Claims (10)
- 받침종이, 박리층, 디자인층 및 윗칠층으로 되어 있으며, 윗칠층은 열활성성 접착제로 만들어지고 디자인층의 면적보다 큰 면적에 걸쳐 뻗쳐 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동접부장치용 전사지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디자인층은 그의 매질이 열활성성 접착성을 갖고 있는 인쇄잉크로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사지.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 디자인층이 세라믹 에나멜로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사지.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 윗칠층과 디자인층의 최고 점착성이 각각 상이한 온도에서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사지.
- 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 윗칠층이 아크릴수지 또는 셀룰로오스 수지로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사지.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 디자인층의 매질이 아크릴수지로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 수지가 메타크릴산 부틸과 메타크릴산 메틸의 공중합체로 되어 있고 20,000 내지 30,000 범위내의 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사지.
- 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 디자인층은 안료 또는 기타 착색물질과 에나멜로서의 유리 또는 유리질 프리트와 매질을 포함하는 인쇄잉크로 만들어지며, 거기에 있어 에나멜 대 매질의 중랑비는 유리기질의 장식의 경우는 250 내지 300대 100의 범위에 있고 도자기 기질의 장식의 경우는 150 내지 250대 100의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사지.
- 받침종이와, 박리층과, 디자인층과, 열활성성 접착제로 만들어지고 윗칠층의 가장자리 노출부를 제공하기 위해 디자인층의 면적보다 큰 면적에 걸쳐 뻗쳐 있는 윗칠층으로 된 전사지를 사용하여 물품의 표면에 패턴을 자동첩부하는 방법으로서, 왁스 박리층을 용융하기 위해 가열된 판에 전사지를 첨부하고(갖다대고), 윗칠층의 접착성을 활성화하기 위해 가열된 인쇄패드를 윗칠층과 인쇄패드를 취거하고(들어내고), 상기 층들을 갖고 있는 패드를 물품의 표면과 접촉시키고 패드를 취거하는 단계로 되어 있으며, 인쇄패드에 대한 윗칠층의 접착계수는 물품에 대한 윗칠층의 가장자리 부분의 접착계수보다 적어서 상기 층들이 패드로부터 물품으로 전사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동첩부방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 판은 70 내지 100℃ 범위의 온도로 가열되고 인쇄패드는 l00 내지 130℃ 범위의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
