Abstract
本發明之紅外線遮蔽層合體係具有含ITO粒子層,與被覆前述含ITO粒子層之上面的保護膜層,在前述含ITO粒子層內係以核殼粒子彼此接觸的狀態存在,前述核殼粒子係具有作為核的ITO粒子,與被覆前述核之作為殼的絕緣物質。
Description
本發明係關於含ITO粒子層受到保護之近紅外光之反射率高的紅外線遮蔽層合體及使用其之紅外線遮蔽材。另外,於本說明書中,ITO係指銦錫氧化物(Indium Tin Oxide)。
本發明係根據2014年12月22日在日本申請之日本特願2014-258618號而主張優先權,並將其內容援用於此。
以往,紅外線遮蔽層合體主要有以下3種。第一,揭示有一種紅外線遮蔽層合體,其係依序具有透明介電質層、紅外線反射層、及透明介電質層,透明介電質層主要由氧化鋅所構成,紅外線反射層主要由銀所構成(例如,參照專利文獻1)。如此之於玻璃表面形成有由層合體所構成之熱線反射膜(紅外線遮蔽層合體)的玻璃層合體,係被稱為膜面之放射率低的Low-E玻璃(Low
Emissivity Glass)。
第二,揭示有一種紅外線遮蔽層合體,其係於玻璃基板之表面上,依序具有由ITO等所構成之底層薄膜、主要包含Ag之金屬箔膜、及由SnO2等所構成之保護薄膜,且此等薄膜係藉由濺鍍法所成膜(例如,參照專利文獻2)。具有玻璃基板,與形成於玻璃基板之表面上的上述之紅外線遮蔽層合體的熱線遮蔽玻璃,係有著具有可見光之透過性及近紅外光之反射性優異的Ag薄膜,且耐久性高的優點。
第三,揭示有一種紅外線遮蔽層合體,其係具有形成於玻璃基板之至少單面,且具有包含銀為主成分之層的熱線反射膜,與形成於該熱線反射膜之表面的隔熱保護膜(例如,參照專利文獻3)。隔熱保護膜係包含將氧化矽作為主成分之基質(matrix),與分散於此基質中之紅外線吸收劑。紅外線吸收劑係由ITO、ATO、LaB6等之無機化合物的微粒子所構成。此無機化合物微粒子係平均一次粒徑為100nm以下之奈米粒子。此紅外線遮蔽層合體係具有耐磨耗性與耐濕性,進一步賦予熱遮蔽性。
另一方面,關於ITO粒子彼此不接觸而靠近之ITO粒子膜,針對近紅外線區域及紅外線區域之光入射於此ITO粒子膜時產生的現象作發表(例如,非專利文獻1)。藉由此光被激發的表面電漿子之電場係藉由在粒子間之距離內產生的近場效果而被增強。電漿子共振的光被放射,而引起反射。依據此發表,藉由控制奈米粒子之空
間排列與近場之光現象,而提出對於具有高反射性能之熱線的遮蔽技術之邁向新的研究開發之途徑。
然而,專利文獻1所揭示之紅外線遮蔽層合體係有著色,而光透過率低。因此,存在著不適於如汽車之擋風玻璃等般於透過率方面有限制的用途之缺陷。
專利文獻2所揭示之紅外線遮蔽層合體會將近紅外光進行反射。因此,隔熱特性方面優於專利文獻3所揭示之紅外線遮蔽層合體。但,專利文獻2之紅外線遮蔽層合體係為低電阻之連續膜,因此,亦會遮蔽電波。因此,存在著會吸收反射ETC(Electronic Toll Collection System)或行動電話的電波而導致通訊阻礙之缺陷。又,此缺陷雖藉由將紅外線遮蔽層合體藉由蝕刻進行圖型化而得以克服,但製造步驟變得繁雜,導致成本耗費。
專利文獻3所揭示之紅外線遮蔽層合體,係在可見光之透過率、電波透過性、製造步驟之簡便度的觀點上,優於專利文獻1及2之紅外線遮蔽層合體。但,奈米粒子會吸收紅外線,因此,作為整體之隔熱特性,不及專利文獻1及2之紅外線遮蔽層合體,而存在有應進一步改良的問題。
又,非專利文獻1所揭示之ITO粒子膜係經空間排列的奈米粒子會容易從膜剝離,為了供實用仍殘留著課題。

本發明之目的係提供含ITO粒子層受到保護之近紅外光之反射率高的紅外線遮蔽層合體及使用其之紅外線遮蔽材。
將本發明之一樣態的要件標示第1圖、第2圖所記載的符號而顯示於以下。
(1)一種紅外線遮蔽層合體15,其係具有含ITO粒
子層12,與被覆前述含ITO粒子層12之上面(第1面)的保護膜層13,在前述含ITO粒子層12內係以核殼粒子10,10彼此接觸的狀態存在,且前述核殼粒子10係具有作為核的ITO粒子10a,與被覆前述核之作為殼的絕緣物質10b。
(2)如前述(1)之紅外線遮蔽層合體15,其中,在前述核殼粒子10,10彼此接觸的狀態下之前述ITO粒子10a、10a間的距離A之平均值為0.5~10nm。
(3)如前述(1)或(2)之紅外線遮蔽層合體15,其係進一步具備被覆前述含ITO粒子層12之下面(第2面)的底塗層14,前述含ITO粒子層12係被前述保護膜層13與前述底塗層14所挾持。
(4)如前述(1)或(3)之紅外線遮蔽層合體15,其中,前述保護膜層13為包含二氧化矽、丙烯酸系樹脂、環氧系樹脂、或聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之層。
(5)如前述(3)之紅外線遮蔽層合體15,其中,前述底塗層14為包含二氧化矽、胺基甲酸酯樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、環氧系樹脂、或聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之層。
