Abstract
本發明在於提供一種維持聚酯本來所具有的高機械強度、尺寸穩定性、耐久性等優異的性狀且光反射性能比先前的聚酯片優異的聚酯片,且本發明是有關於如下聚酯片,其包含聚酯(A)、特定的融解熱量及內消旋二單元組分率(m)為98.5%~100%的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)及增容劑(C),關於所述(A)、(B)及(C)的含有比率,於將(A)、(B)、(C)的合計設為100質量份時,(A)為60質量份~98.9質量份,(B)為1質量份~25質量份,(C)為0.1質量份~15質量份,進而所述(B)滿足下述必要條件(a)~必要條件(d)。 (a)源自4-甲基-1-戊烯的結構單元為100莫耳%~90莫耳%,源自乙烯及選自碳原子數3~20的α-烯烴(4-甲基-1-戊烯除外)中的至少一種的α-烯烴的結構單元的總和為0莫耳%~10莫耳%。 (b)利用示差掃描型熱量測定(DSC)測定而得的融解熱量ΔHm(單位:J/g)與融點Tm(單位:℃)滿足以下的必要條件(1)、必要條件(2)。 (1)ΔHm≧0.5×Tm-76 (2)融點Tm:200℃~260℃ (c)依據ASTM D1238,於260℃、5 kg負荷條件下測定而得的熔體流動速率(MFR)為0.1 g/10分鐘~500 g/10分鐘。 (d)利用13C-NMR測定而得的內消旋二單元組分率(m)為98.5%~100%。
Description
本發明是有關於一種光反射性能優異的聚酯片。
於液晶顯示器、照明看板等顯示裝置中,可藉由自背面照射光而清楚地觀察到圖像,但隨著顯示裝置的輕量化、薄型化,代替背面直接具備光源的背光方式,藉由反射板、反射片反射來自周緣部的光並自背面照射的方式成為主流。而且,為了達成進一步的輕量化·薄型化且提高顯示性能,反射板、反射片理想的是薄且輕量、機械強度優異、反射率高、光的散射性亦優異者。
作為液晶顯示器等平面型圖像顯示方式中的面光源裝置的反射板及反射片、照明看板的背面反射片、太陽電池的背面反射片等,就光線的反射性良好、廉價且尺寸穩定性亦優異等理由而言,使用包含微細的粒子或空孔的聚酯片。
作為獲得具有光線反射性能的聚酯片的方法,可列舉:於聚酯片中混合大量的硫酸鋇等無機粒子而利用聚酯與無機粒子的界面及將無機粒子作為核而形成的微細的空孔的界面處的光反射的方法(參照專利文獻1)、藉由將聚酯與非相容的樹脂混合而利用聚酯與非相容的樹脂的界面及將非相容的樹脂作為核而形成的微細的空孔的界面處的光反射的方法(參照專利文獻2)、藉由於壓力容器中使惰性氣體含浸於聚酯中而於內部形成大量的微細的空孔而利用聚酯與空孔的界面處的光反射的方法(參照專利文獻3)等。
然而,使用氧化鈦等無機粒子的聚酯片存在反射率的提高有限制且無機粒子吸收特定波長的傾向,因此存在對於與此相對應的波長區域的光的反射率下降,且畫面變暗的問題。另外,於內部的空孔大的情況下,存在如下問題:除了光反射性能不充分以外,有時機械強度劣化。
尤其是廣泛用於攜帶終端、液晶電視等中的液晶顯示器始終要求畫面的高亮度化、省電化,對於反射片亦要求光線反射性能的提高。為了提高聚酯片的光線反射性能,需要增加聚酯膜中的進行光反射的界面。因此,致力於形成更微細且大量的空孔。例如,為了使非相容的樹脂微分散於聚酯中,而提出了增容劑使用苯乙烯系彈性體而形成的白色聚酯膜(參照專利文獻4、專利文獻5)。
但是,所述專利文獻4及專利文獻5中所示的白色聚酯片由於聚酯中的非相容的樹脂的分散相的尺寸大,因此難以滿足近年來要求的高度的光線反射性能。另外,由於需要多層結構,因此存在製造步驟繁雜且不經濟的問題。
另外,與此相對,專利文獻6提出了使用4-甲基-1-戊烯系樹脂的聚酯片。提出了如下聚酯系樹脂組成物、以及作為反射片等而較佳的成形體及聚酯片,關於所述聚酯系樹脂組成物,於聚酯中更微細地分散有非相容的4-甲基-1-戊烯系樹脂成分且可將顯示出更高度的光線反射性能的片成形。 [現有技術文獻] [專利文獻]

[發明所欲解決之課題] 本發明的課題在於提供一種維持聚酯本來所具有的高機械強度、尺寸穩定性、耐久性等優異的性狀且光反射性能比先前的聚酯片優異的聚酯片。 [解決課題之手段]
本發明者進行了努力研究,結果發現藉由包含如下樹脂組成物的聚酯片,可解決所述課題,從而完成了本發明,所述樹脂組成物以特定的比例包含聚酯(A)、滿足特定的必要條件的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)及增容劑(C)而成。
即,本發明是有關於下述[1]~[10]。 [1] 一種聚酯片,其包含聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)及增容劑(C),關於所述(A)、(B)及(C)的含有比率,於將(A)、(B)、(C)的合計設為100質量份時,(A)為60質量份~98.9質量份,(B)為1質量份~25質量份,(C)為0.1質量份~15質量份,進而所述(B)滿足下述必要條件(a)~必要條件(d)。 (a)源自4-甲基-1-戊烯的結構單元為100莫耳%~90莫耳%,源自乙烯及選自碳原子數3~20的α-烯烴(4-甲基-1-戊烯除外)中的至少一種的α-烯烴的結構單元的總和為0莫耳%~10莫耳%。 (b)利用示差掃描型熱量測定(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)測定而得的融解熱量ΔHm(單位:J/g)與融點Tm(單位:℃)滿足以下的必要條件(1)、必要條件(2)。
(1)ΔHm≧0.5×Tm-76 (2)融點Tm:200℃~260℃ (c)依據美國材料與試驗學會(American Society for Testing Material,ASTM)D1238於260℃、5 kg負荷條件下測定而得的熔體流動速率(melt flow rate,MFR)為0.1 g/10分鐘~500 g/10分鐘。 (d)利用13
