Abstract
本發明之除臭劑,其特徵係由氧化鋅及氧化鋁複合化之結晶質氧化鋅而成,且氧化鋅及氧化鋁之莫耳比(ZnO/Al2O3)為40~80。藉此,可獲得對於硫系氣體及酸性氣體之高除臭效果。除臭劑之較佳平均粒徑為0.2~15μm。
Description
本發明係有關由特定結晶質氧化鋅所成之除臭容量大的除臭劑以及具備其之除臭製品。
近幾年來,對於日常生活中之臭味之關心日漸提高,為了減低不愉悅氣味或惡臭,除了室內放置型或噴霧型除臭製品以外,對於壁紙、窗簾、地毯、地墊、沙發、濾網、衣類等賦予除臭效果之各種除臭製品也已製品化。該等除臭製品中根據不愉悅氣味之種類而使用特定除臭劑。
例如,於日本特開2005-87630號公報中,揭示硫系氣體除臭劑,其係由銅、鋅、錳、鈷及鎳所選出之至少1種之金屬鹽與矽酸鹽之無定形複合物,且細孔容積為0.3~0.5ml/g。且日本特開平5-237375號公報中揭示適於酸性氣體或鹼性氣體之除臭劑,其係將以nCuO‧MY2/x‧mH2O(式中,n為1/3~9,M為2價金屬原子,Y為1價至3價之陰離子,x為陰離子價數,m為0~18之數)表示之銅化合物擔持於酸強度函數Ho為+4.8以下、
酸量為0.2meq/g以上之無機固體酸上而成。
日本特開2002-95727號公報中揭示由EDTA鋅所成之適於氨系氣體或硫系氣體之除臭劑。且於日本特開2008-125810號公報中揭示適於硫系氣體或酸性氣體之除臭劑組成物,其含有具有分支鏈之碳數9~32之脂肪酸之鋅鹽。
於日本特開平11-35381號公報中,揭示使含鋁葉矽酸鋅及其矽酸質複合體成形所得之蜂窩狀成形體,且記載適於氨系或硫系氣體之除臭。又,日本特開2002-126057號公報中揭示由以ZnaM2 bM3 x(OH)y(A)z‧nH2O所示之複合金屬多鹼性鹽所成之適於氨系氣體、酸性氣體或硫系氣體之除臭劑。
進而,以氧化鋅為主成分之除臭劑亦為已知。例如日本特開2003-52800號公報中,揭示由比表面積為40~100m2/g之範圍內,且硫化氫除臭容量為3.0mmol/g以上,一次粒徑為0.2μm以下之微粒子氧化鋅所成之適於硫系氣體之除臭劑。日本特開昭63-246167號公報中,揭示由氧化鋅與氧化鋁及/或氧化矽之緊密結合粒子所成之適於氨系氣體、胺系氣體或硫系氣體之白色脫臭劑。又,日本特開2006-223645號公報中揭示併用以Zn1-xAlxO(0<x<0.2)表示之氧化鋅系固溶體與複合金屬矽酸鹽之適於氨系氣體或硫系氣體之除臭劑。
如上述,除臭劑可為由各種無機化合物所成者,但例如於含有由藍色系之銅化合物所成之除臭劑之除臭製品中,具有除臭作用之部位,就得到期望性能方面,一般係將其作成與其顏色相近。因此,於除臭劑有色時,由於存在有與除臭製品之影像不相符之情況,固有難以與除臭效果並存之情況。
作為無色(白色)或接近其之顏色(淺黃色等之白色系)之除臭劑,已知有由氧化鋅所成者,要求具有比以往習知之氧化鋅更優異之除臭效果的除臭劑。
本發明藉由改良以往已知具有硫系氣體及酸性氣體之除臭效果之氧化鋅,而發現可展現更高之除臭效果。且,亦發現含有於該經改良之氧化鋅所成之除臭劑之布、絲等,不會有變色等之外觀上缺陷,且具有高的除臭效果。
亦即,本發明係一種除臭劑,其係由氧化鋅及氧化鋁複合化之結晶質氧化鋅而成,且氧化鋅及氧化鋁之莫耳比(ZnO/Al2O3)為40~80。
且,其他之本發明係一種具備上述除臭劑之除臭加工製品。
