五、發明説明(2 L醫藥產物由DNA本身所構成,且其必需能夠以適當的 I來製造具有適合人類治療用途之特性的DNA。 、 在非-病毒之載體學的案例中,所使用的載體為細菌來源 的質體。通常使用於基因療法中的質體帶有⑴_個複製起 點,(11) 一個標記基因,諸如對抗生素(康黴素、胺苄 素等等)有抗藥性的基因’和(111)„或多個帶有對於它們 表現所必需之序列的導人基因(例如促進基因、啟動基 聚腺答酸化作用之序列)。 然而,目前可獲得的技術並不是完全令人滿意的。 一方面仍然有在體内散播的危險。因此,體内所存在的 細菌可能以低頻率接受該質體。如果涉及在活體内的基因 治療,其中D N A可以被散播到患者的體内,並可能進入而 與感染該患者之細菌,或與共生菌落之細菌接觸,則有較 大發生此種情形的可能性。若接受質體的細菌是諸如大腸 桿菌(E.
