Description
本發明乃藉由吸收紫外光而能遮蔽紫外光,且其本身對於紫外光備長期而安定之耐光性之耐光性薄膜有關。
熱可塑性樹脂由於泛用性高,應用於廣範領域中。然而,聚酯、聚醯胺、聚烯烴、聚醚、聚苯乙烯等之熱可塑性樹脂由於紫外光之作用會引起劣化或分解,變色或降低機械性強度,所以有長期使用上之問題。為防止其劣化,以往曾經使用各種紫外光吸收劑,含有紫外光吸收劑之熱可塑性樹脂薄膜據此廣範地使用在貼附窗玻璃、塑膠溫室、防蟲等用途。
周知之紫外光吸收劑可大別為無機系紫外光吸收劑及有機系紫外光吸收劑,由於無機系紫外光吸收劑較能吸收廣範圍波長領域之光線,所以擬完全吸收紫外光,連可視光也吸收,在可視光領域下成為透過率低者。另一方面,有機系紫外光吸收劑吸收較狹波長領域之光,所以可維持可視光領域之透過率下,有效率地吸收紫外光,卻由於有機系紫外光吸收劑本身之耐光性不足,特別在強力直射光線下,很難長期維持安定之耐光性(參考日本特開平7-11231號公報,特開平7-11232號公報,特開2000-254518號公報,特開2000-106993號公報,特開2006-326971號公報)。
本發明之目的在提供含有有機系紫外光吸收劑下,在長期之光照射下也能維持優異之耐光性用耐光性薄膜。
本發明提供藉由樹脂薄膜,該樹脂薄膜上設置含有有機系紫外光吸收劑而成之第一耐光層,以及第一耐光層上設置含有具備紫外光吸收功能之金屬氧化物而成之第二耐光層所構成之耐光性薄膜,據此解決本發明之課題。
實施發明之最佳途徑
本發明詳細說明如下:
樹脂薄膜
樹脂薄膜由熱可塑性樹脂所構成。該熱可塑性樹脂之例如熱可塑性聚酯、聚碳酸酯、非晶質烯烴、聚醚、聚醚醚酮、聚伸苯基醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯酸、聚醯胺、聚醚醯亞胺、聚醯亞胺、聚丙炔酯、聚磺酸、聚醚磺酸、聚丙炔硫醚、二丙烯酸酞酸酯、矽樹脂、氟樹脂等。其中以熱可塑性聚酯為較佳。
該熱可塑性聚酯以使用芳香族聚酯為較佳,例如可採用聚乙烯萘二羧酸酯、聚乙烯酞酸酯,其中,以聚乙烯萘二羧酸酯為較佳。熱可塑性樹脂可單獨使用或組合複數種類利用。又,可作成共聚物而利用。
本發明中之樹脂薄膜可為單層薄膜,或由複數層所構成之層積薄膜。
第一耐光層
第一耐光層設置於樹脂薄膜上,含有有機系紫外光吸收劑而成。第一耐光層除有機系紫外光吸收劑之外,尚可含有例如樹脂黏著劑、光安定劑。
有機系紫外光吸收劑
本發明中,第一耐光層所含有機系紫外光吸收劑,乃使用能吸收波長300~420nm範圍,較佳為330~400nm領域之所有或部分領域之光用有機系紫外光吸收劑。使用在該範圍有吸收波長之有機系紫外光吸收劑,就能使薄膜不著色下吸收紫外光而遮蔽之。
該有機系紫外光吸收劑之例如二苯甲酮系、苯駢三唑系、三系、苯駢噁酮系、柳酸酯系、氰基丙烯酸酯系、水楊酸酯系及丙烯腈系之有機系紫外光吸收劑。其中,以二苯甲酮系、苯駢三唑系、苯駢噁酮系之有機系紫外光吸收劑,由於紫外光吸收率高而最佳。
該二苯甲酮系之有機系紫外光吸收劑之例如2,2-二羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-辛氧基苯二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮等。