本發明之除臭劑之利用化學吸附之除臭效果高,尤其硫系氣體及酸性氣體之除臭優異。本發明之除臭劑由於呈現白色系故而易於利用,且加工性優異,使用該除臭劑,可提供各種用途之除臭製品,進而提供賦予除臭皮膜等之含除臭劑之塗料組成物、或賦予樹脂成形品或發泡成形品之含除臭劑之樹脂組成物等。
圖1為實施例1所用之除臭劑之X射線繞射像。
以下詳細說明本發明。
本發明之除臭劑係由氧化鋅及氧化鋁複合化之結晶質氧化鋅而成。
氧化鋅及氧化鋁之莫耳比(ZnO/Al2O3),基於硫系氣體及酸性氣體之除臭效果之觀點,為40~80,較好為35~70,更好為35~50。
本發明中,藉由設為含有一定量氧化鋁之氧化鋅,認為為具有特定結晶性者,該特性結晶性由於易於吸附硫系氣體及酸性氣體,故認為硫系氣體及酸性氣體之除臭性能優異。
本發明之除臭劑的結晶質氧化鋅具有結晶性可藉由粉末X射線繞射測定確認。藉由X射線繞射像,
於繞射角度2θ為30~38度之範圍內,可確認到約31.7度、約34.4度及約36.2度之計3個波峰之源自氧化鋅之結晶構造之繞射波峰。各波峰之繞射強度係根據測定條件而異,但3個繞射波峰之半值寬即使繞射強度不同亦為大致相同之值。各波峰之半值寬通常為0.5~1.1度,較好為0.7~0.9度。結晶質氧化鋅之粒度通常為100nm以上,故X射線繞射像中之該等半值寬並非表示結晶粒度而是表示結晶性。本發明之結晶質氧化鋅之特徵並不是結晶性優異之結晶亦不是非晶質而由特定結晶性所成。
本發明之除臭劑之形狀並未特別限制,但基於獲得除臭皮膜(包含除臭點)、樹脂成形品或發泡成形品等之高的除臭效果、用以加工成賦予該等之含除臭劑塗料組成物或含除臭劑樹脂組成物之加工性優異之方面,較佳為粒狀。該情況下,平均粒徑較好為0.2~15μm,更好為0.3~12μm,又更好為0.5~8μm。又,除臭劑之最大粒徑通常為20μm以下,較好為15μm以下。上述平均粒徑意指由雷射繞射法測定之d50。
本發明之除臭劑之BET比表面積較好為100m2/g以上,更好為110~200m2/g,又更好為120~160m2/g。比表面積若為100m2/g以上,則可獲得高的除臭效果。
本發明之結晶質氧化鋅呈現白色系,除臭劑之粉末色彩以Lab色空間表示時,較好為L值92~98,a值-1~-6,b值4~10,更好為L值94~97,a值-1.5~5,b
值5~9。
本發明之由結晶質氧化鋅所成之除臭劑之除臭容量,較好每1g對硫化氫氣體為50ml以上,對甲基硫醇氣體為3ml以上,對乙酸氣體為20ml以上。所謂除臭容量係除臭劑可除臭、吸收或吸附之臭味成分亦即硫化氫、甲基硫醇或乙酸之最大量,測定方法如下。於臭味成分難吸附且不使空氣通過之材質的捕集袋(TEDLAR:註冊商標)等之試驗袋中,放入除臭劑後予以密封,於該密封之試驗袋中注入臭味氣體。於臭味氣體剛注入後及一定時間後測定試驗袋中殘存之臭味氣體濃度。此時,將一定時間後殘存氣體濃度成為初期氣體濃度的1/10以下之時點設為突破除臭性之點,並將此時殘存氣體濃度與初期氣體濃度之差,為除臭劑所除臭、吸收或吸附之臭味氣體量。未達上述除臭容量之除臭劑之除臭性能低,除臭效果不充分。
本發明之結晶質氧化鋅所成之除臭劑之製造方法並未特別限制,關於原料、製造步驟、設備等亦無限制。結晶質氧化鋅之製造方法之概要顯示如下。
於含有1~20質量%氧化鋅粒子之水漿料中添加對於氧化鋅粒子為1~4質量%之膠體氧化鋁並攪拌。接著,於設為20℃~60℃之混合液中導入二氧化碳氣體數小時,而生成於粒子內部存在氧化鋁之鹼性碳酸鋅粒子。隨後,自含有所得鹼性碳酸鋅粒子之漿料除去水分作成乾燥粉末,在100℃~400℃左右加熱,獲得上述構成之塊狀結晶質氧
