^01808 A6 __ B6 五、發明説明(1 ) 本發明傜有關極適於做為壁紙、天花板紙、合板之背 面紙,尤其日式房間之房門紙壁楠門紙、書畫之背面紙等 ,除使用一般熨斗以外,亦可用蒸汽熨斗粘貼之可熱粘著 紙張。 以往做為壁紙、天花板紙、合板之背面紙,尤其曰式 房門壁楠門紙、房門紙、畫畫之背面紙等紙張,有再濕壁 楠門紙,壁紙等中塗佈乾燥水溶性糊料者,紙張背面塗上 粘著劑在其上覆一層剝離紙之吸粘式(t ack )式者,更有 被一般稱為熨阽者。 經濟部中央標準局印裝 (請先閲讀‘背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 上述塗佈乾燥水溶性糊料之再濕壁楠門紙,壁紙傺將 原來阽門紙或壁紙時必須以刷毛或棍筒將水溶性糊料塗佈 於紙張背面者,於製造過程中即塗佈乾燥於門紙、壁紙者 ,欲服服貼貼平穩地粘阽、再加濕之加水量左右其成敗極 大。加水量少時,常會在粘貼時皺紋還未弄平之前即已粘 著於被粘箸面,皺抑之狀態下被貼上固定。另一方面,加 水量太多時,粘貼時之皺紋可以擺平,但若紙張為紙粕等 吸水性片時,整値紙張會過份收縮,在四邊裁剪部位粘著 之前被收縮,完工時紙張之面積縮小向内堆濟,用為壁樹 門紙時四邊會産生縫隙,又,壁紙時則接縫會被拉開,成 有礙觀瞻者。此加水量傜因粘貼時之濕度而異,必須靠熟 練之技巧調整加水量。 又,吸粘式之壁櫥門紙、壁紙像可解決粘貼上述再濕門 紙、壁紙時加水量調節之困難者,吸粘式門紙、壁紙之粘 貼傜一且剝離紙張背面脱模紙一邊粘貼者,粘貼作業完畢 甲 4(210X 297 公发) ^01808 A6 B6 濟 部 中 央 標 準 局 印 五、發明説明(2) 時即可同時完工。因此完工快,不使用水,所以可以使作 業環境清潔等有利之處,惟因無法重貼,所以有易起皺紋 ,價格高昂等缺點。 另外,熨貼門紙,通常有貼上述再濕門紙時,用家庭 用熨上僅熨貼四邊使之乾燥者,以及在門紙之紙張背面層 合感熱性粘著劑者。前者之有利處偽加水予再濕門紙時若 加水量過多亦可以用熨斗乾燥粘著外邊部份,所以不易起 鈹紋,紙張之面積不會變小等,惟尚有加水作業所以比再 濕門紙之作業工程多,較為紊雜,又,加水作業亦有較會 污染環境等缺點。 後者層合感熱性粘著劑係在以往做為再濕用而使用之 門紙的紙張背面,藉由錕筒塗佈或層合予#層合感熱性粘 著劑者,不必拆去門框即可簡單地粘貼,不用水即可輕易 地粘阽,以極少之工具即任何人均可粘貼,乾式粘貼所以 完工快速,此等均為其特長所在。惟事實上被粘貼對象必 須為平坦者,底部凹凸不平之門並無法粘貼,組合細條木 框之門時,過份用力壓不會有骨架痕跡殘留,完全無法用 水既使用水噴霧亦會因紙張拉伸而産生皺紋或膨脹等缺點 ,所以不能使用蒸汽熨斗,既使明知蒸汽熨斗對於拉平紙 材本身之皺紋以及快速粘阽有效,亦會有無法使用之缺點 〇 尤其以往之熱粘著紙張均使用紙張本身原來係為水溶 性糊料粘貼而用之紙材,所以加予水份即可藉此增加紙之 含水量而拉長其尺寸,乾燥時含水量減少即縮小。因此以 ί請先閱讀卄面之注意事項再填寫本頁) •裝· -訂· 甲 4(210X 297〇*) LOibCo A 6 ____ B6 五、發明説明i 3) 一般之熨斗粘著時,加熱即可減少紙材所有之水份,尺寸 會縮小而産生皺紋,粘著完畢後含水量增加,尺寸被拉伸 加大,粘著不佳之處會發生膨脹,亦為其缺點。 所以,粘著以往熱粘著紙張之被粘著面必須全面呈平 坦之面使熨斗可以均勻地加壓,又,必須為高溫之熨斗來 燙平。 本發明之目的僳在於提供即使被粘著面並非平坦亦可 充分應用,可以使用蒸汽熨斗,粘貼後之表面狀態極佳, 較低溫亦可以在短時間内正確地粘貼之熱粘著紙張者。 