292998 經濟部中央橾準局貝工消费合作社印製 A7 B7五、發明説明(1 ) 本發明係關於容器之端壁,特別是關於容器本體之端 壁及一藉由雙重密封來固定端壁於容器本體之方法。 美國專利案號4093102URASKA)描述容器端部包含有 一環狀蓋狀勾體,一夾壁形成於蓋狀勾體内部,一向外內 凹之環狀強化塊由該夾壁徑向地向内延伸,及一央嵌板藉 由環狀向外凸塊連接該強化塊之内壁。該容器端部能容纳 90 之環狀凸緣滑動,則會有磨損之危險,如此該琢狀凸緣很 容易損壊。 一容器端部的繼繙發展在於使用較少金屬,但仍可使 填充滿之容器堆積在另一容器端部上。本發明提供一容器 端部,其包含有一延國周環繞之蓋勾、一夾壁形成於蓋勾 內部、一向外内凹之環狀強化凸塊從該夾壁徑向向内延伸 、及一中央嵌板固設在該強化凸起的内部。其特微在於, 該夾壁和一垂直於中央嵌板外部之軸形成一傾斜角,其角 面32比夾壁24略短些。一大體上呈圖柱狀之外壁部分33, 由該啟動面32往上延伸,且傾斜一角度,大概在+4"和-4° 之間,若以夾頭之縱軸為參考點。類似第2圖所示,此改 良夾頭30亦有一螺孔Μ連接此形成雙重密封之裝置的其它 部位。 在比較第2_之夾頭,此改良夾頭30是設計來先驅動 相對較大之夾壁24,而沒有嵌入抗凸起之凸塊25中;笛夾 壁24之形狀被改變,如第6及7圖所示之第一、第二之密 封過程,夾壁24和國柱狀之外壁33會在相喫合Μ進一步驅 動。如第5圖所示,該夾頭30有一瓌狀凸塊、呈弧形剖面 ,但該凸塊並非設計來嵌入夾壁内,因此不會磨掉或磨損 在容器端部之塗覆層;就是說不會如第2圖所示,在內凹 之凸塊的表面上驅動。 由此可了解,第一悃蓮轉而形成之密封可藉由第1圖 所示之装置來完成。 第6圖顯示第一個密封過程中之改良夾頭及容器端部 夾頭30和滾輪34間,以使容器端部之夾壁變形(如圖所示 )° 在完成第一値密封過程後,第一可運轉滾輪被摒動離 開第一形成密封,然後第二可蓮轉滾輪38被搌動向内推靠 由夾頭30所支撐之第一形成密封。第二可蓮轉滾輪38和 第一形成密封間之相對轉動會完成一雙重密封,如第7圖 所示,而藉由第二可蓮轉滾輪38和夾頭30間之夾持壓力Μ 緊迫此雙重密封,此時夾壁24之上半部是以大體上直立之