(6)如前述(1)之紅外線遮蔽層合體15,其中,前述絕緣物質10b為二氧化矽、氧化鋁、或有機保護劑。
(7)一種紅外線遮蔽材20,其係具有如前述(1)~(6)中任一項之紅外線遮蔽層合體15,與透明
的基材16,以前述紅外線遮蔽層合體15之與前述保護膜層13相反之面和前述透明的基材16接觸之狀態,將前述紅外線遮蔽層合體15設置於前述透明的基材16上。
(8)一種紅外線遮蔽材30,其係具有如前述(1)~(6)中任一項之紅外線遮蔽層合體15,與2個透明的基材16、17,前述紅外線遮蔽層合體15係被挾持於前述2個透明的基材16、17間。
(9)如前述(7)或(8)之紅外線遮蔽材20、30,其中,前述透明的基材16、17為玻璃基板或塑膠薄片。
於本發明之樣態(1)之紅外線遮蔽層合體中,如第1圖(b)所示般,於含ITO粒子層12中,核殼粒子10、10彼此接觸。若換句話說,則ITO粒子10a、10a彼此係以於其之間介存有絕緣物質10b、10b的狀態存在。因此,ITO粒子10a、10a彼此係以粒子間距離A靠近地排列。粒子間距離A係由絕緣物質10b所構成的殼之厚度的2倍之值。在殼之厚度為一定的情況,ITO粒子10a、10a係以保持一定的粒子間距離A的狀態排列。藉由絕緣物質10b、10b,可防止作為導電性粒子之ITO粒子10a、10a彼此的接觸,含ITO粒子層12自體成為非導電層,而顯示電波透過性。若於此紅外線遮蔽層合體15照射近紅外線及紅外線之區域的光,則光會透過保護膜層
13而入射至含ITO粒子層12。於含ITO粒子層12內,藉由此光所激發的表面電漿子之電場係因粒子間距離內產生的近場效果而被增強,電漿子共振的光被放射而引起反射。含ITO粒子層12,係由於被保護膜層13所被覆而受到保護,因此具有紅外線遮蔽層合體15之實用上的強度。又,由於具有保護膜層13,因此可防止核殼粒子10從含ITO粒子層12剝離。
於本發明之樣態(2)中,如第1圖(b)所示般,在核殼粒子10、10彼此接觸的狀態下之ITO粒子間的距離A,亦即,相鄰的ITO粒子10a、10a之粒子表面間的距離A之平均值為0.5~10nm。藉此,於粒子間距離內,上述之粒子的表面電漿子之電場容易被增強。其結果,電漿子共振的光更容易被放射而反射。若粒子間距離A未達0.5nm,則無法物理性分離,而難以得到增強效果。另一方面,若粒子間距離A超過10nm,則局部存在於粒子表面的光之滲出彼此不會層疊,而難以得到增強效果。藉此,難以得到充分的反射率。
於本發明之樣態(3)中,如第1圖(a)所示般,紅外線遮蔽層合體15之含ITO粒子層12係被保護膜層13與底塗層14所挾持。因此,可更提高紅外線遮蔽層合體15的強度。
於本發明之樣態(4)中,作為保護膜層13係使用包含二氧化矽、丙烯酸系樹脂、環氧系樹脂、或聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之層。藉此,保護膜層13係透明且具有優
異的強度,而成為保護含ITO粒子層12的保護層。
於本發明之樣態(5)中,作為底塗層14係使用包含二氧化矽、胺基甲酸酯樹脂(聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂)、丙烯酸系樹脂、環氧系樹脂、或聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之層。藉此,底塗層14係透明且具有優異的強度,而成為保護含ITO粒子層12的保護層。
於本發明之樣態(6)中,作為絕緣物質10b係使用二氧化矽、氧化鋁、或有機保護材。藉此,可以絕緣物質10b被覆各個ITO粒子10a之表面。藉此,可賦予ITO粒子10a絕緣性,且可於ITO粒子10a、10a之間保持粒子間距離A。亦即,ITO粒子10a、10a係以保持一定的粒子間距離A的狀態存在(排列)。
於本發明之樣態(7)之紅外線遮蔽材20中,如第1圖(a)所示般,紅外線遮蔽層合體15係形成於透明的基材16之上面。因此,紅外線遮蔽材20係可供用以遮蔽紅外線之廣泛的用途。
於本發明之樣態(8)之紅外線遮蔽材30中,如第2圖所示般,紅外線遮蔽層合體15係挾持於2個透明的基材16、17間。因此,紅外線遮蔽材30即使在高濕度的環境下紅外線之遮蔽效果亦不受損害。
於本發明之樣態(9)之紅外線遮蔽材20、30中,作為透明的基材16、17係使用玻璃基板或塑膠薄片。因此,可將紅外線遮蔽層合體15安定地支撐。

接著,根據第1圖、第2圖來說明本發明之實施形態。
本實施形態之紅外線遮蔽層合體15係依序具有底塗層14、含ITO粒子層12、與保護膜層13。
含ITO粒子層12之2個主面當中,光入射的主面為上面(第1面),與上面對向的主面為下面(第2面)。另外,上面及下面的用語並非規定使用紅外線遮蔽層合體15時之紅外線遮蔽層合體15的上下位置者。
保護膜層13係以與含ITO粒子層12的上面接觸的方式,來被覆含ITO粒子層12的上面。底塗層14係以與含ITO粒子層12的下面接觸的方式,來被覆含ITO粒子層12的下面。若換句話說,則於底塗層14上設置含ITO粒子層12,於含ITO粒子層12上設置保護膜層13。
照射至紅外線遮蔽層合體15的光係入射至保護膜層13的上面(第1面),並透過保護膜層13內。接著,光