化鋅。接著,將該塊狀結晶質氧化鋅進行粉碎處理,獲得適於本發明之除臭劑之結晶質氧化鋅之粉末。
本發明之除臭劑由於具有除臭效果,故例如作為粉末或顆粒之形態放入匣等之容器中可獲得除臭製品。該除臭製品藉由放置於室內或室外之惡臭發生源之附近等,可減低不愉悅氣味或惡臭成分之濃度。再者,本發明之除臭劑如以下所詳述,與其他材料組合,可利用於製造各種用途之除臭製品,進而可利用於製造賦予除臭皮膜之含除臭劑之塗料組成物、或賦予樹脂成形品或發泡成形品之含除臭劑之樹脂組成物等。
使用本發明之除臭劑之有用的除臭製品之一為除臭纖維。該情況下,可為使除臭劑附著或接著於原料纖維表面之除臭纖維(1)、或使除臭劑以露出於原料纖維表面之方式埋設之除臭纖維(2)。作為原料纖維,可為天然纖維及合成纖維之任一者,且可為短纖維、長纖維及具有芯鞘構造之複合纖維等之任一者。除臭纖維(1)可藉由於原料纖維之表面上以塗佈或浸漬等方法附著含有除臭劑之水系或有機溶劑系懸浮液所成之含除臭劑之液體組成物,並去除溶劑等介質而獲得。且,於該組成物中,亦可調配為了提高除臭劑對於原料纖維表面之附著力之接著劑。含有除臭劑之水系懸浮液之pH並未特別限制,但為了充分發揮除臭劑之性能,較好pH在6~8左右。
且,除臭纖維(2)可藉由於液狀纖維用樹脂之熔融物或溶解之纖維用樹脂溶液中,調配本發明之除臭
劑,並將所得之含除臭劑之樹脂組成物纖維化而獲得。該方法可使用之纖維用樹脂並未特別限制,可使用習知之化學纖維。較佳之樹脂為聚酯、聚醯胺、丙烯酸、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚胺基甲酸酯及聚苯乙烯等。該等樹脂可為均聚物亦可為共聚物。共聚物時,單體之聚合比例並未特別限制。
含除臭劑之樹脂組成物中所含之除臭劑之比例並未特別限制。一般若除臭劑之含量增加,則可長時間持續發揮強力除臭性,但即使含有某程度以上,除臭效果亦未產生太大差異,或者有除臭纖維之強度降低之情況,故對於纖維用樹脂100質量份,較好為0.1~20質量份,更好為0.5~10質量份。
具備本發明之除臭劑之除臭纖維可使用於例如內衣、襪子、圍裙等衣類,看護用衣類、被褥、坐墊、毛毯、地毯、沙發、空氣濾網、被褥套、窗簾、汽車座椅等之將後述之除臭薄片加工之製品等之纖維製品。
本發明之除臭劑之主要其他用途,如上述,為含除臭劑之塗料組成物。製造含除臭劑之塗料組成物時,所使用之成為塗料媒介之主成分之油脂或樹脂並未特別限定,可為天然植物油、天然樹脂、半合成樹脂及合成樹脂之任一種。可使用之油脂及樹脂舉例為例如亞麻仁油、桐油、大豆油等之乾性油或半乾性油,松脂、硝基纖維素、乙基纖維素、乙酸丁酸纖維素、苄基纖維素、酚醛清漆型或甲酚型之酚樹脂、醇酸樹脂、胺基醇酸樹脂、丙
烯酸樹脂、氯乙烯樹脂、聚矽氧樹脂、氟樹脂、環氧樹脂、胺基甲酸酯樹脂、飽和聚酯樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂及聚偏氯乙烯樹脂等。又,含除臭劑之塗料組成物可為熱可塑性及硬化性之任一者。
含除臭劑之塗料組成物中所含之本發明之除臭劑之比例並未特別限定。一般,若除臭劑之含量增加,則可長時間持續發揮強力除臭性,但即使含有某程度以上,除臭效果亦未產生太大差異,或者有塗裝面的光澤消失,而產生龜裂。因此,除臭劑之含有比例,對於組成物100質量%,較好為0.1~20質量%,更好為0.5~10質量%。