C-核磁共振(nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)測定而得的內消旋二單元組分率(m)為98.5%~100%。 [2] 如[1]所述的聚酯片,其中所述(B)滿足下述必要條件(e)及必要條件(f)中的至少一個。 (e)依據ASTM D1525,於矽油中、試驗負荷10 N、升溫速度50℃/h下測定而得的維卡軟化溫度為145℃~220℃。 (f)23℃癸烷可溶部量為5 wt%以下。 [3] 如[1]或[2]所述的聚酯片,其中所述4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的融點Tm為230℃~245℃。 [4] 如[1]~[3]中任一項所述的聚酯片,其中所述聚酯(A)為聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯。 [5] 如[1]~[4]中任一項所述的聚酯片,其為經過延伸處理的步驟而獲得者。 [6] 如[1]~[5]中任一項所述的聚酯片,其中所述(C)為極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體。 [7] 如[6]所述的聚酯片,其中所述極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體為極性基改質苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物。 [8] 如[6]或[7]所述的聚酯片,其中所述極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體(C)的苯乙烯含量為5質量%~20質量%的範圍。 [9] 如[1]~[8]中任一項所述的聚酯片,其為雙軸延伸片。 [10] 如[1]~[9]中任一項所述的聚酯片,其為液晶顯示器、照明看板或太陽電池的反射片。 [發明的效果]
本發明的聚酯片具有聚酯本來所具有的機械強度、尺寸穩定性、耐久性等,且顯示出高度的光線反射率。
以下,對本發明進行具體說明。
聚酯片 本發明的聚酯片包含聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)、增容劑(C)作為必須成分。關於該些的含有比率,於將(A)、(B)、(C)的合計設為100質量份時,(A)為60質量份~98.9質量份,較佳為60質量份~94質量份,(B)為1質量份~25質量份,較佳為5質量份~25質量份,(C)為0.1質量份~15質量份,較佳為1質量份~15質量份。
以下,對該些成分及可任意添加的成分進行說明。
[聚酯(A)] 本發明中使用的聚酯(A)可藉由於銻觸媒、鍺觸媒、鈦系觸媒等公知的聚酯聚合用觸媒的存在下對包含二羧酸與二醇的單體進行聚合而製造。
作為二羧酸成分,例如芳香族二羧酸中可列舉對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、5-鈉磺基間苯二甲酸、鄰苯二甲酸、聯苯甲酸及其酯衍生物,另外脂肪族二羧酸中可列舉己二酸、癸二酸、十二烷二酮酸、二十酸、二聚酸及其酯衍生物,脂環族二羧酸中可列舉1,4-環己烷二羧酸及其酯衍生物,另外多官能酸中可列舉1,2,4-苯三甲酸、均苯四甲酸及其酯衍生物作為代表例。
另外,作為二醇成分,例如可列舉如乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、新戊二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、辛二醇、癸二醇、環己烷二甲醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、聚乙二醇、四亞甲基二醇或聚乙二醇、及聚四亞甲基二醇般的聚醚等作為代表例。
關於本發明中使用的聚酯(A),若考慮機械強度、耐熱性、製造成本等,則較佳為以聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯為基本構成的聚酯。
[4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)] 本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)滿足下述必要條件(a)~必要條件(d),較佳為進而亦可視需要滿足下述必要條件(e)及必要條件(f)中的一個以上。
以下,對各必要條件進行說明。
(必要條件(a)) 關於本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B),源自4-甲基-1-戊烯的結構單元為100莫耳%~90莫耳%,源自乙烯及選自碳原子數3~20的α-烯烴(4-甲基-1-戊烯除外)中的至少一種的烯烴的結構單元為0莫耳%~10莫耳%。
本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)例如可列舉4-甲基-1-戊烯的均聚物(於源自4-甲基-1-戊烯的結構單元為100莫耳%的情況下)、或者4-甲基-1-戊烯與其他烯烴的共聚物,只要發揮本發明的效果,則亦包含其中任一者的含義。
由本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的4-甲基-1-戊烯所導出的結構單元較佳為92莫耳%~100莫耳%,更佳為95莫耳%~100莫耳%,源自乙烯及選自碳原子數3~20的α-烯烴(4-甲基-1-戊烯除外)中的至少一種的烯烴的結構單元的總和較佳為0莫耳%~8莫耳%,更佳為0莫耳%~5莫耳%。