該苯駢三唑系之有機系紫外光吸收劑之例如(2’-羥苯基)苯駢三唑、(2’-羥基-5’-甲苯基)苯駢三唑、(2’-羥基-5’-辛苯基)苯駢三唑及(2’-羥基-3’-第三丁基-5’-甲苯基)-5-氯苯駢三唑、2-(2-羥基-5-第三丁苯基)-2H-苯駢三唑、2-(2H-苯駢三唑-2-基)-4,6-雙(1-甲基-1-苯乙基)苯酚、2-(2H-苯駢三唑-2-基)-6-(1-甲基-1-苯乙基)-4-(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)苯酚、3-(2H-苯駢三唑-2-基)-5-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羥基、辛基-3-(3-第三丁基-4-羥基-5-(5-氯-2H-苯駢三唑-2-基)苯基]丙酸酯、2-乙基己基-3-[3-第三丁基-4-羥基-5-(5-氯-2H-苯駢三唑-2-基)苯基]丙酸酯等。
該苯駢噁酮系有機系紫外光吸收劑之例如2,2’-(1,4-亞苯基)雙[4H-3、1-苯駢噁-4-酮]、2,6-萘基雙(1,3-苯駢噁-4-酮)等。
有機系紫外光吸收劑可單獨使用,也可組合複數種類使用。又,任意為低分子量型或高分子量型者。
樹脂黏著劑
第一耐光層可含有樹脂黏著劑。樹脂黏著劑可為混合狀態、或化學結合狀態。
第一耐光層調配以樹脂黏著劑時,以使用透明樹脂之樹脂黏著劑為佳,例如聚酯樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂、氟樹脂、矽樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、氯乙烯樹脂、縮丁醛乙烯樹脂、纖維素酯樹脂及聚醯胺樹脂等可供採用,其中,以光安定性優異之丙烯酸樹脂、矽樹脂為較佳。
第一耐光層中之有機系紫外光吸收劑之含量比率,以構成第一耐光層整體成分100重量%計,以5~100重量%為佳,其中以10~100重量%為較佳。當該含量未滿5重量%時,紫外光之吸收效率降低,為賦與充分之紫外光吸收功能,必需厚塗而不宜。
光安定劑
第一耐光層更可含有光安定劑。
該光安定劑可大別為猝滅劑及HALS兩種類。猝滅劑一般為使激發狀態之活化分子(例如單態氧1
O2
)脫激發功能。另外,HALS被視為具有捕捉由紫外光所產生之自由基之捕捉劑功能。光安定劑可採用猝滅劑及HALS之任意種類。光安定劑中,HALS可使用例如受阻胺化合物。
一般,光安定劑以分散狀含有第一耐光層。第一耐光層藉由含有光安定劑,可以提升有機系紫外光吸收劑及樹脂黏著劑之長期耐光性。
第一耐光層含有安定劑時,其含量以有機系紫外光吸收劑100重量%為基準計,例如0.01~30重量%範圍,其中以0.1~20重量%為較佳。
第一耐光層之厚度
第一耐光層之厚度以0.03~35μm為宜,其中以0.05~20μm為更佳。藉由該範圍之厚度可得充分之耐光性及透明性,薄膜之優異之操作性。
第一耐光層之形成方法
第一耐光層藉由樹脂薄膜上,例如以塗佈、蒸鍍而設置之。塗佈時,例如可使用分散或溶解塗佈層之組成物於溶劑中所形成之塗佈液塗佈於樹脂薄膜之濕式塗佈法。
濕式塗佈法可藉輥塗法、浸漬法、氣動刮塗法、刀刮法、金屬棒法、滑動料斗法、擠壓法、幕塗法等方法而進行。另外,使用泛用機以旋轉法或噴霧法亦可行。又,利用凸版、膠板、照相凹版等三大印刷法為首之凹版、膠版、網版印刷等濕式印刷法塗佈亦行。其中可隨塗液黏度或濕厚度之需求選擇適佳之塗佈方法而實施。
