M432013 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 一種「具内部風力發電機之通風裝置」,尤指一種 鸚鵡螺外形之箱型結構體,能將空氣導入其中,並 藉由内部風導板將氣流導順並集中,同時經過風力 發電機,以直接持續且集中的風量產生電力,且同 時兼具排氣的通風裝置。 ^ 【先前技術】 按,現有風力發電裝置多為戶外型結構,利用自 然的風速達到發電的效果。然,外在自然風速無法控 制,強弱不定,對發電的效果影響頗大。另,外置回 收風量產生發電的裝置,其回收時有一定的風損故 在轉換成電能時也會有一定程度的損失。再者利用風 管外加風力發電裝置,其先由風能轉為機械能,再將 機械能轉為動能,但其過多的轉換也會造成能量損失 _ 以致發電效果未盡理想。為提升風力發電效益特設 計一種「具内部風力發電機之通風裝置」,利用鸚鵡 螺的外形及内部氣室結構加以設計改良,以其内部氣 室的隔間形狀為内部導板,殼體中央放置一離心扇, 並於通風道内加設風力發電機。如此除了有固定的風 速可產生電力、減少機械能量轉換之損失、增加發電 效率外,還能再提供裝置内離心扇所需電力。同時本 裝置也兼具排換氣效果。 3 M432013 【新型内容】 本創作之主要目的,係設有一鸚鵡螺外形之箱型 結構體,依序由進風口至出風口分別設有進氣風導圈、 離心扇、風導板及風力發電機;其中,進氣風導圈用 以引導氣流增加進氣量,外形利用鸚鵡螺由内至外呈 現逐漸擴大的構造,加上内部氣室的形狀與方 科 計成六個不等長的風導板,此對於氣流有集中及導流 作用。同時在殼體通風道内加設一風力發電機,如此 當離心扇運轉送風時’可將集_且定速的風量送至風 力發電機,再由風力發電機上的槳葉感受風速產生轉 動’進而產生電力。而當風通過風力發電機的同時, 也可為發電機本體產生降溫的效果。 本創作先藉由其他動力使離心扇運轉,待殼體内 之風力發電機運轉並產生電力後,以控制器判斷達到 足夠電力時,將外部動力切斷,即可直接由殼體内之 風力發電機所產生的電力供應離心扇所需電力,並持 續運轉。 為達上述之目的,本案可藉由上述的方式來實 現的: 設有一具進、出風口的鸚鵡螺外形之箱型結構 體’且在該殼體的中心内部設有·-離心扇,於殼體 通風道内設置一風力發電機。整體結構由空氣的入 口至出口則分別設有:一進氣風導圈,引導氣流進 入;殼體内部設置六個不等長風導板;殼體内通風 4 M432013 道設置一風力發電機。 【實施方式】 為使貴審查委員能清楚了解本新型之内容,僅 以下列說明搭配圖式,說明如后。 請參看第1、2、3圖所示,本案主要設有一具 進、出風口鸚鵡螺外形之箱型殼體(1 〇),而由殼 體(1 0)進風口至出風口則設有: 進氣風導圈(2 1 ),係用以導入氣流增加進氣 量; 離心扇(2 0 )’係用以抽風,將風導入氣室内; 内隔間壁(1 5 ),係用以隔開不同的氣室; 風導板(25),係用以集中風量導順氣流; 風力發電機(3〇),係用以發電使用。 當離心扇(20)啟動後,能自殼體(丄〇)下 方抽取空氣,使空氣自殼體(10)下方的入口處進