係入射至含ITO粒子層12的上面。將光入射之保護膜層13的上面稱為紅外線遮蔽層合體15的上面(第1面),將底塗層14的下面(第2面)稱為紅外線遮蔽層合體15的下面(第2面)。另外,在不具有底塗層14的情況係將含ITO粒子層12的下面稱為紅外線遮蔽層合體15的下面。
含ITO粒子層12係包含核殼粒子10,核殼粒子10係在核殼粒子彼此10、10接觸的狀態下存在。核殼粒子10係具有作為核的ITO粒子10a,與被覆核之作為殼的絕緣物質10b。於本實施形態中,核殼粒子10係僅由ITO粒子10a,與絕緣物質10b所構成。
含ITO粒子層12係可進一步包含構成後述之保護膜層13的成分。於此情況中,構成保護膜層13的成分係存在於核殼粒子10、10間之間隙。詳細而言,於直接接觸保護膜層13的含ITO粒子層12之上面的表面部包含構成保護膜層13的成分。在以後述之方法於含ITO粒子層12的上面上形成保護膜層13時,構成保護膜層13的成分會浸透於含ITO粒子層12的上面之表面部之核殼粒子10、10間之間隙。藉此,於含ITO粒子層12的上面之表面部中,構成保護膜層13的成分係存在於核殼粒子10、10間之間隙。藉此,提昇含ITO粒子層12與保護膜層13之密著性。又,亦可防止核殼粒子10從含ITO粒子層12剝離。
在紅外線遮蔽層合體15必須讓可見光透過的情況,ITO粒子10a之平均一次粒徑為5~100nm,較佳為20nm以下。在紅外線遮蔽層合體15係如牆壁或屋頂般無須為透明的情況,ITO粒子10a之平均一次粒徑為5~200nm,較佳為50nm以下。
關於ITO粒子之Sn摻雜量,Sn/(Sn+In)之莫耳比為0.01~0.25,特佳為0.04~0.15。
ITO粒子10a之形狀並無特別限制。然而,為了得到電漿子之共振效果,較佳為粒徑小,且異向性小的立方體或球狀之粒子。
ITO粒子10a一般係利用以下的方法製作。使包含In與少量之Sn的水溶性鹽之水溶液和鹼進行反應,而使In與Sn之氫氧化物共沉澱。將此共沉澱物在大氣中進行加熱燒成而成為氧化物。作為被加熱燒成的原料,亦可不為共沉澱物,而使用In與Sn之氫氧化物及/或氧化物之混合物。於本實施形態中,亦可直接利用以如此之以往的方法所製造之ITO粒子,或者作為導電性奈米粒子販售的ITO粒子。
接著,如第1圖(b)之放大圖所示般,針對具有作為核的ITO粒子10a,與被覆此核之作為殼的絕緣物質10b之核殼粒子10進行說明。
作為核之ITO粒子10a係被作為殼之絕緣物質10b所被覆,絕緣物質10b係二氧化矽、氧化鋁、或有機保護材。
核殼粒子10係藉由以下的方法製作。
首先,於溶劑中添加與溶劑的量(質量)大致相同的量(質量)之ITO粒子。藉由珠磨機使ITO粒子分散,藉此而得到ITO粒子之分散液。將此分散液藉由與上述溶劑相同的溶劑進行稀釋,使ITO之固體成分濃度成為0.01~5質量%。
在絕緣物質為二氧化矽、氧化鋁之無機物質的情況,作為溶劑係可使用水及/或醇。作為醇係可列舉:甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、異丙醇、丁醇、己醇、環己醇等,可使用此等之1種或2種以上。又,亦可使用水與醇之混合溶劑。
在絕緣物質為有機保護材的情況,藉由以下的方法,可得到以有機保護材所被覆之ITO粒子。作為原料係使用銦、錫之脂肪酸鹽,以熱解法(hot soap method)製作ITO粒子。或者,在使藉由前述之共沉澱法等所製作的ITO粒子分散於溶劑中時,添加分散劑使ITO粒子分散。藉由以上方式,可得到以有機保護材所被覆的ITO粒子。
本實施形態之殼,並不限於層狀被覆核者,亦包含於核之全表面以有機保護材之其中一端作為錨而結合,有機保護材之另一端從核表面游離,使有機保護材呈放射狀覆蓋核表面者。
(a)在以二氧化矽被覆ITO粒子的情況,於
經稀釋的分散液中添加正矽酸四乙酯、甲氧基矽烷寡聚物、或乙氧基矽烷寡聚物作為二氧化矽源並進行混合。在此混合液成為酸性的情況,於混合液中,添加NaOH、KOH、或NH3之鹼作為聚合觸媒,使二氧化矽源聚合。將中和後的混合液以超純水進行洗淨、固液分離,將固體成分乾燥。將乾燥後的固體成分在惰性氣體環境下,以100~500℃進行燒成1~60分鐘。藉此,形成ITO粒子被二氧化矽膜所被覆的粒子。
另外,混合液之洗淨係利用以下的方法進行,將雜質從此混合液中去除。首先,將分散液放入離心分離器,來排除粗大的雜質。接著,讓混合液通過離子交換樹脂製之過濾器,而排除離子性之雜質。
(b)在以氧化鋁被覆ITO粒子的情況,一邊將稀釋後的分散液進行攪拌,一邊添加稀硫酸水溶液,將pH調整成3.5~4.5,而得到懸浮液。接著,於此懸浮液中緩緩添加特定量之硫酸鋁水溶液,充分地進行混合。進而,一邊持續攪拌,一邊緩緩添加氫氧化鈉水溶液,將懸浮液之pH調整成5~7。接著,一邊將溫度保持在一定的值,一邊攪拌懸浮液(使其熟成),而得到水合氧化鋁被覆ITO粒子(ITO粒子被水合氧化鋁所被覆的粒子)。將所得到的水合氧化鋁被覆ITO粒子進行洗淨、固液分離,而進行乾燥。藉此,可得到水合氧化鋁被覆ITO粒子。
另外,藉由將此水合氧化鋁被覆ITO粒子以550℃以上進行加熱,而可使殼之水合氧化鋁變化成氧化鋁。