第二耐光層
第二耐光層設置於第一耐光層上,含具備紫外光吸收功能之金屬氧化物而構成。本發明中依照樹脂薄膜、第一耐光層、第二耐光層之順序而配置。更為獲得長期之耐光性,採用光之入射面在第二耐光層側。
本發明中,含具備紫外光吸收功能之金屬氧化物而形成第二耐光層按置在第一耐光層上,換言之,設置在光線之入射側處。據此,能長期保持第一耐光層之有機系紫外光吸收劑於安定狀態。
金屬氧化物
第二耐光層所使用具有紫外光吸收功能之金屬氧化物,乃係以吸收可能使第一耐光層所用有機系紫外光吸收劑劣化之波長之光線為目的而使用。為該目的,該金屬氧化物使用在波長300~400nm,較佳為330~390nm處具有吸收波長之金屬氧化物。藉由利用在該波長範圍具有吸收波長之金屬氧化物,可得一方面抑制第一耐光層之有機系紫外光吸收材料之劣化。而實質上未著色之耐光性薄膜。
該金屬氧化物之例如氧化鋅、氧化鈦、氧化鈰、三氧化鎢、鈦酸鍶、氧化鐵等可供採用。該金屬氧化物可單獨使用,或複數種類組合而利用。該金屬氧化物可藉粒狀調配於第二耐光層,或形成為薄膜而利用。
當以粒狀使用時,可將一部分金屬氧化物之表面,以氧化鋁或氧化矽覆蓋而抑制由光催化反應所造成周緣有機物之劣化。
金屬氧化物以粒狀塗佈時,為維持透光率,其平均粒徑宜在0.1μm以下,其中以0.05μm以下為較佳。當粒徑在該範圍時,可維持透光率下精密塗佈而提升紫外光之遮蔽功能。
樹脂黏著劑
第二耐光層可含有樹脂黏著劑。該樹脂黏著劑可為混合狀或以化學結合狀存在。
調配樹脂黏著劑於第二耐光層時,宜使用透明之樹脂,例如可使用聚酯樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂、氟系樹脂、矽系樹脂、三聚氰胺系樹脂、氯乙烯樹脂、縮丁醛乙烯樹脂、纖維素醇樹脂及聚醯胺樹脂,其中,以使用光安定性優異之丙烯酸樹脂及矽樹脂為較佳。
第二耐光層中之金屬氧化物之含有比率,以構成第二耐光層之總成分100重量%計,以5~100重量%為佳,其中以10~100重量%為更佳。當該含量比率未滿5重量%時,紫外光之吸收效率降低,為賦與充分之紫外光吸收功能,必需塗厚而不佳。
光安定劑
第二耐光層更可含有光安定劑。
該光安定劑可大別為猝滅劑及HALS兩種類。猝滅劑通常為使激發狀態之活化分子(例如單態氧1
O2
)脫激發功能。另外,HALS被視為具有捕捉由紫外光所產生之自由基之捕捉劑功能。光安定劑可採用猝滅劑及HALS之任意種類。光安定劑中,HALS可使用例如受阻胺化合物。
一般,光安定劑以分散狀態含於第二耐光層。藉由含有光安定劑於第二耐光層,可提升樹脂黏著劑之長期耐光性。
當第二耐光層含有光安定劑時,其含量以金屬氧化物為100重量%基準計,例如0.01~30重量%為佳,其中以0.1~20重量%為較佳。
第二耐光層之厚度
第二耐光層之厚度以0.01~10μm為佳,其中,以0.05~10μm為更佳。當該厚度在該範圍時,可得充分之耐光性及透明性,以及優異之薄膜之操作性。
第二耐光層之形成方法
第二耐光層例如以塗佈、乾塗佈法設置於第一耐光層上。
