Claims (4)

  1. 一種細胞培養容器之製法,其係於用以培養細胞之表面上具有凹凸圖案的細胞培養容器之製法,具備下列步驟:(1)形成該凹凸圖案之凹部的步驟,該凹凸圖案之凹部包含:細胞培養部、連通於該細胞培養部之微通路、及經由該微通路連通於該細胞培養部之導入領域;(2)將含有細胞接著誘導物質之液體滴入該導入領域,利用毛細現象而將含有細胞接著誘導物質之液體僅導入於該凹部的步驟;及(3)使導入於該凹部之該含有細胞接著誘導物質之液體乾燥,而將細胞接著誘導物質僅被覆於該凹部之底部及側壁之步驟;其於形成該微通路之際,該細胞培養部之底面寬度為相當於培養細胞直徑的1.0倍~20倍,該側壁之高度為相當於培養細胞直徑的0.5倍~10倍,該微通路之底面寬度為相當於培養細胞直徑的0.1倍~10倍。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之細胞培養容器之製法,其中進行該凹部之表面處理,於其上導入細胞接著誘導物質。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之細胞培養容器之製法,其中該表面處理為親水化處理。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之細胞培養容器之製法,其中至少用以配置該細胞的凹凸圖案領域為透明的。