本發明之熱粘著紙張偽在施予皺紋加工或壓紋加工等 形成具有凹凸的薄片材料表面,設置熱塑性。感熱收縮性 感壓粘著劑之層為其特徵。 做為形成凹凸手段之皺紋加工傜因皺紋加工法之不同 ,可以大體上分為濕式皺紋與乾式皺紋,惟任何方法;均 可0 經濟部中衣摞泽扃印裴 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) .線‘ 紙張上藉由皺紋加工或壓紋加工形成之凹凸大小(一 面上之突起高度)h係因薄片厚度D之不同而不同,皺紋 加工時偽以薄片厚度D之1 / 2〜5 0倍程度為宜。此係 因皺紋加工之凹凸大小h為薄片厚度D之1/2以下時, 薄片伸縮之影響會立即反映至面積上之伸縮,另一方面, 若超過5 0倍以上之凹凸時則會ί員及美觀,又壓貼時之粘 箸力,外觀上均會産生不均稱,所以並不適宜。另一方面 ,壓紋加工時壓紋锟之版面深度仍以藉此厚度D之1 / 2 〜5 0倍程度為宜。壓紋加工時,壓紋後紙張被壓縮減少 — — .—_ f 4(21〇X 297^'^) ^OlbGo A6 __B6 五、發明説明(4) 其厚度,同時加工後薄片之凹凸會彈性地局部恢復,加工 後薄Η之凹凸大小h即較壓紋輥之厚版深度為小,惟經由 實驗確認這時只要加工時之壓紋輥厚版深度為上述範圍内 ,即可以在薄片伸縮時壓紋加工所形成之凹凸部會選擇性 地伸縮,在薄片上即不會産生皺紋。又,即使被粘著面有 稍為不勻稱之面,亦可以藉由適當之凹凸谷部背面接觸予 被粘著面得以順利地粘貼。使薄片一面之凹凸大小h為薄 片厚度D之1/2〜5 0倍左右時,兩面之凹凸大小Η即 成為薄片厚度D之3/2〜5 0倍左右。 如上述由於薄片上施予皺紋加工或壓紋加工以形成凹 凸,所以當粘貼熱壓部份收縮時,在熱壓部與非熱壓部境 界部份之凹凸部高度即減少,阻止熱壓部之收縮影響及非 熱壓部,所以境界部及其周圍即不會發生皺紋。又,粘貼 後亦不會因空氣中濕度或溫度之變化而使薄片之伸縮擴展 至平面方向,會被凹凸部上下方向之伸縮所吸收,結果薄 片上不會發生皺紋。 上述薄片材料,除所謂紙張以外,亦可用設有與木材 紙粕混抄之背面紙的合成樹脂薄片。 又,做為紙可用僅以感熱收縮纖維抄製,或混抄感熱 收縮纖維之紙。 經濟部中央標準局印製 (請先W讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 例如可使用以楮樹,黃瑞香,剪夏羅,麻等天然韌皮 纖維,木材紙粕,桕絮紙粕’嫘縈等纖維素糸纖維的單體 或複合材料做為原料之紙。 另外,在上述原料中配合玻璃纖維,微玻璃,岩棉, 甲4(210Χ 297公超) 0160α A 6 B6 五、發明説明(5) 礦渣綿,鋁氧纖維,矽鋁纖維,富鋁红柱石纖維,硼酸纖 維,石英纖維,矽酸玻璃纖維,熔融矽石纖維,鈦酸鉀纖 雒,氧化結纖雒,硫酸鈣纖維,磷酸鹽纖維,聚矽酸酯纖 維,碩纖維,活性碩纖雒等無機質纖維。 另外,亦可以為被配合纖尼编纖維者。 視其用途之需要,亦可為配合蠟石、高嶺土,絹雲母 ,滑石,沸石等矽酸鹽,或碳酸鈣,二氧化鈦,氫氧化鋁 ,礬土,矽石,鎂氧等各種填料者。 更可以添加水溶性脲樹脂,三聚氡胺樹脂,陽離子化 澱粉,C M C聚醯胺聚胺,環氧氯丙烷樹脂,聚亞胺樹脂 ,水溶性丙烯酸糸樹脂,甲基纖維素,乙基纖維素,羥乙 基纖維素等紙力增強劑,順丁烯二酸中性膠料,松脂糸膠 劑,石油膠劑,高分子樹脂乳膠,橡膠乳膠等膠劑類的有 機粘結劑。 又,做為粘結劑有時還用聚乙烯醇,S P G等。 