塗佈時,例如可使用分散或溶解塗佈層之組成物於溶劑中所形成之塗佈液塗佈於樹脂薄膜之濕式塗佈法。該濕式塗佈法可藉例如輥塗法、浸漬法、氣動刮塗法、刀刮法、金屬棒法、滑動料斗法、擠壓法、幕塗法等而進行。另外,使用泛用機以旋轉法或噴霧法亦可行。又,利用凸版、膠版、照相凸版之三大印刷法為首,尚可藉凹版、膠版、網版印刷等濕式印刷而塗佈之。其中,可隨塗液黏度或濕厚度之需求選擇適佳之塗佈方法而進行。
乾塗佈法例如可採用蒸鍍法、濺鍍法、CVD法、離子噴鍍法等。
其他層
硬塗層
為提升各層之黏著性及長期屋外使用時之耐久性,在樹脂薄膜及第一耐光層之間,第一耐光層及第二耐光層之間,第二耐光層上處,可在任意處設置一處以上之硬塗層。該硬塗層之厚度例如0.01~20μm範圍,其中以0.05~10μm為較佳。
硬塗層以跟所接觸層具有良好之黏著性之材料所構成為佳,就工業生產力之觀點而言,以使用熱硬化性樹脂或能量標線硬化性樹脂為佳。該熱硬化性樹脂或能量標線硬化性樹脂之例如丙烯酸樹脂、聚氨酯樹脂、矽樹脂、環氧樹脂等,並使用該樹脂成分中經調配以氧化鋁、氧化矽、雲母等無機粒狀物所構成混合物為較佳。
緩衝層
鄰接於含有金屬氧化物之第二耐光層,可設置由無機物質所構成厚度為0.01~20μm,較佳為1~10μm之緩衝層。藉由設置該緩衝層,可抑制藉金屬氧化物所造成光催化反應所致鄰接層之光劣化。例如,藉由第一耐光層與第二耐光層之間設置緩衝層,可抑制由金屬氧化物之光催化反應所造成之第一耐光層之劣化。構成該緩衝層之無機物質,例如可使用氧化鋁、氧化矽、緩衝層可兼硬塗層。
防止反射層
構成本發明之耐光性薄膜之各層間,或其最表層可設置防止反射層。藉由設置防止反射層可提升透光率,可利用在太陽電池等光量成為重要之領域而甚有益。
設置防止反射層於最表層時,該防止反射層可層積以折射率為1.30~2.0而厚度為0.01~0.2μm之層約1~30層就行。又,防止反射層可兼以硬塗層、緩衝層。
促進黏著層
本發明中,樹脂薄膜可設置促進黏著層。該時該促進黏著層可設置在樹脂薄膜和第一耐光層之間,或設置在未設置第一耐光層側。當促進黏著層設置於樹脂薄膜和第一耐光層之間,可提升兩者之黏著性。當促進黏著層設置於樹脂薄膜之未設置第一耐光層側時,例如利用本發明之耐光性薄膜做為覆蓋薄膜用途,可和覆蓋對象物之間保持有優異之黏著性。
促進黏著層以使用對於聚酯薄膜及第一耐光層之雙方顯示優異之黏著性之材料為佳,例如可使用聚酯樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸樹脂、矽丙烯酸樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、聚矽氧烷樹脂。該樹脂可單獨使用,或兩種以上混合使用。
促進黏著層之厚度以10~200nm為佳,其中以20~150nm為更佳。當促進黏著劑之厚度未滿10nm時,缺少提升黏著性之效果,相反地,超過200nm時,容易發生促進黏著層之凝聚破壞而降低黏著性,所以不甚佳。
設置促進黏著層之方法,以樹脂薄膜之製造過程中藉塗佈而設置為佳。該塗佈步驟在樹脂薄膜之取向結晶化完成前塗佈塗佈液而進行為佳。該結晶取向完成前之薄膜乃含未延伸薄膜,未延伸薄膜朝向縱方向或橫方向之任一方向取向而成之單一取向薄膜,或朝向縱方向或橫方向之兩方向以低倍率延伸取向者(最後朝向縱方向或橫方向再延伸而完成取向結晶化前之二軸延伸薄膜)等。其中,以塗佈塗佈液於未延伸薄膜或一軸延伸薄膜,直接縱延伸及/或橫延伸,再施加熱固化而設置促進黏著層為較佳。