於本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)為共聚物的情況下,作為與4-甲基-1-戊烯進行共聚的碳原子數3~20的α-烯烴,具體而言可列舉:丙烯、1-丁烯(1-butene)、1-戊烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、1-己烯、3-甲基-1-戊烯、3-乙基-1-戊烯、4,4-二甲基-1-戊烯、4-甲基-1-己烯、4,4-二甲基-1-己烯、4-乙基-1-己烯、3-乙基-1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯、1-十二烯、1-十四烯、1-十六烯、1-十八烯及1-二十烯等。該些中,較佳為除了4-甲基-1-戊烯以外的碳原子數6~20的α-烯烴,進而佳為碳原子數8~20的α-烯烴。該些α-烯烴可單獨使用一種或者組合使用兩種以上。
源自本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)中的4-甲基-1-戊烯的結構單元、及源自乙烯及選自碳原子數3~20的α-烯烴(4-甲基-1-戊烯除外)中的至少一種的烯烴的結構單元的量可根據聚合反應中添加的各烯烴的量來進行調整。
(必要條件(b)) 本發明中,4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)利用示差掃描型熱量測定(DSC)測定而得的融解熱量ΔHm(單位:J/g)與融點Tm(單位:℃)滿足以下的必要條件(1)、必要條件(2)。
(1)ΔHm≧0.5×Tm-76 (2)融點Tm:200℃~260℃ 所述必要條件(1)中的利用示差掃描型熱量測定(DSC)(升溫速度:10℃/min)測定而得的融解熱量ΔHm較佳為50 J/g~80 J/g,更佳為10 J/g~60 J/g。另外,所述必要條件(2)中的利用示差掃描型熱量測定(DSC)(升溫速度:10℃/min)測定而得的融點Tm較佳為210℃~245℃,更佳為215℃~240℃,進而佳為220℃~235℃。
所述必要條件(1)表示本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)與先前公知的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物相比具有高的融解熱量。詳細而言,本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)與先前公知的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物、例如專利文獻6的實施例中記載的4-甲基-1-戊烯·癸烯-1共聚物相比具有同程度的融點(Tm)中的融解熱量(ΔHm)大、即結晶度高的特徵。先前公知的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物雖融點高但通常融解熱量小,因此可以說本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)顯示出優異的特性。
可知藉由4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)滿足必要條件(1),所得的片中空孔的開孔率高且亮度提高。關於所述理由雖不明確,但推測原因在於結晶度高所引起的包含界面剝離·脫模性的提高的開孔性提高以及高溫變形程度的減少所引起的開孔後的空孔形狀保持性提高。
本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的融解熱量ΔHm可藉由後述的製造方法而獲得所述規定的範圍內者。另外,融點Tm亦可藉由調整所述必要條件(a)中的4-甲基-1-戊烯的結構單元的比例而進行調整。
再者,融點(Tm)為所述下限值以上的情況在所得的片的尺寸穩定性、耐熱性方面較佳,融點(Tm)為所述上限值以下的情況於所得的片的衝擊強度及韌性方面較佳。
(必要條件(c)) 本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)依據ASTM D1238,於260℃、5 kg負荷條件下測定而得的熔體流動速率(MFR)為0.1 g/10 min~500 g/10 min,較佳為100 g/10 min~500 g/10 min。
若MFR為所述範圍內,則於成形體製造時的在聚酯中的分散性的方面而言較佳。
MFR可藉由於聚合反應過程中在反應器內使氫併存而進行調整。
(必要條件(d)) 本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)利用13
C-NMR測定而得的內消旋二單元組分率(m)為98.5%~100%,較佳為99%~100%。
藉由內消旋二單元組分率(m)高於所述下限值,而使聚酯(A)與4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)界面的剝離·開孔性或開孔後的空孔形狀保持性充分。
4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的內消旋二單元組分率(m)可根據後述烯烴聚合用觸媒的種類來進行調整。
(必要條件(e)) 本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)較佳為依據ASTM D1525,於矽油中、試驗負荷10 N、升溫速度50℃/h下測定而得的維卡軟化溫度為145℃~220℃,較佳為150℃~210℃,更佳為155℃~200℃,進而佳為160℃~190℃。
若維卡軟化溫度為所述範圍內,則高溫下的形狀保持性變高,因此較佳。
維卡軟化溫度可藉由烯烴聚合用觸媒的種類、及源自乙烯及選自碳原子數3~20的α-烯烴(4-甲基-1-戊烯除外)中的至少一種烯烴的結構單元量來進行調整。
