之追蹤行進性。
在以上說明中,更好是在一對熔著輥11之捲出軸側及捲取軸側之至少一者(圖中為兩者),設置經驅動旋轉以夾持噴嘴模型取得膜7之膜傳送輥23、24,可更進一步地提高捲出之噴嘴模型取得膜7對加熱輥13之追蹤行進性。
以下,說明透過該裝置使形成在噴嘴模型取得膜7之止回形注出噴嘴8與連續行進之包裝袋用膜10熔著接合之方法。首先,使噴嘴模型取得膜7如圖之實線所示捲繞在各種輥。在此狀態下,使該噴嘴模型取得膜7從捲繞輥5連續或間歇捲出及行進。然後,當膜標記感測器25檢測到包裝袋用膜10已到達注出噴嘴接合位置之既定位置時,則使熔著輥11之周速逐漸增加至包裝袋用膜10之行進速度為止。更進一步,當包裝袋用膜10之噴嘴接合位置到達熔著輥11時,在以與該包裝袋用膜10相等之速度行進之噴嘴模型取得膜7之止回形注出噴嘴8,經由貼著熱輥15之突起部14按壓並加熱包裝袋用膜10。如此一來,如圖2之斜線所示,使包裝袋用膜10一側部之密封劑層熔著在止回形注出噴嘴8之一外表面。
如此一來,止回形注出噴嘴8係熔著接合在包裝袋用膜10,另一方面,經由使噴嘴模型取得膜7之行進路徑與包裝袋用膜10之行進路徑相隔開,而可沿著撕裂導引痕9將其自止回形注出噴嘴8切離。而且,該噴嘴模型取得膜7之不要部分可被捲取在捲取軸4上,而形成不要部分捲繞輥6。
另一方面,接合在包裝袋用膜10之止回形注出噴嘴8,係與包裝袋用膜10形成一體而在自動充填包裝機內行進。
此處,軋輥16、跳動輥18、20及被驅動旋轉之膜傳送輥23、24,係如上所述均具有可提高噴嘴模型取得膜7對熔著輥11之追蹤行進性之功能。
另外,圖1所示之態樣中,各膜傳送輥23、24係由可夾持噴嘴模型取得膜7之成對輥構成,但各膜傳送輥亦可由能相對噴嘴模型取得膜7產生較大摩擦力之單一驅動旋轉之橡膠輥等而構成。
圖3係由受驅動旋轉之各一個橡膠輥而構成各膜傳送輥23、24,同時其將噴嘴模型取得膜7之捲出及捲取旋轉方向設為與圖1所示之形態相反,而且,使該噴嘴模型取得膜7不捲繞在捲出側之膜傳送輥23而加以延伸。
在使噴嘴模型取得膜7之行進速度高精度對應到加熱輥13之旋轉周速之情況時,依照如圖3所示捲繞噴嘴模型取得膜7之情況、又或即使例如圖3之虛線所示省略捲繞在膜傳送輥24,亦可使噴嘴模型取得膜7相對包裝袋用膜10按照期望行進,而可使止回形注出噴嘴8如圖2所示適當熔著接合在該包裝袋用膜10。

Claims (10)
- 一種止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,係使由撕裂導引痕而經模型取得之複數個止回形注出噴嘴以預先排列姿勢形成在噴嘴模型取得膜,並使該噴嘴模型取得膜相對於連續行進之包裝袋用膜捲出行進,使各個止回形注出噴嘴之基部,經由其外表面之密封劑層而熔著接合在包裝袋用膜一側部之密封劑層,另一方面,使噴嘴部分之經脫離模型後之噴嘴模型取得膜之不要部分沿著撕裂導引痕從各個止回形注出噴嘴切離除去;其特徵在於:其設置有用以支持上述噴嘴模型取得膜之捲繞輥之捲出軸,同時設置一對被配置為隔著包裝袋用膜而相對向並互相同步進行轉動驅動、且在保持按壓之下使從捲出軸捲出而與包裝袋用膜等速行進之上述噴嘴模型取得膜之止回形注出噴嘴熔著接合在行進中之包裝袋用膜之熔著輥;而該一對熔著輥之構成為包含有:加熱輥,捲繞有噴嘴模型取得膜,經常朝向包裝袋用膜之行進路徑側被賦予勢能;及貼著熱輥,具有用於將包裝袋用膜間歇式地按壓至加熱輥上噴嘴模型取得膜之止回形注出噴嘴位置之突起部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其中,上述加熱輥設有用於夾入噴嘴模型取得膜之軋輥。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其中,在上述捲出軸和一對熔著輥之間,設有複數根之噴嘴膜導引輥。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其中,設置有用於捲取上述噴嘴模型取得膜中從止回形注出噴嘴切離之不要部分之捲取軸。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項之止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其中,在上述捲取軸和一對熔著輥之間,設有複數根之噴嘴膜導引輥。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其中,位在與上述一對熔著輥相隔、且於複數個噴嘴膜導引輥中位在離熔著輥對最接近處之各一個輥,係設為用於調整噴嘴模型取得膜之張力之跳動輥(dancer roller)。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其中,位在與上述一對熔著輥相隔、且於複數個噴嘴膜導引輥中位在離熔著輥對最接近處之各一個輥,係設為用於調整噴嘴模型取得膜之張力之跳動輥。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其中,在上述一對熔著輥之捲出軸側,配置有用於夾持噴嘴模型取得膜之膜傳送輥。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其中,在上述一對熔著輥之捲出軸側,配置有用於夾持噴嘴模型取得膜之膜傳送輥。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之止回形注出噴嘴之安裝裝置,其中,構成上述一對熔著輥之加熱輥及貼著熱輥之各個者,均為間歇式或連續式被驅動旋轉之輥。