實施例
本發明藉由實施例更詳細說明如下:
各種物性乃依照下述方法評估而得。
(1)透光率
使用分光光度儀(島津製作所製品MPC3100型),測定波長390nm下之透光率。
(2)耐光性
使用UV照射試驗儀(ATLAS公司製品,SUNSTEST CPS+),在55℃溫度、765W/m2
輸出條件下,照射試料用薄膜240小時,而進行屋外曝露促進試驗。該屋外曝露促進試驗之後,使用日本電色工業公司製品之SZS-Σ 90,藉由透過測定測定薄膜著色之b*值,計算試驗前後之b*值之差距,依據下列標準評估之。又,該評估中簡稱屋外曝露促進試驗為試驗。
◎示試驗後b*-試驗前b*≦4 …耐光性極佳。
○示4<試驗後b*-試驗前b*≦8 …耐久性得改善。
×示8<試驗後b*-試驗前b* …耐光性不佳。
實施例1
(製造樹脂薄膜)
固有黏度為0.63而實質上不含粒狀物之聚乙烯-2,6-萘二羧酸酯之錠狀物在170℃下乾燥6小時後,供應到擠壓機之料斗中。在305℃之熔融溫度下熔融混練,使用平均篩眼為17μm之不鏽鋼製細絲濾器過濾,經過3mm之狹縫模頭在表面溫度為60℃之旋轉冷卻桶上擠壓,急速冷卻而得未延伸薄膜。該未延伸薄膜在120℃下預熱,再於低速、高速輥間從15mm上方以850℃之紅外線加熱器加熱,朝向縱方向延伸1.1倍。在該縱方向延伸後之薄膜片面,使用輥塗佈機將下記塗劑A塗佈成為乾燥後之塗佈層厚為0.25μm而形成促進黏著層。
繼之,供料至拉幅器,在140℃下朝向橫方向延伸3.3倍。所得二軸取向薄膜在245℃之溫度下熱固化5秒鐘,形成固有黏度為0.58dl/g,厚度為125μm之薄膜,然後,將該薄膜在懸垂狀態下,以弛緩率為0.7%,205℃之溫度下熱弛緩處理,而製成樹脂薄膜。
(形成第一耐光層)
使用Cyasorb UV24(Cytech公司製品,2,2-二羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮)40重量份作為有機系紫外光吸收劑,丙烯酸樹脂之哈爾斯混合物UV-G301(日本觸媒公司製品)54重量份作為黏著劑,Desmodun N3200(住友拜耳尿烷公司製品)6重量份作為異氰酸酯硬化劑,而調製形成第一耐光層用途之組成物。溶解該組成物於乙酸乙酯而成固形物濃度為11重量%溶液,而調製成塗佈液。使用棒塗料器將該塗佈液塗佈於樹脂薄膜上,經乾燥而形成2μm厚度之第一耐光層。
(形成第二耐光層)
使用棒塗料器將含氧化鋅微粒狀物之15重量%分散液NanoTek(C.I.化成公司製品,平均粒徑為34nm)塗佈於第一耐光層上,經乾燥形成0.1μm厚度之第二耐光層。
所得耐光性薄膜之物性其評估結果示於表1。
實施例2
(製造樹脂薄膜)
按照實施例1相同方法製造樹脂薄膜。
(形成第一耐光層)
使用Cyasorb UV24(Cytech公司製品,2,2-二羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮)50重量份作為有機系紫外光吸收劑,矽系黏著劑之TSR145(MOMENTIVE公司製品)49.8重量份作為黏著劑,CR13(MOMENTIVE公司製品)0.2重量份作為催化劑,調製以甲苯為溶劑而固形物濃度為24重量%之塗佈液。使用棒塗料器將該塗佈液塗佈於樹脂薄膜上,經加熱乾燥而形成1.5μm厚度之第一耐光層。