(必要條件(f)) 本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)較佳為23℃癸烷可溶部量為5 wt%以下,較佳為3 wt%以下,更佳為1 wt%以下。所謂23℃癸烷可溶部量如後述實施例中詳述般表示於4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)中,於正癸烷中在145℃下加熱溶解1小時後,在降溫至23℃後於正癸烷溶液側溶解的部分。
藉由23℃癸烷可溶部量處於所述範圍內,可抑制低分子量成分(污染成分)的流出,因此所得的聚酯片可較佳地用於要求高純度的用途中。
[4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的製造方法] 本發明的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)例如可藉由日本專利特開2015-183141、日本專利特開2016-098257、國際公開第2014/050817號中記載的方法來製造。
[增容劑(C)] 本發明中使用的增容劑(C)以聚酯(A)中的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)分散度調整及調整其界面剝離·開孔性的目的而使用。
增容劑(C)的種類·製造方法並無特別限制,例如可使用聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯系彈性體、極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體。
本發明中可使用的苯乙烯系彈性體是以單乙烯基取代芳香族烴(苯乙烯系芳香族烴)為共聚成分,作為具體例,可列舉:苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene,SEBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene-Ethylene-propylene-Styrene,SEPS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEPS)、苯乙烯-丁烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(styrene-butylene-butadiene-styrene,SBBS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡膠(styrene butadiene rubber,SBR)、苯乙烯-異戊二烯橡膠(styrene isoprene rubber,SIR)、苯乙烯-乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(styrene butadiene styrene,SBS)、苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(styrene isoprene styrene,SIS)、聚(α-甲基苯乙烯)-聚丁二烯-聚(α-甲基苯乙烯)(α-MeSBα-MeS)、聚(α-甲基苯乙烯)-聚異戊二烯-聚(α-甲基苯乙烯)(α-MeSIα-MeS)等,進而可列舉構成所述例示的共聚物的共軛二烯化合物、具體而言丁二烯或異戊二烯經氫化的態樣。該些中,可較佳地使用苯乙烯-丁二烯橡膠、苯乙烯-異戊二烯橡膠、苯乙烯-氫化丁二烯橡膠、苯乙烯-氫化異戊二烯橡膠。
極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體可列舉苯乙烯系彈性體的一部分經極性單體改質而成者。改質可利用先前公知的方法來進行。
作為改質中使用的極性單體,可列舉含羥基的乙烯性不飽和化合物、含胺基的乙烯性不飽和化合物、含環氧基的乙烯性不飽和化合物、芳香族乙烯化合物、不飽和羧酸或其衍生物、乙烯酯化合物、氯化乙烯、含乙烯基的有機矽化合物、碳二醯亞胺化合物等。該些中,尤佳為不飽和羧酸或其衍生物。
作為不飽和羧酸或其衍生物,可列舉具有一個以上羧酸基的不飽和化合物、具有羧酸基的化合物與烷醇的酯、具有一個以上羧酸酐基的不飽和化合物等,作為不飽和基,可列舉乙烯基、伸乙烯基、不飽和環狀烴基等。該些化合物可使用先前公知者,並無特別限制,作為具體的化合物,例如可列舉:丙烯酸、馬來酸、鄰苯二甲酸、四氫鄰苯二甲酸、衣康酸、檸康酸、丁烯酸、異丁烯酸、納迪克酸(nadic acid)(商標)(內順-雙環[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酸)等不飽和羧酸;或者其衍生物、例如酸鹵化物、醯胺、醯亞胺、酸酐、酯等。作為所述衍生物的具體例,例如可列舉:馬來醯氯、馬來醯亞胺、馬來酸酐、檸康酸酐、馬來酸單甲酯、馬來酸二甲酯、縮水甘油基馬來酸酯等。該些不飽和羧酸及/或其衍生物亦可單獨使用一種,亦可組合使用兩種以上。該些中,較佳為不飽和二羧酸或其酸酐,可尤佳地使用馬來酸酐,可藉由相對於所述苯乙烯系彈性體100質量份而通常以1質量份~100質量份、較佳為5質量份~80質量份的量來使極性單體接枝聚合而獲得。
作為極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體,亦可使用市售品。作為具體的極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體,可列舉戴恩龍(Dynaron)(商標、JSR股份有限公司)8630P、塔弗泰(Tuftec)(商標、旭化成(股)製造)M1913等。極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體亦可單獨使用一種,亦可組合使用兩種以上。