另外,還可使用上述紙中做為背面紙以氯化乙烯樹脂 被覆表面,對該樹脂施行特開昭5 9 - 8 8 9 8號公報等 所掲示之通氣性處理,使之可以通過蒸汽,再於其上施予 印刷,發泡,壓紋加工,難燃性加工,不燃性加工等壁紙 等所需加飾加工者。 經濟部中央標準局印裝 (請先閑讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) .訂· •綵. 另外還可以使用上述紙中做為背面紙在其表面阽上織 布,編織布,不織布,耐熱性合成被膜,軟木之薄片,木 材薄片(突板用),金屬箔,礦物質網,皮革或與此等結 合而成者等,使其可以通過蒸汽者。 甲 4(210X 297S 沒) ^01803 A 6 _ B6 五、發明説明(6) 另外,其他如公知之壁紙原紙中,可以通過熨上之蒸 汽,且不會因熨斗之熱而過份收縮,溶解者,均可使用。 上述紙,可以使用混抄疏水性感熱收縮纖維之紙。又 為提高薄Η本體對度變化,溫度變化之尺寸安定性,以含 有5〜1 0 0 %疏水性感熱收縮纖維較為適宜。 即,為使熱粘著紙張之粘貼作業時,薄片可以縮小, 粘貼完後提高薄片本體對於濕度變化或溫度變化的尺寸安 定性,以含有5〜1 0 0%疏水性感熱收縮纖維為宜。 自上述紙材中視門紙,書畫背面紙等用途選定適當者 予以配合,組合抄裂時以選擇層間不易剝離者為宜。 另外,還可用表面施予凸版印刷,凹版印刷,網版印 刷等印刷,或防污染用之樹脂加工,或施予其裝飾加工者 ,惟為了要以蒸汽熨斗處理必須為可通過蒸汽者。 使用上述紙材做為背面紙,以氛化乙烯糸樹脂被覆表 面時,可以如特開昭5 9 - 8 8 9 8號公報所示施予通氣 性處理,使蒸汽可以通過後,施予印刷,發泡,壓紋加工 ,難燃加工,不燃加工等必需之加工予以使用。 另外’背面紙時,可以做成為表面上貼有織布,針織 布’不纖布,耐熱性之合成樹脂被膜,軟木之薄皮,金屬 箔’礦物質網,皮革等之蒸汽通過性薄片。 經濟部中央標準局印製 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) .訂. ,綠* 其他’欲做成可以藉由蒸汽處理之薄片時,傜只要不 會因熨斗之熱過份收縮,或溶解者則任何均可。 做為疏水性感熱收縮纖維較適當的有聚乙烯,聚丙烯 ,聚酯,波萊克勒爾(ΡΟ 1 y C h 1 a 1 ),丙烯酸条,醋酸乙烯 甲 4(210X 297公 ί) ' ~ 1 一 ~ 一 民两82午1月攀屢 A6 B6
傅正1補充I 經濟部中央樣準扃β工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(7 ) 及彼等之衍生物等單雔或複合纖維。配合被粘著物之性質 決定適當之纖維及其含有率卽可。 做為感熱性粘著劑,可以視其用途自EVA, EEA ,EAA,離子絡接聚體(ionomer)樹脂,胺基甲酸乙酯 及彼等之衍生物等熔點為6 0¾〜15 0*C者間選擇,為 使其具有適當之粘著力,收縮力,層厚僳以10〜100 wm,較佳僳自15〜50wm範圍選擇。 做為粘著劑層最好僳層合熱塑性、慼熱收縮性、感壓 粘著性之合成樹脂薄膜,形成為10〜100wm左右之 厚度為宜,較佳像15〜50左右。此像因薄膜必須 被要求有慼熱收縮力與慼壓粘箸力,所以1 0 «m以下時 成膜不均勻,粘著力,收縮力弱,另一方面lOOwm以 上時則以家庭用熨斗加熱時短時間無法充分施工,産生粘 著或收縮上之不均勻,所以並不適宜。 形成粘著劑層用之上述合成樹脂,具體言可以視其用 途自乙烯一醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA),乙烯一丙烯酸乙 酯共聚物(EEA),乙烯一丙烯酸共聚物(EAA), 離聚物樹脂,胺基甲酸乙酯及彼等之衍生物等中選擇熔點 為60〜150Ό者予以使用。 