제1도는 본 발명에 따른 실시예의 열접착지 시트의 확대 단면도를 나타낸다.

Claims (9)
- 표면에 요철을 가지는 종이 시트재의 일면에 열가소성이며 감열수축성인 감압 접착제층을 둔 열접착지 시트.
- 표면에 요철을 가지는 종이 시트재의 일면에 열가소성이며 감열수축성인 감압 접착제층을 둔 스팀 다리미가 사용 가능한 열접착지 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 종이 시트재 표면에 형성된 요철이 크레이프 가공에 의해 형성된 요철이며, 또한 요철의 높이가 시트 두께의 1/2∼50배인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착지 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 종이 시트재 표면에 형성된 요철이 엠보싱 가공에 의해 형성된 요철이며, 또한 요철의 높이가 시트 두께의 1/2∼50배인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착지 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 종이 시트재가 수소성 감열 수축 섬유 그대로, 또는 소수성 감열 수축 섬유를 함유한 종이임을 특징으로 하는 열접착지 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 종이 시트재가 수소성 감열 수축 섬유을 혼초한 지재이며, 또한 소수성 감열 수축의 섬유의 함량이 5-100%임을 특징으로 하는 열접착지 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 종이 시트재가 통상의 종이, 목재 펄프와의 혼초인 배접종이를 둔 합성수지 시트, 감열 수축섬유 그대로, 감열 수축섬유를 혼초한 종이중에서 선택한 하나임을 특징으로 하는 열접착지 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성, 감열 수축성 감압 접착재가, EVA, EEA, EAA, 아이오노머 수지, 우레탄수지 및 이들의 유도체로, 융점이 60∼150℃이며 층 두께가 10∼100μm임을 특징으로 하는 열접착지 시트.
- 표면에 요철을 가지는 종이 시트재의 일면에 열가소성이며 감열수축성인 감압 접착제층을 두고 또한 다른 면에 직포, 편포, 부직포, 내열성의 합성수지 피막, 코르크의 박피, 목재의 박피(돌판용), 금속박, 광물질망, 피혁등을 라미네이팅한 스팀 통과성의 시트로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착식 시트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