(c)在藉由添加分散劑使ITO粒子分散於溶劑中而以有機保護材被覆ITO粒子的情況,係進行以下的方法。在使藉由共沉澱法等所製作的ITO粒子分散於溶劑中時,添加分散劑使ITO粒子分散。藉此,形成被有機保護材所被覆的ITO粒子。於此情況中,作為絕緣物質之有機保護劑係附著於ITO粒子之表面的分散劑。作為分散劑,較佳為具有酸性之吸附基的有機化合物,可列舉例如於末端具有羧基之丙烯酸聚合物等。作為可商業取得的分散劑,較佳為Lubrizol Japan公司製之Solsperse 36000、Solsperse 41000、或Solsperse 43000等。
(d)在使用熱解法製作以有機保護材所被覆的ITO粒子的情況,使用銦與錫之脂肪酸鹽作為原料,將此等原料溶解於有機溶劑中。接著,使有機溶劑揮發,以200℃~500℃將銦與錫之脂肪酸鹽之混合物進行熱分解。藉此,形成被有機保護材所被覆的ITO粒子。於此情況中,作為絕緣物質之有機保護劑係銦與錫之脂肪酸鹽中的脂肪酸進行熱分解所得到的有機化合物或不熱分解而殘留的脂肪酸。藉由改變脂肪酸之碳鏈,而可調整由絕緣物質所構成的殼之厚度。因此,可調整粒子間隔(粒子間距離)A,脂肪酸之碳數較佳為4~30。作為脂肪酸係可列舉例如:癸酸、硬脂酸等。
在前述(a)~(c)的情況,由被覆ITO粒子10a之
絕緣物質10b所構成的殼之厚度,係因應以絕緣物質被覆ITO粒子時之ITO粒子與絕緣物質的各摻合量而調整。具體而言,藉由相對於ITO粒子之量100質量份而使絕緣物質之量成為0.3~800質量份,而將殼之厚度的平均值調整成0.25~5nm。殼之厚度的平均值較佳為1~3nm,更佳為1.5~2.5nm。使此殼之厚度成為2倍的值係相當於ITO粒子10a、10a間的粒子間距離A(參照第1圖(b)之放大圖)。
底塗層14係為包含二氧化矽、胺基甲酸酯樹脂(聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂)、丙烯酸系樹脂、環氧系樹脂、或聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之層,並利用以下的方法製作。
於如透明的玻璃基板、塑膠薄片般的基材16之上面,塗佈由二氧化矽(SiO2)之單體溶液、二氧化矽之寡聚物溶液、二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠液、二氧化矽分散液、胺基甲酸酯樹脂之溶液、丙烯酸系樹脂之溶液、環氧系樹脂之溶液、及聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之溶液中選出的1種之溶液,而形成塗膜。接著,藉由將塗膜進行乾燥,而形成底塗層14。塗佈方面係可使用狹縫式塗佈機、旋轉塗佈機、塗抹器、刮棒塗佈機等之一般的塗佈裝置。乾燥係在大氣環境下,以20~80℃進行。詳細的底塗層14之形成方法係與後述之保護膜層13之形成方法相同。
為了保護含ITO粒子層,底塗層14之厚度為0.1~
100μm之範圍,較佳為1~20μm,更佳為5~10μm。
另外,作為成為基材16之塑膠薄片的例子亦包含塑膠薄膜。
用以形成底塗層之二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠液係利用以下的方法製作。
於水與醇之混合溶劑中添加正矽酸四乙酯、甲氧基矽烷寡聚物、或乙氧基矽烷寡聚物作為二氧化矽源並進行混合。於此混合液中添加硝酸或檸檬酸等之酸,進行反應0.5~6小時,而調製二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠液。
用以形成底塗層之胺基甲酸酯樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、環氧系樹脂、或聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之溶液係包含各樹脂,與可溶解各樹脂的溶劑。作為溶劑較佳為醇。此溶液中之樹脂的濃度雖依據所要求之溶液的黏度而異,但較佳為10~50質量%。
如前述般,核殼粒子10係具有ITO粒子10a,與被覆ITO粒子10a之絕緣物質10b,絕緣物質10b係二氧化矽、氧化鋁、或有機保護材。將此核殼粒子10添加於水與醇之溶劑。藉由超音波均質機,使核殼粒子10分散於溶劑中。藉此,得到核殼粒子10之分散液。將此分散液塗佈於底塗層14之上面上而形成塗膜。接著,使塗膜乾燥。藉此,形成含ITO粒子層12。
作為塗佈方法較佳為旋轉塗佈法。乾燥係在大氣環境
下,以20~80℃進行。
雖未圖示,但含ITO粒子層亦可不於底塗層之上面,而直接形成於如透明的玻璃基板、塑膠薄片般的基材之上面上。
為了得到所期望之近紅外光的反射率,含ITO粒子層12之厚度係50~1000nm之範圍,較佳為50~500nm,更佳為100~200nm。
保護膜層13係包含二氧化矽、丙烯酸系樹脂、環氧系樹脂、或聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之層。於含ITO粒子層12之上面上形成保護膜層13而可得到紅外線遮蔽層合體15。