本發明之除臭劑可使用於液體塗料、粉體塗料之任一種。且,上述含除臭劑之塗料組成物可為藉由任何機制而皮膜化之類型,於使塗膜硬化時,可設為氧化聚合型、濕氣聚合型、加熱硬化型、觸媒硬化型、紫外線硬化型及多元醇硬化型等。又,組成物中調配之顏料、分散劑之其他添加劑,除了有引起與本發明之除臭劑之化學反應之可能性者以外,並無特別限制。上述含除臭劑之塗料組成物可容易調製,具體而言,只要將原料成分使用例如球混練機、輥混練機、分散機或混合機等一般混合裝置充分分散、混合即可。
含有本發明除臭劑之含除臭劑之塗料組成物可較好地對於例如建物、車輛、火車等之內壁及外壁、垃圾焚化場之設施、廚餘容器等使用。
又,本發明之除臭劑之進而其他用途有除臭薄片(包含除臭薄膜)。加工前之原料薄片並未特別限制,其材質、微細構造等亦可根據用途等設定。原料薄片之較佳材質為樹脂、紙等之有機材料、無機材料或該等之複合物。原料薄片可較好地使用具有自一側到另一側之通氣性者,亦較好使用由該等所成之原料薄片。原料薄片之其他較佳具體例舉例為日本紙、合成紙、不織布、樹脂薄膜等,特佳之原料薄片為由天然紙漿及/或合成紙漿而成之紙。使用天然紙漿時,除臭劑粒子易於夾入於微細分支之纖維間,即使不特別使用黏合劑,亦可作成實用擔持體。另一方面,合成紙漿有耐藥品性優異之優點。使用合成紙漿時,由於難以藉由使粉體夾入於纖維間而擔持除臭劑粒子,故為了抑制此,亦可於抄紙後之乾燥步驟中使纖維之一部分熔融,而增加粉末與纖維間之附著力,並於纖維之一部分混合存在其他熱硬化性樹脂纖維。若以適當比例混合天然紙漿及合成紙漿而使用,則可獲得調整各種特性之紙,但一般合成紙漿之比例較多時,可獲得強度、耐水性、耐藥品性及耐油性等優異之紙,另一方面,天然紙漿之比例較多時,可獲得吸水性、氣體透過性、親水性、成形加工性及質感等優異之紙。
作為上述除臭薄片,除臭劑可於原料薄片之一面側至另一面側遍及全體含有,亦可於一面側或另一面側之表面層配置者,亦可為除了表面層以外配置於內部者。
上述除臭薄片中所含之本發明之除臭劑之擔
持量並未特別限制。一般若除臭劑之擔持量增加,則可長時間持續發揮強力除臭性,但即使含有某程度以上,除臭效果亦未產生太大差異。因此,除臭劑之擔持量,原料薄片每100質量份,較好為0.1~10質量份。
製造上述除臭薄片之方法並未特別限制。本發明之除臭劑之擔持可與原料薄片製造同時或於原料薄片製造後任一時間進行。例如擔持於紙時,可應用於抄紙步驟中之任一步驟中導入除臭劑之方法,或將含有接著劑之含除臭劑之液體組成物塗佈、浸漬或吹附於預先製造之紙上之方法等。使用含除臭劑之液體組成物時,較好以除臭劑之擔持量為0.05~10g/m2左右之方式塗佈。
以下,作為將本發明之除臭劑擔持於紙上而製造除臭薄片之方法之一例,針對於抄紙步驟時導入除臭劑之方法加以說明。抄紙步驟本身只要依據習知方法進行即可,首先,於以特定比例含有除臭劑與紙漿之漿料中,分別以對於全部漿料為5質量%以下添加陽離子性及陰離子性之凝集劑,並生成凝集體。其次,該凝集體藉由習知方法抄紙化,隨後,於溫度100℃~190℃使其乾燥,可獲得於紙上擔持除臭劑之除臭薄片。
具備本發明之除臭劑之除臭薄片可使用作為例如醫療用包裝紙、食品用包裝紙、電氣機器用捆包紙、看護用紙製品、鮮度保持紙、紙製衣料、空氣清淨濾網、壁紙、面紙、衛生紙等。
本發明之除臭劑如上述,可適用於樹脂成形