(形成第二耐光層)
按照實施例1相同方法形成第二耐光層而得耐光性薄膜。評估所得耐光性薄膜之物性,其結果示於表1。
實施例3
(製造樹脂薄膜)
按照實施例1相同方法製造樹脂薄膜。
(形成第一耐光層)
按照實施例2相同方法形成第一耐光層。
(形成第二耐光層)
使用濺塗法、將氧化鋅以100nm厚度層積在第一耐光層上而形成第二耐光層製得耐光性薄膜。
評估所得耐光性薄膜之物性,其結果示於表1。
實施例4
(製造樹脂薄膜)
按照實施例1相同方法製成樹脂薄膜。
(形成第一耐光層)
使用Cyasorb UV24(Cytech公司製品,2,2-二羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮)100重量份調製成以甲苯為溶劑而成固形物濃度為12重量%之塗佈液。使用棒塗料器將該塗佈液塗佈於樹脂薄膜上,經乾燥形成0.7μm厚度之第一耐光層。
(形成第二耐光層)
按照實施例3相同方法形成第二耐光層於第一耐光層上,而製得耐光性薄膜。
評估所得耐光性薄膜之物性,其結果示於表1。
實施例5
按照實施例3相同方法,形成第一耐光層於樹脂薄膜上,再形成第二耐光層於其上面。再使用濺塗法,層積以100nm厚度之氧化矽層於第二耐光層上之最表層,而形成防止反射層,製成具有防止反射層之耐光性薄膜。
評估所得耐光性薄膜之物性,其結果示於表1。
實施例6
按照實施例3相同方法,形成第一耐光層於樹脂薄膜上。繼之,使用濺塗法層積50nm厚度之氧化矽層於第一耐光層上而形成緩衝層。再按照實施例3相同方法形成第二耐光層於緩衝層上,而製得耐光性薄膜。
評估所得耐光性薄膜之物性,其結果示於表1。
比較例1
按照實施例1相同方法製成樹脂薄膜。該薄膜上未設置第一耐光層及第二耐光層。
評估該薄膜之物性,其結果示於表1。
比較例2
按照實施例1相同方法製成樹脂薄膜,再按照實施例2相同方法製成形成有第一耐光層之薄膜。該薄膜上未設置第二耐光層。
評估所得薄膜之物性,其結果示於表1。
比較例3
按照實施例1相同方法製成樹脂薄膜,再立即形成第二耐光層於樹脂薄膜上。形成方法使用實施例3相同方法。該薄膜上未形成第一耐光層。
評估所得薄膜之物性,其結果示於表1。
發明之效果
依照本發明可提供含有有機系紫外光吸收劑之情形下,在長期照光下也能維持優異之耐光性之耐光性薄膜。
產業上之利用可行性
本發明之耐光性薄膜,例如可使用於太陽電池材料等長期間曝露紫外光之用途,又,例如醫藥品等防止藉由紫外光所致劣化之需求性極高之物品之包裝有益用途。
Claims (3)
- 一種耐光性薄膜,其特徵為藉由聚乙烯萘二羧酸酯薄膜、被設置於該聚乙烯萘二羧酸酯薄膜上之含有有機系紫外光吸收劑而成第一耐光層,以及被設置於第一耐光層上之含具紫外光吸收功能之氧化鋅而成第二耐光層所構成,上述第二耐光層之厚度範圍為0.01~0.1μm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之耐光性薄膜,其中,第二耐光層之金屬氧化物係選擇自氧化鋅、氧化鈦、氧化鈰、三氧化鎢、鈦酸鍶及氧化鐵所構成群中至少一種者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之耐光性薄膜,其中可提供做為太陽電池之構件使用。