為了保護含ITO粒子層12,保護膜層13之厚度為0.1~100μm之範圍,較佳為1~20μm,更佳為5~10μm。
由二氧化矽所構成之保護膜層係利用以下的方法製作。
將正矽酸四乙酯、甲氧基矽烷寡聚物、乙氧基矽烷寡聚物、或二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠液塗佈於含ITO粒子層之上面上而形成塗膜。將塗膜進行乾燥,接著以80℃以上、未達基材之耐熱溫度的溫度使塗膜硬化,而形成保護膜層。
二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠液係藉由與用以形成前述之底塗層的二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠液相同的方法製作。二氧化矽溶
膠-凝膠液係以使二氧化矽濃度成為1~10質量%的方式以乙醇進行稀釋而使用。
由丙烯酸系樹脂所構成之保護膜層係藉由以下的方法製作。
將丙烯酸系樹脂,與在熱或光下開始反應的聚合起始劑進行混合,接著,將混合物以醇或酮等之溶劑稀釋成適當的濃度。將混合溶液塗佈於含ITO粒子層之上面上而形成塗膜。將塗膜進行乾燥,接著藉由紫外線或加熱使塗膜硬化,而形成保護膜層。
聚合起始劑之量相對於丙烯酸系樹脂之量的比例較佳為0.1~10質量%。丙烯酸系樹脂之濃度(包含樹脂與溶劑之混合溶液中的樹脂之量)較佳係以固體成分計為10~70質量%。
由環氧系樹脂所構成之保護膜層係藉由以下的方法製作。
將環氧系樹脂之主劑與硬化劑以特定的比例進行混合,接著,將混合物以醇或酮等之溶劑稀釋成適當的濃度。將混合溶液塗佈於含ITO粒子層之上面上而形成塗膜。將塗膜進行乾燥,接著藉由加熱使塗膜硬化,而形成保護膜層。
環氧系樹脂之濃度(包含樹脂與溶劑之混合溶液中的樹脂之量)較佳係以固體成分計為10~70質量%。
由聚乙烯縮醛樹脂所構成之保護膜層係藉由以下的方法製作。
將聚乙烯縮醛樹脂以醇、酮、芳香族有機溶劑等之溶劑溶解成適當的濃度。將所得到的溶液塗佈於含ITO粒子層之上面上而形成塗膜。將塗膜進行乾燥,接著藉由加熱使塗膜硬化,而形成保護膜層。
另外,在將聚乙烯縮醛樹脂溶解於溶劑時,亦可添加可塑劑。
塗佈方面係可使用狹縫式塗佈機、旋轉塗佈機、塗抹器、刮棒塗佈機等之一般的塗佈裝置。乾燥係在大氣環境下,以20~80℃進行。
上述之絕緣物質、底塗層及保護膜層之各材質係可相同或相異。
紅外線遮蔽材之第1實施形態,如第1圖(a)所示般,具有本實施形態之紅外線遮蔽層合體15,與透明的基材16。以紅外線遮蔽層合體15之與保護膜層13相反面和透明的基材16接觸之狀態,將紅外線遮蔽層合體15設置於透明的基材16上。若換句話說,則以紅外線遮蔽層合體15的下面與透明的基材16接觸之狀態,將紅外線遮蔽層合體15設置於透明的基材16上。
紅外線遮蔽材之第2實施形態,如第2圖所示般,具有本實施形態之紅外線遮蔽層合體15,與2個
透明的基材16、17。紅外線遮蔽層合體15係被挾持於2個透明的基材16、17間。
透明的基材16、17係玻璃基板或塑膠薄片。塑膠薄片之材質並無特別限定,可使用具有透光性的材料。作為塑膠薄片的例子亦包含塑膠薄膜。玻璃基板之厚度為1~10mm,較佳為2~7mm。塑膠薄片之厚度為50~500μm,較佳為100~300μm。
接著,將本發明之實施例與比較例一起詳細地說明。
將氯化銦(InCl3)水溶液(含有In金屬18g)50mL,與二氯化錫(SnCl2.2H2O)3.6g進行混合,而製作金屬鹽水溶液。將此金屬鹽水溶液與氨(NH3)水溶液同時滴下於水500ml,將所得到的混合水溶液之pH調整成7,以30℃之液溫進行反應30分鐘。將所生成之沉澱物藉由離子交換水重複進行傾斜洗淨。上清液之電阻率成為50000Ω.cm以上時,將沉澱物(In/Sn共沉澱氫氧化物)過濾。藉此,得到乾燥粉末之狀態的色調為具有柿色之共沉澱銦錫氫氧化物。將固液分離後的銦錫氫氧化物以110℃進行一晚乾燥,接著,在大氣中以550℃進行燒成3小時。將燒成物中之凝聚體進行粉碎而分散,而得到具有
鮮黃色之平均粒徑15nm的ITO粉末約25g。
作為分散介質係以水:乙醇=1:3之混合比(質量比)將水與乙醇進行混合而準備混合溶劑。於此混合溶劑30g中添加上述得到的ITO粒子30g並進行混合。於此混合液使珠磨機運轉5小時,使ITO粒子均勻地分散而得到分散液。接著,將此分散液以上述之水與乙醇之混合溶劑進行稀釋直至ITO粒子之固體成分的濃度成為1質量%為止。
於稀釋後的分散液500.0g中添加正矽酸四乙酯(TEOS)6.0g作為用以形成成為殼之二氧化矽的二氧化矽源。接著,於添加有正矽酸四乙酯(TEOS)的混合液中,添加濃度19M之NaOH水溶液1.5g作為鹼源(中和劑)。藉此,使TEOS水解並進行聚合。進而,將此中和後的分散液以超純水進行洗淨,接著,將分散液以冷凍乾燥進行乾燥。然後,藉由將乾燥物在氮環境下,以200℃進行燒成60分鐘,而得到ITO粒子被二氧化矽所被覆的核殼粒子。
在此,上述分散液之洗淨係利用以下的方法進行,將雜質從此分散液中去除。首先,將分散液放入離心分離器,來排除粗大的雜質。接著,讓分散液通過離子交換樹脂製之過濾器,而排除分散液中包含的離子性之雜質。
