Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る造粒装置は、互いに関連して移動させることが可能な二つの刃を有する切断装置と、少なくとも一つの供給ローラーと、切断装置へストランドを供給する少なくとも一つのストランド供給機とを備える造粒装置である。この造粒装置は、追加的に設置されたタップ状の調整ガイドが供給ローラーの直前の領域においてストランド供給機の下流に配置され、調整ガイドにおいては、ガイドが傾斜の調整が可能であり、且つストランド供給機に関連して動くことが可能であるため、ストランドが供給ローラーへ供給される角度が、調整可能となることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 互いに関連して移動させることが可能な二つの刃(5、6)を有する切断装置と、少なくとも一つの供給ローラー(3、4)と、前記切断装置へストランド(1、1’)を供給する少なくとも一つのストランド供給機(2、2’)と、を備える少なくとも一つの前記ストランド(1、1’)の材料を粒子化する造粒装置であって、
追加的に設置されたタップ状の調整ガイド(7、7’)が、前記供給ローラー(3、4)の直前且つ前記供給ローラー(3、4)と隣接する領域において前記ストランド供給機(2、2’)の下流に配置され、
前記調整ガイド(7、7’)においては、ガイドが傾斜の調整が可能であり、且つ前記ストランド供給機(2、2’)に関連して動くことが可能であるため、前記ストランド(1、1’)が前記供給ローラー(3、4)へ供給される角度が、調整可能となることを特徴とする、造粒装置。 - 前記調整ガイド(7、7’)上を移動する前記ストランド(1、1’)が、前記供給ローラー(3、4)への供給のための追加の運搬手段を用いることなく重力の影響によって前記供給ローラー(3、4)へと供給されるように、前記調整ガイド(7、7’)が、鉛直方向に対して下方に傾斜して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の造粒装置。
- 前記調整ガイド(7、7’)の傾斜および前記ストランド供給機(2、2’)の傾斜は、互いに個別に調整することが可能であり、好ましくは、互いから独立して調整することが可能である、請求項1または2に記載の造粒装置。
