Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 잉크층 표면의 요철 변동을 작게 하므로써 투명 피착제상에 전사된 농담 비균일성을 억제하여 외관을 양호하게 하기 위해, 잉크층, 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 박리층, 및 기본 중량이 20 내지 180g/㎡의 종이인 지지체층을 이 순서대로 적층시킨 열전사 시트에 있어서, 잉크층의 양표면에서 측정된 요철 변동이 ±1㎛이하인 열전사 시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 잉크층, 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 박리층, 및 지지체층을 이 순서대로 적층시킨 열전사 시트에 있어서, 그 지지체층이 20 내지 180g/㎡범위의 기본 중량을 갖는 종이이고, 또한 잉크층의 양 표면에 있어서 측정된 요철변동이 ±1㎛이하인 열전사 시트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박리층이 에틸렌-아세트산 비닐 수지를 함유하는 박리층인 열전사 시트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 박리층이 잉크층측에 이오노머 수지를 함유한 층을 갖고 있고, 지지체측에 에틸렌-아세트산 비닐 수지를 함유하는 층을 갖는 2층으로 이루어진 열전사 시트.
  4. (1)표면에 있어서 측정된 요철변동이 ±1㎛이하인 공정 기재상에 잉크층을 도포, 건조시키는 단계, 및 (2)기본 중량 20 내지 180g/㎡의 종이인 지지체층에 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 박리층을 적층시키므로써 형성되는 적층체의 박리층 면과 공정기재상의 잉크층을 접촉시켜 적층시키고, 가열하여, 상기 박리층에 상기 잉크층을 전사시키는 단계를 함유하는 열전사 시트의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 박리층이 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 수지를 함유하는 박리층인 열전사 시트의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 박리층이 잉크층에 이오노머 수지를 함유하는 층을 갖고, 지지체측에 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 수지를 함유하는 층을 갖는 2층으로 이루어진 열전사 시트의 제조방법.