將所得到的核殼粒子4.5g於10.5g之乙醇中藉由超音波均質機進行分散,得到核殼粒子之分散液。使用旋轉塗佈機,以3000rpm之旋轉速度60秒鐘,將此分
散液塗佈於縱50mm、橫50mm、厚度1.1mm之透明的鈉鈣玻璃基板上。接著,將塗膜以20℃進行乾燥1分鐘,形成厚度0.5μm之含ITO粒子層。
然後,準備含有10質量%之SiO2的二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠組成物。使用旋轉塗佈機,以1000rpm之旋轉速度60秒鐘,將二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠組成物塗佈於含ITO粒子層之上。接著,將塗膜以200℃進行30分鐘之熱處理,形成厚度1μm之由二氧化矽所構成的保護膜層。
另外,上述二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠組成物係利用以下的方法製作。將濃度60質量%之硝酸1.5g溶解於120g之純水中而製作硝酸水溶液。於500cm3之玻璃製的4口燒瓶中,添加140g之四乙氧基矽烷與176g之乙醇。一邊將混合物進行攪拌,一邊同時添加前述之硝酸水溶液。接著,藉由將混合物以50℃進行反應3小時,而調製二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠組成物。
藉由以上,將由含ITO粒子層與保護膜層所構成的紅外線遮蔽層合體形成於作為基材之玻璃基板上,而得到紅外線遮蔽材。
於核殼粒子之製作步驟中,將所添加之TEOS的量設為25.0g,將NaOH水溶液的量設為3.0g,除此之外,藉由與實施例1相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
於核殼粒子之製作步驟中,將所添加之TEOS的量設為5.5g,將NaOH水溶液的量設為1.3g,除此之外,藉由與實施例1相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
於核殼粒子之製作步驟中,將所添加之TEOS的量設為45.0g,將NaOH水溶液的量設為1.7g,除此之外,藉由與實施例1相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
於核殼粒子之製作步驟中,將所添加之TEOS的量設為15.0g,將NaOH水溶液的量設為2.2g。
又,藉由以下的方法,形成保護膜層。準備Beamset 577(荒川化學公司製)作為丙烯酸樹脂,準備Irgacure 907作為起始劑。以使起始劑的量相對於丙烯酸樹脂的量成為1質量%的方式將丙烯酸樹脂與起始劑進行混合。以使固體成分之濃度成為30質量%的方式,將丙烯酸樹脂與起始劑之混合物以乙醇進行稀釋而製作溶液。使用旋轉塗佈機,以1000rpm之旋轉速度60秒鐘,將此溶液塗佈於含ITO粒子層之上。接著,於塗膜照射紫外線使其硬化,而形成由丙烯酸樹脂所構成的保護膜層。
除上述以外,藉由與實施例1相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
將環氧樹脂(Mitsubishi Gas Chemical公司製MAXIVE)之主劑與硬化劑之各者,以使固體成分之濃度成為30質量%的方式,以乙醇進行稀釋。將主劑之溶液與硬化劑之溶液以等量進行混合。使用旋轉塗佈機,以1000rpm之旋轉速度60秒鐘,將混合溶液塗佈於含ITO粒子層上。將塗膜以90℃進行加熱10分鐘使其硬化,而形成由環氧樹脂所構成的保護膜層。
除上述以外,藉由與實施例5相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
以乙醇:甲苯:丁醇=57:38:5之混合比(質量比)將乙醇、甲苯、及丁醇進行混合而製作混合溶劑。以使固體成分之濃度成為5質量%的方式,將聚乙烯丁醛樹脂(積水化學公司製S-LEC B)以混合溶劑進行稀釋而製作溶液。使用旋轉塗佈機,以1000rpm之旋轉速度60秒鐘,將此溶液塗佈於含ITO粒子層之上。接著,將塗膜以90℃進行加熱5分鐘來使其乾燥、硬化,而形成由聚乙烯丁醛樹脂所構成的保護膜層。
除上述以外,藉由與實施例5相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
於實施例1中,以使用於分散液中的水與乙醇之混合溶劑將ITO分散液進行稀釋直至ITO粒子之固體成分的濃度成為1質量%為止。一邊將稀釋後的分散液500.0g進行攪拌,一邊添加稀硫酸水溶液來將pH調整成4而得到懸浮液。接著,將15.0g之硫酸鋁溶解於80g之離子交換水中來製作硫酸鋁水溶液。於懸浮液中緩緩添加硫酸鋁水溶液進行攪拌混合60分鐘。進而,一邊持續攪拌,一邊緩緩添加氫氧化鈉水溶液,將懸浮液之pH調整成6。接著,一邊將溫度保持在一定的值,一邊將懸浮液進行攪拌24小時(使其熟成)。將所得到的水合氧化鋁被覆ITO粒子進行離心洗淨,而固液分離。接著,進行乾燥,而得到水合氧化鋁被覆ITO粒子。此水合氧化鋁被覆ITO粒子係ITO粒子被氧化鋁所被覆的核殼粒子。
