Description

料條粒化裝置
本發明有關一用於粒化至少一料條的待粒化材料之裝置,其包括一具有兩可相對移動的刃片之切割裝置,至少一抽入滾子及一用於將料條進給至切割裝置之料條進給裝置,根據申請專利範圍第1項之定義。
在此型料條粒化裝置的案例中,一般產生下列問題:在特定條件下,料條進給至切割裝置時會產生不規則。這特別會發生於一起動製程期間。由於可能的不均質性料條材料,會發生結塊、重疊或料條破裂。
習知的料條粒化裝置在對於不同的待粒化材料重新設定工具時亦通常需作複雜的結構性改變藉以使料條引導適應於特定的料條材料、特定的料條厚度、特定的料條材料黏度及類似物。
並且,上述問題會妨礙習知料條粒化裝置操作被大幅或完全地自動化,特別是其妨礙此型裝置的自動起動操作。
美國申請案US 2005/0077644 A1的介紹部份係描述不同的先前技藝之待粒化料條的料條引導方法。此文件譬如顯示一可供施加一水物流之不可調整的級聯式斜槽或一具有一不可調整的傾斜角之垂直料條導板。
因此,本發明之目的係提供一用於粒化至少一料條的待粒化材料之裝置,其克服先前技藝的缺點,且特別經由 簡單結構性手段提供合乎成本效益的操作、對於不同操作狀態之經改良的適應性,特別是在一起動製程期間,且依需要亦廣泛地使操作自動化,特別是亦在起動製程期間。
根據本發明藉由一具有如申請專利範圍第1項之特徵結構的裝置來達成此目的。
本發明的較佳特定實施例係界定於依附的申請專利範圍中。
根據本發明之用於粒化至少一料條的待粒化材料之裝置係包括一具有兩可相對移動的刃片之切割裝置,至少一抽入滾子及一用於將料條進給至切割裝置之料條進給裝置。根據本發明,一具有一可調整式傾斜角且可相對於料條進給裝置移動之額外的條帶形調整導件係在緊位於抽入滾子上游且與其相鄰之區域中座落在實際料條進給裝置下游,亦即位於實際料條進給裝置與切割裝置的抽入滾子之間,藉由調整導件可以調整料條被進給或可被進給至抽入滾子之角度。可提供調整導件而無需任何進一步施加水或流體。角度可調整性係經由簡單結構性及因此合乎成本效益的手段來提供對於不同操作狀態、料條材料、起動製程及類似物之廣泛可適應性。因此根據本發明可相對較容易地達成一自動化的操作。
可根據本發明藉由將相對於垂直方向呈一面朝下角度的調整導件設置成使得其上運行的料條(只)在重力影響下被進給至抽入滾子而至少在該區位亦即調整導件的區域中沒有任何進一步運送手段、亦即特別是沒有諸如皮帶傳送 器等任何進一步料條進給裝置或者處於一運送流體影響下,藉以額外地達成特定的結構簡單性。
若在根據本發明的裝置之案例中調整導件的傾斜角及料條進給裝置的傾斜角可彼此分開地調整且較佳甚至可彼此獨立地調整,將可結構性達成一特定程度的可適應性(adaptation)。
圖式簡單說明
下文以單一的第1圖為基礎更詳細地說明本發明,其中以範例顯示特定實施例。
第1圖顯示根據本發明之一用於粒化至少一料條的待粒化材料1,1’之裝置的示意側視圖。根據本發明的裝置可特別使用於任何適合粒化之材料。
該裝置具有一切割裝置,其包括兩可相對移動的刃片5,6,兩抽入滾子3,4及一用於將料條1,1’進給至切割裝置之料條進給裝置2,2’。根據本發明,一具有一可調整式傾斜角且可相對於料條進給裝置2,2’移動之額外的條帶形調整導件7,7’係在緊位於抽入滾子3,4上游且與其相鄰的區域中座落在料條進給裝置2,2’下游。此調整導件7,7’可用來調整將料條1,1’進給至抽入滾子3,4之角度。第1圖顯示兩不同角度位置。實線所示的位置係顯示調整導件7的一較大傾斜角及料條1的一對應進展以及料條進給裝置2之一經適當調整的位置。虛線所示之調整導件7’的位置係顯示一較平角度及料條1’的對應引導以及料條進給裝置2’之一經適當調整的 位置。
根據本發明,根據第1圖的調整導件7,7’概括相對於垂直方向座落在一面朝下角度,所以其上運行的料條1,1’在重力影響下被進給至抽入滾子3,4而無需進一步運送手段,譬如沒有額外傳送皮帶或水斜槽或者亦未施加任何其他流體,至少在調整導件的區域上如此。
根據第1圖所示的特定實施例,藉由緊位於抽入滾子3,4上游或與其緊鄰的區域中繞一旋轉軸線的對應環轉運動來調整調整導件7,7’的角度。
根據本發明,如第1圖所示,調整導件7,7’及料條進給裝置2,2’兩者可彼此獨立地調整,亦可以將其彼此獨立地調整。
根據本發明的裝置可以一結構性簡單且合乎成本效益的方式特別有效地適應於不同操作狀態、特別是對於不同的料條材料,且根據本發明,特別可以使操作、特別是使一此型裝置的起動製程被大幅地自動化。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種用於粒化至少一料條的待粒化材料之裝置,其包含一具有兩可相對移動的刃片之切割裝置,至少一抽入滾子及一用於將該料條進給至該切割裝置之料條進給裝置,具有一可調整式傾斜角且可相對於該料條進給裝置移動之一額外的條帶形調整導件,其係在緊位於該抽入滾子上游且與其相鄰之區域中座落在該料條進給裝置下游,該調整導件係用來調整將該料條進給至該抽入滾子之角度,其特徵在於:該調整導件係相對於垂直方向座落在一面朝下角度,使得其上運行的該料條在重力影響下進給至該抽入滾子,而至少在此區位中沒有任何進一步運送手段,該調整導件之角度係藉由緊位於該抽入滾子上游或與其緊鄰的該區域中繞一旋轉軸線的對應環轉運動來調整。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之裝置,其中該調整導件之傾斜角與該料條進給裝置之傾斜角係可彼此分開地調整。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之裝置,其中該調整導件的傾斜角及該料條進給裝置的傾斜角係可彼此分開地調整且可彼此獨立地調整。