品或發泡成形品。製造樹脂成形品時,使用作為成形材料之含除臭劑之樹脂組成物。該含除臭劑之樹脂組成物可為由熱可塑性樹脂與除臭劑所成之混合物,亦可為熔融混練物。樹脂成形品可藉由將含除臭劑之樹脂組成物投入成形機中而製造。又,亦可預先調製含有高濃度除臭劑之粒片狀樹脂,將其與主樹脂混合後,藉由成形機予以成型。且,含除臭劑之樹脂組成物中,為了改善物性,亦可根據需要,調配顏料、染料、抗氧化劑、耐光安定劑、抗靜電劑、發泡劑、耐衝擊強化劑、玻璃纖維、防濕劑及增量劑等添加劑。用以製造上述樹脂成形品或發泡成形品之成型方法可應用射出成型、擠出成型、吹塑成型、真空成型、發泡成型等之一般樹脂成型方法。
含有本發明之除臭劑組成物之樹脂成形品或發泡成形品可作為例如空氣清淨器、冰箱等之家電製品、或垃圾箱、瀝水槽等之一般家庭用品、輕便馬桶等之看護用品等使用。
以下,更具體說明本發明,但不限定於此。
1. 除臭劑之製造及評價。
以下之實施例1~3及比較例1~4中,製造除臭劑(d1)~(d7),並以後述方法進行各項目之分析或評價。其結果示於表1。
實施例1
於含有10質量%氧化鋅之水漿料中添加對於氧化鋅為3質量%之膠體氧化鋁並攪拌,於40℃於其中導入二氧化碳氣體6小時。其次在105℃乾燥除去漿料之水分。隨後使乾燥物在300℃加熱,獲得使氧化鋅及氧化鋁複合化之結晶質氧化鋅之粉末。將所得之結晶質氧化鋅粉末稱為除臭劑(d1),其組成、粒度d50及d90、比表面積、半值寬、粉末色彩值及粉末之除臭容量記載於表1。
實施例2
除了將膠體氧化矽之使用量設為對於氧化鋅以質量比計為3.7質量%以外,進行與實施例1同樣之操作,獲得結晶質氧化鋅粉末。而且將所得之結晶質氧化鋅粉末稱為除臭劑(d2),其分析結果及評價結果示於表1。
實施例3
除了將加熱溫度設為250℃以外,進行與實施例2同樣之操作,獲得結晶質氧化鋅粉末。而且將所得之結晶質氧化鋅粉末稱為除臭劑(d3),其分析結果及評價結果示於表1。
比較例1~3
分別使用均為市售之氧化鋅2種(JIS規格)、活性
氧化鋅及超微粒子氧化鋅作為除臭劑(d4)~(d6)。各除臭劑之分析結果及評價結果示於表1。
比較例4
邊攪拌去離子水75ml,邊以1小時內同時滴加使2號矽酸鈉37.5g、硫酸鋅5水合物17.75g各添加於去離子水100ml並溶解之2種溶液。滴加結束後,再持續攪拌1小時,獲得含白色沉澱(反應產物)之pH6.8之漿料。以舖有網眼0.5μm之微過濾器之玻璃過濾器使漿料減壓過濾,流入去離子水洗淨反應產物,最後以抽氣過濾回收反應產物。接著,將反應產物於150℃乾燥24小時,進行粉碎,而獲得鋅氧化矽凝膠粉末。而且將所得之鋅氧化矽凝膠粉末稱為除臭劑(d7),其分析結果及評價結果示於表1。
關於上述除臭劑(d1)~(d7)之分析方法及評價方法如以下。
(1)元素組成
使用RIGAKU公司製之螢光X射線分析裝置「ZSX100e」(型式名),算出Al/Zn之莫耳比。
(2)d50及d90粒徑
使用MALVERN公司製之雷射繞射式粒度分佈測定裝置「MS2000」(型式名),以體積基準解析除臭劑之d50
及d90。又,粒度分佈之含有率為全體粒子中之體積比例,但由於測定粉末之密度一定,故與質量基準相同意義。
(3)比表面積
根據JIS Z8830-2001之「利用氣體吸附之粉體(固體)之比表面積測定方法」,使用堀場製作所公司製之連續流動式表面積計「SA-6200」(型式名)測定。
(4)X射線繞射波峰半值寬
粉末X射線繞射測定係使用RIGAKU公司製之X射線繞射裝置「RINT 2400V」(型式名),以Cu Kα線進行,獲得X射線繞射像。測定條件設為管電壓40kV及電流150mA。圖1中顯示除臭劑(d1)之X射線繞射像,於30~38度之間的3個繞射波峰歸屬於氧化鋅,但該等中,對於31.8度之波峰,求出其半值寬。亦即半值寬為其波峰高度之50%時之波峰寬度。