除上述以外,藉由與實施例1相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
將辛酸銦與辛酸錫以成為莫耳比計銦:錫=9:1的方式來秤量並進行混合。將混合液溶解於甲苯中。將上述之甲苯溶液進行減壓乾燥,接著以350℃進行加熱3小時。藉由此,得到ITO粒子被有機保護材所被覆的核殼粒子。
將此核殼粒子5g添加於20g之甲苯中,使用超音波均質機將核殼粒子分散,得到核殼粒子之分散液。使用旋
轉塗佈機,以1000rpm之旋轉速度60秒鐘,將此分散液塗佈於縱50mm、橫50mm、厚度1.1mm之透明的鈉鈣玻璃基板上。接著,將塗膜以120℃進行乾燥5分鐘,形成厚度0.5μm之含ITO粒子層。
除上述以外,藉由與實施例1相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
使用PET薄膜(Toray製LUMIRROR T-60)作為基材。使用Baker type Applicator(TESTER產業股份有限公司製SA-201),以使塗膜的厚度成為100μm的方式將熱反應型水系胺基甲酸酯樹脂(第一工業製Elastron F-29)塗佈於此PET薄膜上。另外,塗膜的厚度係指塗膜包含溶劑之狀態的厚度。將塗膜以80℃進行乾燥5分鐘,接著,以120℃進行加熱3分鐘使其硬化。藉此,形成由胺基甲酸酯樹脂所構成的底塗層。
除了使用上面形成有此底塗層之PET薄膜作為基材以外,藉由與實施例1相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
使用厚度1.1mm之鈉鈣玻璃基板作為基材。以乙醇:甲苯:丁醇=57:38:5之混合比(質量比)將乙醇、甲苯、及丁醇進行混合而製作混合溶劑。以使固體成分之濃度成為5質量%的方式,將聚乙烯丁醛樹脂(積水
化學公司製S-LEC B)以混合溶劑進行稀釋而製作溶液。使用Baker type Applicator(TESTER產業股份有限公司製SA-201),以使塗膜的厚度成為100μm的方式將溶液塗佈於玻璃基板上。另外,塗膜的厚度係指塗膜包含溶劑之狀態的厚度。將塗膜以90℃進行乾燥5分鐘,接著,以120℃進行加熱3分鐘使其硬化。藉此,形成由聚乙烯縮醛樹脂所構成的底塗層。
除了使用上面形成有此底塗層之玻璃基板作為基材以外,藉由與實施例1相同的方法,形成含ITO粒子層。
接著,與實施例7相同地,將包含聚乙烯縮醛樹脂(積水化學公司製S-LEC B)之溶液塗佈於含ITO粒子層之上。使塗膜乾燥、硬化而形成由聚乙烯縮醛樹脂所構成的保護膜層。
使用厚度1.1mm之鈉鈣玻璃基板作為基材。將此玻璃基板載置於保護膜層之上。使用隔膜式真空層壓機,以150℃,壓著玻璃基板與紅外線遮蔽層合體。藉此,得到以2片鈉鈣玻璃基板挾持紅外線遮蔽層合體的紅外線遮蔽材。
於實施例11之底塗層的製作步驟中,取代聚乙烯丁醛樹脂,而使用丙烯酸樹脂。準備Beamset 577(荒川化學公司製)作為丙烯酸樹脂,準備Irgacure 907作為起始劑。以使起始劑的量相對於丙烯酸樹脂的量成為1質量%
的方式將丙烯酸樹脂與起始劑進行混合。以使固體成分之濃度成為30質量%的方式,將丙烯酸樹脂與起始劑之混合物以乙醇進行稀釋而製作溶液。使用Baker type Applicator(TESTER產業股份有限公司製SA-201),以使塗膜的厚度成為100μm的方式來塗佈溶液。另外,塗膜的厚度係指塗膜包含溶劑之狀態的厚度。將塗膜以90℃進行乾燥5分鐘,接著,照射紫外線使塗膜硬化。藉此,形成由丙烯酸樹脂所構成的底塗層。
除上述以外,藉由與實施例11相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
於實施例11之底塗層的製作步驟中,取代聚乙烯丁醛樹脂,而使用環氧樹脂(Mitsubishi Gas Chemical公司製MAXIVE)。將主劑與硬化劑各者,以使固體成分之濃度成為30質量%的方式,以乙醇進行稀釋。將主劑之溶液與硬化劑之溶液以等量進行混合。使用Baker type Applicator(TESTER產業股份有限公司製SA-201),以使塗膜的厚度成為100μm的方式來塗佈混合溶液。另外,塗膜的厚度係指塗膜包含溶劑之狀態的厚度。將塗膜以90℃進行加熱10分鐘,進行乾燥與硬化。藉此,形成由環氧樹脂所構成的底塗層。
除上述以外,藉由與實施例11相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
於實施例11之底塗層的製作步驟中,取代聚乙烯丁醛樹脂,而使用在實施例1中使用的二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠組成物。此二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠組成物係含有SiO2 10質量%。使用Baker type Applicator(TESTER產業股份有限公司製SA-201),以使塗膜的厚度成為100μm的方式來塗佈二氧化矽溶膠-凝膠組成物。另外,塗膜的厚度係指塗膜包含溶劑之狀態的厚度。將塗膜以90℃進行加熱5分鐘,進行乾燥、硬化。藉此,形成由二氧化矽所構成的底塗層。
