박리시이트 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 패턴층이 박리수지층에 대하여 받침시이트의 반대쪽에 위치해 있는 본 발명의 첫째실시예에 의한 박리시이트의 단면도.
제2도는 패턴층이 받침증과 박리수지층 사이에 위치에 있는 본 발명에 의한 둘째실시예에 의한 박리시이트의 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명의 셋째실시예에 의한 박리사이트의 단면도.

Claims (20)

  1. 받침시이트와 박리수지층과 패턴층으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 패턴층은 박리수지층의 박리면에 대해서 박리수지층의 반대쪽에 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 박리수지층이 반침시이트의 일면상에 형성되고 패턴층이 받침시이트의 타면상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 받침시이트가 종이인 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 박리수지층이 폴이올레핀, 실리콘수지, 알키드수지 및 폴리메틸펜텐 수지로부터 선택된 재료로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 패턴층이 받침시이트와 박리수지층 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 패턴층의 두께가 5μ내지 1mm의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 패턴층의 두께가 5μ내지 100μ의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 박리수지층, 제받침시이트, 접착층, 제2받침시이트 및 패턴층이 이 순서로 일체적으로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 박리수지층, 제1받침시이트, 접착층, 패턴 층 및 제2받침시이트가 이 순서로 일체적으로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 박리시이트의 박리면이 엠보스(emboss)되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트.
  11. 받침시이트의 일면상에 박리수지층을 형성하고 그 다음 받침시이트의 타면상에 패턴층을 형성하는 것으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서 패턴층이 잉크 또는 페이트조성물을 인쇄함에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 박리수지층이 수지물질의 도포액을 도포함에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 박리수지층이 수지물질의 막을 적층함에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  15. 법받침시이트의 일면상에 패턴층을 형성하고 그 다음 받침시이트의 타면상에 박리수지층을 형성하는 것으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 패턴층이 잉크 또는 페인트 조성물을 인쇄함에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 박리수지층이 수지물질의 도포액을 도포함에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 박리수지층이 수지물질의 막을 적층함에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  19. 제1받침시이트와 박리수지층으로 구성되어 있는 기초시이트를 형성하고 그다음 패턴층이 형성되어 있는 제2받침시이트를 기초시이트의 제1받침시이트와 적층시키는 것으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리시이트의 제조방법.