(5)除臭劑粉末之色彩
將除臭劑粉末放入10ml玻璃瓶中,使用日本電色工業公司製之色差計「SZ-Σ 80」(型式名),測定除臭劑粉末之色彩。其結果以Lab色空間顯示表示。
(6)對甲基硫醇之除臭性能
將乾燥之除臭劑粉末0.01g置入聚乙烯醇系聚合物薄膜製之試驗袋中,於其中注入1升之甲基硫醇(初期濃度600ppm)並密封,以氣體檢測管測定放置30分鐘後之試驗袋中殘存氣體之濃度。
如由表1所了解,可知本發明之除臭劑的實施例1~3之除臭劑(d1)~(d3)對甲基硫醇之除臭性優異。
2. 除臭製品之製造及評價(1)
實施例4
首先,將除臭劑(d1)2質量份與固體成分濃度為2質量%之丙烯酸系黏合劑分散液100質量份混合,獲得含除臭劑之液體組成物。接著,將該含除臭劑之液體組成物於由聚酯纖維所成之布上展黏加工,獲得展黏有1g/m2除臭劑(d1)之除臭加工布。
隨後,裁斷所得除臭加工布,作成10cm×10cm之大小,將該試驗布放入聚乙烯醇系聚合物薄膜製之試驗袋中,於其中注入3公升之乙酸(初期濃度30ppm)或硫化氫(初期濃度4ppm),以氣體檢測管測定放置2小時後之試驗袋中殘存氣體濃度,算出減低率。該等結果示於表2。
實施例5
除了使用除臭劑(d2)替代除臭劑(d1)以外,與實施例4同樣製造除臭加工布,以及進行除臭試驗。其結果示於表2。
比較例5
除了使用除臭劑(d4)替代除臭劑(d1)以外,與實施例4同樣製造除臭加工布,以及進行除臭試驗。其結果示於表2。
比較例6
除了使用除臭劑(d5)替代除臭劑(d1)以外,與實施例4同樣製造除臭加工布,以及進行除臭試驗。其結果示於表2。
3. 除臭製品之製造及評價(2)
實施例6
首先,將除臭劑(d1)10質量份與纖維用聚酯樹脂90質量份熔融混練後,粒片化,獲得由熱可塑性樹脂組成物所成之母批料。其次,使該母批料20質量份與纖維用聚酯樹脂80質量份混合並紡絲,獲得含有2質量%除臭劑(d1)之75d/72f多纖絲。將該多纖絲1g放入聚乙烯醇系聚合物薄膜製之試驗袋中,於其中注入3公升之乙酸(初期濃度30ppm)或甲基硫醇(初期濃度8ppm),以氣體檢測管測定放置2小時後之試驗袋中殘存氣體濃
度,算出減低率後,乙酸之減低率為88%,甲基硫醇之減低率為78%。
如由實施例4~6所了解,使用本發明之除臭劑作成除臭製品時,惡臭氣體之除臭效果均優異。
本發明之除臭劑藉由化學吸附之除臭效果高,尤其對於硫系氣體及酸性氣體之除臭效果優異。本發明之除臭劑呈現白色系故容易利用,且加工性亦優異,使用該除臭劑,可提供各種用途之除臭製品,進而可提供賦予除臭皮膜等之含除臭劑之塗料組成物、或賦予樹脂成形品或發泡成形品之含除臭劑之樹脂組成物等。而且,該等除臭製品,不管在屋內或屋外,對於醫療‧看護‧排泄現場、汙水處理場、垃圾處理場(焚化場)、肥料工場、化學工場、畜產農場、漁港、動物相關設施、食品加工相關設之等中發生之動物臭味、排泄物臭味、腐敗臭味(包含來自寵物或寵物用品之臭味)等,可作為壁紙、(口罩、空氣調節器等)之濾網、地毯、地墊、沙發、窗簾、護罩、衣類、擺設、食品用鮮度保持材等使用。
Claims (4)
- 一種除臭劑,其特徵係由氧化鋅及氧化鋁複合化之結晶質氧化鋅而成,且前述氧化鋅及前述氧化鋁之莫耳比(ZnO/Al2O3)為40~80。
- 如請求項1之除臭劑,其中前述結晶質氧化鋅之平均粒徑為0.2~15μm。
- 如請求項1或2之除臭劑,其中前述結晶質氧化鋅之BET比表面積為100m2/g以上。
- 一種除臭製品,其特徵為具備如請求項1之除臭劑。