本發明中使用的極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體較佳為滿足下述必要條件(i)及必要條件(ii)。
(i)熔體流動速率(MFR;日本工業標準(Japanese Industrial Standards,JIS)K7210、230℃、2.12 kgf)通常為1 g/10 min~100 g/10 min,較佳為10 g/10 min~50 g/10 min。若MFR為所述範圍內,則熔融黏度、流動性與聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)接近,作為增容劑而顯現出良好的分散性。
(ii)苯乙烯含量通常為1質量%~35質量%,較佳為5質量%~20質量%。於苯乙烯含量未滿1質量%的情況下,與聚酯(A)的相容性下降,另外若超過35質量%,則與4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的相容性的下降明顯。
[其他成分] 亦可於無損本發明的目的的範圍內,於本發明的聚酯片中根據用途任意添加所述聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)及增容劑(C)以外的樹脂或聚合物及/或樹脂用添加劑。
於本發明的聚酯片含有所述(A)、(B)、(C)成分以外的其他樹脂或聚合物的情況下,作為其他樹脂或聚合物,可列舉:聚苯乙烯、丙烯酸樹脂、聚苯硫醚樹脂、聚醚醚酮樹脂、聚酯樹脂、聚碸、聚伸苯醚、聚醯亞胺、聚醚醯亞胺、丙烯腈·丁二烯·苯乙烯共聚物(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene,ABS)、乙烯·α-烯烴共聚橡膠、共軛二烯系橡膠、酚樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、聚酯樹脂、矽酮樹脂、環氧樹脂等。
於聚酯片含有該些其他樹脂或聚合物的情況下,以所述(A)、(B)、(C)成分的合計為100質量份,其他樹脂或聚合物的含量的總量較佳為0.1質量份~30質量份。
作為可於本發明的聚酯片中添加的樹脂用添加劑,例如可列舉:顏料、染料、填充劑、潤滑劑、塑化劑、脫模劑、抗氧化劑、阻燃劑、紫外線吸收劑、抗菌劑、界面活性劑、抗靜電劑、耐候穩定性、耐熱穩定性、防滑劑、抗黏連劑、發泡劑、結晶化助劑、防霧劑、(透明)成核劑、抗老化劑、鹽酸吸收劑、衝擊改良劑、交聯劑、共交聯劑、交聯助劑、黏著劑、軟化劑、加工助劑等。該些添加劑可單獨使用一種,亦可適宜組合使用兩種以上。
作為顏料,可列舉無機含量(氧化鈦、氧化鐵、氧化鉻、硫化鎘等)、有機顏料(偶氮色澱系、硫靛系、酞菁系、蒽醌系)。作為染料,可列舉偶氮系、蒽醌系、三苯基甲烷系等。該些顏料及染料的添加量並無特別限定,以所述(A)、(B)、(C)成分的合計為100質量份,該些顏料及染料的添加量以合計計通常為5質量份以下,較佳為0.1質量份~3質量份。
作為填充劑,可列舉:玻璃纖維、碳纖維、氧化矽纖維、金屬(不鏽鋼、鋁、鈦、銅等)纖維、碳黑、氧化矽、玻璃珠、矽酸鹽(矽酸鈣、滑石、黏土等)、金屬氧化物(氧化鐵、氧化鈦、氧化鋁等)、金屬的碳酸鹽(硫酸鈣、硫酸鋇)及各種金屬(鎂、矽、鋁、鈦、銅等)粉末、雲母、玻璃片等。該些填充劑可為單獨一種或者兩種以上的併用中的任一者。
作為潤滑劑,可列舉:蠟(巴西棕櫚蠟等)、高級脂肪酸(硬脂酸等)、高級醇(硬脂醇等)、高級脂肪酸醯胺(硬脂酸醯胺等)等。
作為塑化劑,可列舉:芳香族羧酸酯(鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯等)、脂肪族羧酸酯(甲基乙醯基蓖麻醇酸酯等)、脂肪族二羧酸酯(己二酸-丙二醇系聚酯等)、脂肪族三羧酸酯(檸檬酸三乙酯等)、磷酸三酯(磷酸三苯酯等)、環氧脂肪酸酯(硬脂酸環氧基丁酯等)、石油樹脂等。
作為脫模劑,可列舉:高級脂肪酸的低級(C1~C4)醇酯(硬脂酸丁酯等)、脂肪酸(C4~C30)的多元醇酯(硬化蓖麻油等)、脂肪酸的二醇酯、液態石蠟等。
作為抗氧化劑,可列舉:酚系(2,6-二-第三丁基-4-甲基苯酚等)、多環酚系(2,2'-亞甲基雙(4-甲基-6-第三丁基苯酚)等)、磷系(四(2,4-二-第三丁基苯基)-4,4-伸聯苯基膦酸酯等)、胺系(N,N-二異丙基-對伸苯基二胺等)的抗氧化劑。
作為阻燃劑,可列舉:有機系阻燃劑(含氮系、含硫系、含矽系、含磷系等)、無機系阻燃劑(三氧化銻、氫氧化鎂、硼酸鋅、紅磷等)。
作為紫外線吸收劑,可列舉:苯并三唑系、二苯甲酮系、水楊酸系、丙烯酸酯系等。
作為抗菌劑,可列舉:四級銨鹽、吡啶系化合物、有機酸、有機酸酯、鹵化苯酚、有機碘等。
作為界面活性劑,可列舉非離子性、陰離子性、陽離子性或兩性的界面活性劑。作為非離子性界面活性劑,可列舉:高級醇環氧乙烷加成物、脂肪酸環氧乙烷加成物、高級醇胺環氧乙烷加成物、聚丙二醇環氧乙烷加成物等聚乙二醇型非離子界面活性劑、聚環氧乙烷、甘油的脂肪酸酯、季戊四醇的脂肪酸酯、山梨醇(sorbit)或山梨醇酐(sorbitan)的脂肪酸酯、多元醇的烷基酯、烷醇胺的脂肪族醯胺等多元醇型非離子性界面活性劑等,作為陰離子性界面活性劑,例如可列舉高級脂肪酸的鹼金屬鹽等硫酸酯鹽、烷基苯磺酸鹽、烷基磺酸鹽、石蠟磺酸鹽等磺酸鹽、高級醇磷酸酯鹽等磷酸酯鹽等,作為陽離子性界面活性劑,可列舉烷基三甲基銨鹽等四級銨鹽等。作為兩性界面活性劑,可列舉高級烷基胺基丙酸鹽等胺基酸型兩面界面活性劑、高級烷基二甲基甜菜鹼、高級烷基二羥基乙基甜菜鹼等甜菜鹼型兩性界面活性劑等。
作為抗靜電劑,可列舉所述界面活性劑、脂肪酸酯、高分子型抗靜電劑。作為脂肪酸酯,可列舉硬脂酸或油酸的酯等,作為高分子型抗靜電劑,可列舉聚醚酯醯胺。