如上述,薄片上僳施有皺紋加工或壓紋加工形成為凹 凸,所以當粘貼熱壓部收縮時,在相當於熱壓部與非熱壓 部境界部份之凹凸部會減低其高度,阻止熱壓部之收縮影 響予非熱部,所以境界部及其周圍即不會發生皺紋。又, 粘貼後,亦不會因空氣中濕度或溫度之變化而有薄Η之伸 (請先wtfse面之注$項再5^本頁) _裝_ 訂· 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)甲4規格(210 X 297公;
OibOo A 6 B6 經濟部中夹搮箏扇印私 五、發明説明(8) 縮擴展至平面方面之事,被凹凸部上下方向之伸縮所吸收 ,结果在薄片上不會發生皺紋。 本發明之熱粘著性紙張可以藉由如以下方法予以粘貼 〇 首先在被粘著體上覆蓋較欲粘著之寬度稍寬之熱粘著 性紙張,使家庭用蒸汽熨斗為1 8 0〜2 0 0 °c,輕輕熱 壓(以熨斗本身電程度)熱粘著紙張之四角。在此使用蒸 汽熨斗係基於以下理由者。即,被粘著面通常並非呈均勻 之平面,例如木框條門(和式門)之木條上與僅為紙面者 ,其感壓力極不相同,又,因楠門等歪曲或凹凸,熨斗之 ;底面無法均勻地密貼,而壓阽力不足時,一 ·般之乾式熨 斗則傳熱量不足,感熱性粘著劑層無法提昇溫度至熔點而 常有粘著不良之情形發生。若用蒸汽熨斗時不但有薄片本 身之熱傳導還可以藉由蒸汽傳熱,所以不必提高溫度至燒 焦薄片之程度而且可以確實地粘著。 其次,削切去熱粘著紙張多餘之部份,熱壓粘著四角 以決定其位置,中央部份傜只要輕輕以手扶持以熨斗本身 重量之程度的壓力,自薄片中央部份向著周圍部份如同撫 摸一樣依序熨平。最後慢慢地熱壓四邊。在此,四邊之粘 著狀態係薄片之凸部被貼壓而成平面狀態擴展接觸面積而 得到充分之粘著力。 中央部僳加熱並輕輕阽壓,所以薄片之全部皺縮可以 擴展。惟薄片上因似形成有皺紋加工或壓紋加工之凹凸, 所以薄片平面方向上多餘之收縮即被此凹凸部高度方向之 {請先聞讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) •打. *線. f 4(210X 297 公发) ^OibGo A 6 B6 經濟部中央標準局印裝 五、發明説明(9) 收縮所吸收,薄片即不會在平面方向收縮,不産生皺紋。 並且薄片凹凸部的谷部背側會被粘著。即,四邊部傺面粘 著,中央部像以小區域被粘著之形態被點粘著或線粘著。 為此粘著後即使因空氣中濕度,溫度之變化而有薄片伸縮 之事,上述以點或線粘著之部份以外的非粘著部份會向著 厚度方向伸縮,所以在薄片上不會發生醜陋之皺紋或膨脹 Ο 本發明之熱粘著紙張因具有以上構成,所以可發揮以 下之效果。 ① 粘著該熱粘著紙張時,以熨斗熱壓寬廣薄片之一部 份時熱壓部平面方向之收縮可以被凹凸部高度方向之收縮 所吸收,紙張上不會發生皺紋。 ② 粘著熱粘著紙張後,因空氣中之濕度或溫度之變化 而發生之紙張伸縮可以被凹凸部高度方向之伸縮所吸收, 紙張上不會發生皺紋或膨脹。 ③ 可以在一般家庭中輕易地粘著衣楠門紙,門紙,壁 紙,書畫之背面紙,合板之背面紙等熱粘著紙張,完全不 會起皺紋。 圖面之簡單說明 第1圖傜表示本發明實施例之熱粘著紙張的放大截面 圖。 同圖中,1傜本發明實施例之熱粘紙張,2傺薄Η本 體之紙或合成樹脂薄片(以稱為薄片),3傜熱塑性,感 {請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -裝· •訂. .線. 甲 4(210Χ 297公发)