除上述以外,藉由與實施例11相同的方法,得到紅外線遮蔽材。
於與實施例1相同的混合溶劑30g中添加與實施例1相同的ITO粒子30g並進行混合。於此混合液使珠磨機運轉5小時,使ITO粒子均勻地分散而得到分散液。
使用旋轉塗佈機,以3000rpm之旋轉速度60秒鐘,將此分散液塗佈於縱50mm、橫50mm之透明的鈉鈣玻璃基板上。接著,將塗膜以20℃進行乾燥5分鐘,形成厚度0.5μm之含ITO粒子層。
然後,準備實施例1之含有SiO2 10質量%的二氧化矽溶膠組成物。使用旋轉塗佈機,以1000rpm之旋轉速度
60秒鐘,將實施例1之二氧化矽溶膠組成物塗佈於含ITO粒子層之上。接著,以200℃進行30分鐘之熱處理,形成厚度1μm之保護膜層。
藉此,得到於作為基材之玻璃基板上形成有紅外線遮蔽層合體的紅外線遮蔽材。此紅外線遮蔽層合體係具有含ITO粒子層,與由二氧化矽所構成的保護膜層。
藉由TEM(Transmission Electron Microscope)測定實施例1~14及比較例1之紅外線遮蔽材的含ITO粒子層中之ITO粒子間的距離A。
TEM觀察用的樣品係藉由以下的方法製作。首先,使2片紅外線遮蔽材,以面向紅外線遮蔽層合體的狀態,藉由適當的接著劑進行貼合。接著劑之硬化後,將貼合後的2片紅外線遮蔽材(樣品)使用蠟來固定於研磨用樣品座。接著,將樣品以機械研磨進行研磨直至成為薄片為止。利用機械研磨而成為充分的薄度之薄片。然後,使單孔網目貼合於樣品,進行離子銑削直至於樣品的一部分有開孔為止。藉此,製作TEM觀察用的樣品。
將樣品之含ITO粒子層藉由TEM進行觀察。著眼在某一個粒子與最靠近此粒子的粒子,測定此2個粒子之表面的距離之中的最小距離。於20部位,測定粒子間距離。求出該測定值之平均值,作為粒子間距離A。將所得到的結果顯示於表1。
於比較例1中,由於不存在殼,因此ITO粒子彼此會接觸。
針對實施例1~14及比較例1之紅外線遮蔽材,使用分光光度計(Hitachi High-Technologies公司製,製品名U-4100型)來測定波長800~2500nm之區域的近紅外光之反射率。將其結果顯示於表1。
於比較例1之紅外線遮蔽材中,反射率係低達22%。可推測其原因在於,含ITO粒子層中之ITO粒子表面並未被絕緣材料所被覆,ITO粒子彼此接觸,並不引起電漿子共振。相對於此,於實施例1~14之紅外線遮蔽材中,反射率為26~65%,高於比較例1。尤其,於實施例1、2、5~14之紅外線遮蔽材中,粒子間距離為0.5~10nm之範圍,反射率為40~65%之高值。
實施例1~14之紅外線遮蔽材係具有核殼粒子彼此接觸而存在的含ITO粒子層。因此,可推測會產生近場效果,電漿子共振的光被放射而引起反射,而可得到高的反射率。
本實施形態之紅外線遮蔽層合體及使用其之紅外線遮蔽材係對於波長800~2500nm之區域的近紅外光具有高的反射率。又,可防止ITO粒子彼此之接觸,且含ITO粒子層自體並非導電層。因此,本實施形態之紅外線遮蔽層合體及使用其之紅外線遮蔽材係顯示電波透過性。因而,本實施形態之紅外線遮蔽層合體及使用其之紅外線遮蔽材係可適用於窗玻璃、遮陽篷頂、遮陽板、PET(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)瓶、包裝用薄膜、及眼鏡等之紅外線遮蔽效果為必要的製品中。

Claims (9)
- 一種紅外線遮蔽層合體,其係具有含ITO粒子層,與被覆前述含ITO粒子層之上面的保護膜層,在前述含ITO粒子層內係以核殼粒子彼此接觸的狀態存在,前述核殼粒子係具有作為核的ITO粒子,與作為被覆前述核之殼的絕緣物質。
- 如請求項1之紅外線遮蔽層合體,其中,在前述核殼粒子彼此接觸的狀態下之前述ITO粒子間的距離之平均值為0.5~10nm。
- 如請求項1或2之紅外線遮蔽層合體,其係進一步具備被覆前述含ITO粒子層之下面的底塗層,前述含ITO粒子層係被前述保護膜層與前述底塗層所挾持。
- 如請求項1或3之紅外線遮蔽層合體,其中,前述保護膜層為包含二氧化矽、丙烯酸系樹脂、環氧系樹脂、或聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之層。
- 如請求項3之紅外線遮蔽層合體,其中,前述底塗層為包含二氧化矽、胺基甲酸酯樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、環氧系樹脂、或聚乙烯縮醛樹脂之層。
- 如請求項1之紅外線遮蔽層合體,其中,前述絕緣物質為二氧化矽、氧化鋁、或有機保護劑。
- 一種紅外線遮蔽材,其係具有如請求項1~6中任一項之紅外線遮蔽層合體與透明的基材, 以前述紅外線遮蔽層合體之與前述保護膜層相反之面和前述透明的基材接觸之狀態,將前述紅外線遮蔽層合體設置於前述透明的基材上。
- 一種紅外線遮蔽材,其係具有如請求項1~6中任一項之紅外線遮蔽層合體與2個透明的基材,前述紅外線遮蔽層合體係被挾持於前述2個透明的基材間。
- 如請求項7或8之紅外線遮蔽材,其中,前述透明的基材為玻璃基板或塑膠薄片。