所述填充劑、潤滑劑、塑化劑、脫模劑、抗氧化劑、阻燃劑、紫外線吸收劑、抗菌劑、界面活性劑、抗靜電劑等各種添加劑的添加量只要為不損及本發明的目的的範圍內即可,可根據用途適宜選擇,並無特別限定,以所述(A)、(B)、(C)成分的合計為100質量份,各種添加劑的添加量分別較佳為0.1質量份~30質量份。
本發明的聚酯片藉由以所述規定的調配比例包含聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)及增容劑(C),4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的至少一部分良好地顯示出微細且均勻地分散於樹脂組成物中的狀態。
[聚酯片的製造方法] 本發明的聚酯片的製造方法並無特別限定,例如於將聚酯(A)乾燥後,將乾燥的聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)、增容劑(C)及其他任意成分以所述添加比例混合,然後進行熔融混煉而獲得聚酯樹脂組成物,將所得的聚酯樹脂組成物成形從而可獲得聚酯片。熔融混煉的方法並無特別限制,通常可使用市售的擠出機等熔融混煉裝置而進行。
於進行熔融混煉的情況下,例如利用混煉機進行混煉的部分的料筒溫度通常為250℃~310℃,較佳為260℃~290℃。若溫度低於250℃,則因熔融不足而混煉變得不充分,無法觀察到樹脂組成物的物性的提高。另一方面,若溫度高於310℃,則有時產生聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)、增容劑(C)的熱分解而引起樹脂組成物的物性的下降。混煉時間通常為0.1分鐘~30分鐘,尤佳為1分鐘~5分鐘。若混煉時間未滿0.1分鐘,則未充分進行熔融混煉,另外,若混煉時間超過30分鐘,則有時會引起聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)、增容劑(C)的熱分解。
以所述方式製造的聚酯系樹脂組成物通常顯示出如下狀態:4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的至少一部分微細地分散於樹脂組成物中的狀態。
本發明的聚酯片可利用由樹脂組成物製造片狀物的公知的方法而無特別限定地製造,具體而言,例如可藉由對利用各種成形法而獲得的片狀物(未延伸片)進行延伸處理而較佳地製造,更佳為可藉由對利用擠出成形法而獲得的片狀物進行雙軸延伸來製造。
未延伸片的製造方法並無特別限定,通常可使用市售的裝置來進行。未延伸片例如可藉由如下方式製作:視需要利用真空乾燥等對包含所述聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)、增容劑(C)及視需要的其他任意成分的聚酯系樹脂組成物的料粒進行乾燥後,供給至具有T模具的擠出機,進行擠出成形。或者亦可將聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)、增容劑(C)及其他成分分別供給至擠出機,於擠出機內製備聚酯系樹脂組成物,繼而進行擠出成形而製作未延伸片。未延伸片可為單層片,亦可為包含所述聚酯系樹脂組成物的層的積層片。
於進行延伸處理的步驟中,使用延伸裝置對未延伸片進行延伸。較佳為使用雙軸延伸裝置對未延伸片進行雙軸延伸。經過延伸處理的步驟而獲得的本發明的片具有多個微細的空孔。於所述延伸步驟中,於包含所述聚酯系樹脂組成物的未延伸片中的聚酯(A)、與在聚酯(A)中微細地分散的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的界面產生剝離,藉此於聚酯系片中形成有多個微細的空孔。
延伸處理的條件並無特別限定,例如於聚酯(A)使用聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯的情況下,較佳為在將未延伸片加熱為70℃~90℃後,在長邊方向上延伸2倍~5倍,在與長邊方向垂直的方向上延伸2倍~5倍。延伸方法並無特別限制,通常可使用市售的裝置而進行。另外,於進行雙軸延伸的情況下,可為在長邊方向、與長邊方向垂直的方向上依次進行延伸的方法、在長邊方向與垂直方向上同時進行延伸的方法中的任一種方法。
關於進行了延伸處理的片,繼而為了提高機械強度、尺寸穩定性等,較佳為於利用夾子等固定片端部的狀態下,於150℃~240℃下進行1秒~120秒的熱處理,促進配向結晶化並去除延伸應變。將所述熱處理步驟亦稱為熱固定。熱處理步驟中,亦可視需要在長邊方向及垂直方向上實施1%~10%的弛緩處理。
另外,對於經過延伸處理的步驟而獲得的片,為了賦予光穩定性或抗黏連性等功能,亦可設置塗佈層。進而,亦可將本發明的聚酯片製成與同種類或其他種類的片的積層體。
[聚酯片的形狀及特徵] 本發明的聚酯片的厚度並無特別限制,於實用上而言較佳為處於0.001 mm~10 mm的範圍內。於後述的條件下測定的亮度較佳為處於40%~100%的範圍內。
本發明的聚酯片由於是使用經微細化的分散相周邊的開孔性、剝離性較先前而言大幅提高的樹脂組成物而獲得者,因此可製成均勻地分散有微細的空孔者,可期待光線的反射性及散射性優異,且一部分不會產生強度下降部或孔等而於整個面上顯示出均勻的特性。
[聚酯片的用途] 本發明的聚酯片可並無制約地用於先前的聚酯片的用途,但就其優異的光反射性能而言,可較佳地用於液晶顯示器等平面型圖像顯示裝置的反射片、照明看板的反射片、太陽電池的背面反射片等各種反射片的用途。 [實施例]
以下,基於實施例對本發明進行更具體的說明,但本發明並不限定於該些實施例。本發明的實施例及比較例中的測定方法為如下所述。
[共聚單體含量] 源自4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物中的乙烯及選自碳原子數3~20的α-烯烴(4-甲基-1-戊烯除外)中的至少一種的α-烯烴的結構單元(共聚單體)的含量藉由以下的裝置及條件並根據13
C-NMR光譜計算出。
布魯克拜厄斯賓(Bruker BioSpin)製造的埃萬斯III科優(AVANCE III cryo)-500型核磁共振裝置,以鄰二氯苯/苯-d6
(4/1 v/v)混合溶媒為溶媒、試樣濃度為55 mg/0.6 mL、測定溫度為120℃、觀測核為13
C(125 MHz)、序列為單脈衝質子寬帶去耦、脈衝寬度為5.0 μ秒(45°脈衝)、重覆時間為5.5秒、累計次數為64次並將苯-d6
的128 ppm作為化學位移的基準值進行測定。使用主鏈次甲基信號的積分值,藉由下述式計算出共聚單體含量。
共聚單體含量(%)=[P/(P+M)]×100 此處,P表示共聚單體主鏈次甲基信號的總波峰面積,M表示4-甲基-1-戊烯主鏈次甲基信號的總波峰面積。
[融點(Tm)、融解熱量(ΔHm)] 使用精工儀器(Seiko Instruments)公司製造的DSC測定裝置(DSC220C),於測定用鋁鍋中裝入約5 mg的試樣,以10℃/min升溫至280℃為止。於在280℃下保持5分鐘後,以10℃/min降溫至20℃。於在20℃下保持5分鐘後,以10℃/min升溫至280℃。將第二次升溫時觀測到的結晶熔融波峰的頂點設為融點(Tm)。另外,根據所述結晶熔融波峰的累計值計算出融解熱量ΔHm。
[熔體流動速率(MFR)] 依據ASTM D1238,於260℃、5 kg負荷的條件下進行測定。
[內消旋二單元組分率] 關於4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物的內消旋二單元組等規度(isotacticity)(內消旋二單元組分率)(m),於將聚合物鏈中的任意的兩個頭尾結合的4-甲基-1-戊烯單元鏈以平面鋸齒結構表述時,定義為其異丁基分支的方向相同的比例,根據13
C-NMR光譜並藉由下述式求出。

關於波峰區域,利用波峰輪廓的最小點對41.5 ppm~43.3 ppm的區域進行劃分,將高磁場側分類為第1區域,將低磁場側分類為第2區域。
於第1區域中,(m)所示的4-甲基-1-戊烯單元2鏈中的主鏈亞甲基共振,但將視為4-甲基-1-戊烯均聚物的累計值設為[m]。於第2區域中,(r)所示的4-甲基-1-戊烯單元2鏈中的主鏈亞甲基共振,且將其累計值設為「r」。再者,將未滿0.01%設為檢測界限以下。
[癸烷可溶部] 於4-甲基-1-戊烯聚合物的樣品5 g中加入正癸烷200 mL,於145℃下加熱溶解1小時。冷卻至23℃,放置30分鐘。其後,對析出物(正癸烷不溶部)進行過濾分離。將過濾液放入至約3倍量的丙酮中,使溶解於正癸烷中的成分析出。自丙酮過濾分離析出物,其後進行乾燥。再者,即便對過濾液側進行濃縮乾燥,亦無法確認到殘渣。正癸烷可溶部量藉由以下式子求出。
正癸烷可溶部量(wt%)=[析出物重量/樣品重量]×100 [未延伸片中的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的平均分散直徑及最大粒子徑的測定方法] 關於未延伸片中的4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的分散相的尺寸,切出所得的片的剖面(側視圖、片TD方向剖面)並藉由SEM進行觀察。將分散相的平均分散直徑設為利用SEM確認的任意的分散相10處的平均值。最大粒子徑使用在視野60 μm×70 μm中觀察到的粒子內最大直徑與最少直徑的平均值最大的值。
[延伸片的平均空孔面積的測定方法] 切出所得的延伸片的剖面(側視圖、片TD方向剖面)並藉由SEM進行觀察。將平均空孔面積設為利用SEM確認的任意的空孔10處的平均值。
[延伸片的光線反射率(亮度)的測定方法] 藉由分光光度計(日立高新科技製造)測定延伸片的光線反射率。關於長邊方向、與長邊方向垂直的方向,測定波長550 nm的光線反射率,使用其平均值。
[實施例1] <4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的製造> 於室溫、氮氣流下,於內容積1 L的帶攪拌機的不鏽鋼(SUS)製聚合器中,裝入425 mL的精製癸烷、0.5 mL(1 mol)的二異丁基氫化鋁的癸烷溶液(以鋁原子換算計為2.0 mmol/mL)。繼而,以鋯原子換算計加入0.0005 mmol的之前製備的預備聚合觸媒成分的癸烷漿料溶液(C),裝入50 NmL的氫(第1次裝入氫)。繼而,花2小時將4-甲基-1-戊烯250 mL與1-癸烯3.3 mL的混合溶液連續地以一定的速度裝入聚合器內。將所述裝入開始時間點設為聚合開始,於聚合開始起花30分鐘升溫至45℃後,於45℃下保持4小時。自聚合開始1小時後、2小時後分別裝入50 NmL的氫(第2次裝入氫)。於自聚合開始後經過4.5小時後,降溫至室溫為止,並進行脫壓,然後立刻對包含白色固體的聚合液進行過濾而獲得固體狀物質。於減壓下、80℃下對所述固體狀物質進行8小時乾燥,而獲得聚合物[B-1]。產量為131 g。將聚合物[B-1]的13
C-NMR、GPC、MFR及癸烷可溶部測定的結果示於表1中。
<聚酯系樹脂組成物的混煉> 使用真空乾燥機並於150℃、16小時的條件下對作為聚酯(A)的聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(三井化學股份有限公司製造的三井PET、品名:J005PC、IV=0.62 dl/g)進行乾燥。以乾燥的聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯80質量份、作為4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的所述聚合物[B-1]15質量份、作為增容劑(C)的極性基改質苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物(JSR股份有限公司製造、品名:帝那隆(DYNARON)8630P、MFR(JIS K7210、230℃、2.16 kgf):15 g/10 min、密度:0.89 g/cm3
、苯乙烯含量:15%)5質量份的組成比進行摻雜。
進而,利用雙軸擠出機(泰克努微(technovel)股份有限公司製造、f=25 mm、L/D=40、料筒溫度:270℃、螺杆轉速:1800 rpm)對該混合物進行熔融混煉,而製作厚度為100 μm的未延伸片。
<延伸片的製作> 使用雙軸延伸裝置(布魯克納(Bruckner)製造),將所述未延伸片加熱至100℃後,於延伸速度300 mm/秒的條件下依次在長邊方向上延伸3倍,在與長邊方向垂直的方向上延伸3倍。於200℃、60秒的條件下對延伸片實施熱處理。延伸片的厚度為11 μm,波長550 nm的光線反射率為56%。
[比較例1] 除了使用作為4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物的4-甲基-1-戊烯·1-癸烯共聚物(三井化學股份有限公司製造的TPX(註冊商標)、品名:DX820、融點:233℃、MFR(ASTM D1238、260℃、5 kgf):180 g/10 min)以外,利用與所述[實施例1]相同的手法進行造粒·製膜。延伸片的厚度為12.5 μm,波長550 nm的光線反射率為53%。可知實施例1的延伸膜的平均空孔面積更大,光線反射率高。
[比較例2] 除了使用作為4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物的4-甲基-1-戊烯·1-癸烯共聚物(三井化學股份有限公司製造的TPX(註冊商標)、品名:DX818、融點:232℃、MFR(ASTM D1238、260℃、5 kgf):28 g/10 min)以外,利用與所述[實施例1]相同的手法進行造粒·製膜。延伸片的厚度為11.5 μm,波長550 nm的光線反射率為40%。
根據延伸前片的最大粒徑大可知,於延伸前片中分散相的分散粒徑的不均大,所得的延伸片為不均勻的開孔狀態。推測該情況導致亮度的下降。
[比較例3] 除了使用均聚聚丙烯(普利姆波利普羅(Prime Polypro)(註冊商標)、品名:J108M)來代替4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物以外,利用與所述[實施例1]相同的手法進行造粒·製膜。延伸·熱固定延伸片的厚度為11.5 μm,波長550 nm的光線反射率為35%。推測在熱固定的步驟(熱處理步驟)中聚丙烯(polypropylene,PP)融解,暫時開孔的孔閉合。

Claims (10)
- 一種聚酯片,其包含聚酯(A)、4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)及增容劑(C),關於所述(A)、所述(B)及所述(C)的含有比率,於將所述(A)、所述(B)、所述(C)的合計設為100質量份時,所述(A)為60質量份~98.9質量份,所述(B)為1質量份~25質量份,所述(C)為0.1質量份~15質量份,進而所述(B)滿足下述必要條件(a)~必要條件(d), (a)源自4-甲基-1-戊烯的結構單元為100莫耳%~90莫耳%,源自乙烯及選自碳原子數3~20的α-烯烴(4-甲基-1-戊烯除外)中的至少一種的α-烯烴的結構單元的總和為0莫耳%~10莫耳%; (b)利用示差掃描型熱量測定(DSC)測定而得的融解熱量ΔHm(單位:J/g)與融點Tm(單位:℃)滿足以下的必要條件(1)、必要條件(2); (1)ΔHm≧0.5×Tm-76 (2)融點Tm:200℃~260℃ (c)依據美國材料與試驗學會D1238,於260℃、5 kg負荷條件下測定而得的熔體流動速率(MFR)為0.1 g/10分鐘~500 g/10分鐘; (d)利用13 C-核磁共振測定而得的內消旋二單元組分率(m)為98.5%~100%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的聚酯片,其中所述(B)滿足下述必要條件(e)及必要條件(f)中的至少一個, (e)依據美國材料與試驗學會D1525,於矽油中、試驗負荷10 N、升溫速度50℃/h下測定而得的維卡軟化溫度為145℃~220℃; (f)23℃癸烷可溶部量為5 wt%以下。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的聚酯片,其中所述4-甲基-1-戊烯系聚合物(B)的融點Tm為230℃~245℃。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第3項中任一項所述的聚酯片,其中所述聚酯(A)為聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第4項中任一項所述的聚酯片,其為經過延伸處理的步驟而獲得者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第5項中任一項所述的聚酯片,其中所述(C)為極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的聚酯片,其中所述極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體為極性基改質苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項或第7項所述的聚酯片,其中所述極性基改質苯乙烯系彈性體的苯乙烯含量為5質量%~20質量%的範圍。
