Abstract
本發明之目的在於提供一種質輕且具有充足的強度之長纖維不織布,該長纖維不織布具有極端的落差之不規則凹凸狀所形成的皺褶(或顆粒)。另一目的為提供具有長纖維不織布之層疊布料。長纖維不織布係為具有長纖維所構成,該長纖維不織布具有極端的落差之不規則凹凸狀所形成的皺褶。層疊布料具有上述長纖維不織布(內層)與層疊於該長纖維不織布的一側之一第一布料(第一外層),其中該長纖維不織布(內層)與該第一布料(第一外層)之間形成有一第一空間部。
Description
本發明係關於一種經加工而提高膨鬆度之長纖維不織布以及具有該長纖維不織布之層疊布料。
將由短纖維不織布所構成之不織布予以經由100℃的熱水而熱處理以形成有凹凸狀的顆粒者(參照專利文獻1)。另外,不織布亦有藉由規則狀之凹凸壓花延展加工而形成為有規則狀之凹凸者(參照專利文獻2)。

然而,在上述專利文獻1中,因所採用短纖維作為材料,如要獲得在實用供給上所需的強度,則必須採用對應之單位面積重量的短纖維不織布。另外,不規則的顆粒加工雖然容易,但顆粒形狀經過長期使用而洗滌次數增多時則有無法維持形狀,且顆粒形狀逐漸弱化的傾向。另外,上述專利文獻2中,只記載有為了藉由以凹凸壓花滾輪加工而在其雙面方向交互形成凹凸以形成有具規則性之凹凸的不織布。
有鑑於上述內容,本發明之目的為提供一種質輕且具有充足的強度之長纖維不織布,該長纖維不織布形成有具極端
的落差(膨鬆度)之不規則凹凸狀之皺褶。且,本發明之目的為提供具有一片或是兩片以上之長纖維不織布的層疊布料、以及具有該層疊布料的衣物、寢具、以及具有該層疊布料的窗簾、鋪墊等。
為解決上述問題,本發明之長纖維不織布係為長纖維所構成,該長纖維不織布形成有具極端的落差之不規則凹凸狀的皺褶。藉由將平面狀的長纖維不織布,在實質持續維持該不織布的厚度下,經加工使其在厚度方向的提高立體膨鬆度,而能夠得到具有極端的落差之不規則凹凸狀所形成的皺褶之長纖維不織布。
根據此構成,可提供形成有具極端的落差(膨鬆度)之不規則凹凸狀皺褶之長纖維不織布。此不織布在厚度方向形成有成為膨鬆的不規則皺褶或是重疊的部分(皺巴巴感)。由於此長纖維不織布的原料中使用有長纖維,因此即便使用單位面積重量為小(輕)之不織布,在形成皺褶之後依然具有足夠的強度與輕量性。因此,相較於長纖維所構成的不織布,短纖維所構成的不織布由於其厚度以及單位面積重量較大,故缺乏輕量性。另外,長纖維所構成的不織布即便洗滌次數增加,其皺褶形狀仍會長時間維持。此外,如將此長纖維不織布用於衣物以及寢具等內層布料上,將成為具備有空氣層之單層或多層結構,相較於習知的棉狀纖維以及羽毛、羽絨所構成的中棉類型,將在輕量性、乾燥性上更為優秀,且即使濕了亦可維持適當的保溫性。而且,在無整齊折疊的必要而能夠不花功夫地装入儲存袋或收納盒的同時,收納時的緊實性亦為優秀。
於上述發明的一種實施方式中,其中該形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量,係為皺褶形成前之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量的3倍~60倍。基於膨鬆性的緣由,5倍~60倍為較佳。
於上述發明的一種實施方式中,其中形成有該皺褶之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量係為15g/m2~300g/m2,另外,形成皺褶前之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量係為5g/m2~60g/m2,未滿5g/m2~20g/m2係較佳,6g/m2~10g/m2係為更佳。單位面積重量越小則加工後的形狀維持性較弱,另一方面,因單位面積重量越大則會有損膨鬆性,故上述範圍的單位面積重量為較佳。
於上述發明的一種實施方式中,其中形成有該皺褶之長纖維不織布的膨鬆度,係為皺褶形成前之長纖維不織布的厚度的5倍以上,10倍以上為佳,50倍以上為較佳,100倍以上為更佳(參照圖2),該膨鬆度係為放置於平面上時由平面到最上端的高度。
於上述發明的一種實施方式中,其中形成有該皺褶之長纖維不織布的厚度係為0.01mm~1.0mm。基於膨鬆性的緣由0.02mm~0.5mm為佳,0.02mm~0.3mm為較佳,0.02mm~0.2mm為更佳。
於上述本發明的實施方式中,該皺褶的形成係藉由將尚未形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布裝入袋體而予以溼熱,而在該長纖維不織布形成該皺褶。因折疊整齊装入袋體中不易形成不規則的皺褶,故為了形成不規則的皺褶,將未形成皺褶的長纖維不織布快速地(雜亂地)緊緊地裝入袋體中為較佳。
於上述本發明的實施方式中,其中該尚未形成有該皺褶之長纖維不織布的製造方法,係透過溼式法(例如:水刺法)、乾式法(例如:無規織機方式)、紡黏法(例如:化學結合方式、熱粘接方法、針合法)、熔噴法或是交錯層疊結合而製成。就皺褶形狀的形成以及維持來看,製造方法以紡黏法、熔噴法或交錯層疊結合為佳。如圖4、圖5所示,以交錯層疊結合所製造之交錯層疊不織布,係為經對齊之縱絲41與經對齊之橫絲42重疊而成層疊結構。如圖5之剖面圖所示,係為一無重疊並可減少厚度且表
面平滑。因此,相較於紡黏法所製造的不織布,該交錯層疊不織布更具有可輕薄化、尺寸安定性、高拉伸強度。舉例來說,單位面積重量係為5g/m2~60g/m2,厚度係為50μmm~130μm。縱向拉伸強度係為25~300[N/50mm],橫向拉伸強度係為10~90[N/50mm]。另外,作為交錯層疊結合的製造方法,可列舉出日本特開2003-21356號所公開的製造方法為例。
於上述本發明的實施方式中,其中該長纖維的粗度(直徑)以1μm~10μm為佳,5μm~50μm為較佳。
於上述本發明的實施方式中,其中該長纖維係為具有聚酯纖維、尼龍、聚丙烯、維尼綸、芳綸纖維、丙烯酸樹脂、縲縈、聚乙烯、聚氨酯以及絲綢的其中一種或是兩種以上之長纖維。基於形成以及維持皺褶的緣故以聚酯纖維為佳。
另外,其他本發明之層疊布料,係具有上述之長纖維不織布(內層)、以以及層疊於該長纖維不織布的一側的一第一布料(第一外層),該長纖維不織布(內層)與該第一布料(第一外層)之間形成有第一空間部。此層疊布料係為兩層結構。藉由此第一空間部可提昇隔熱性以及保溫性。
於上述本發明的實施方式中,更包括層疊於該長纖維不織布(內層)的另一側之一第二布料(第二外層),且在該長纖維不織布(內層)與該第二布料(第二外層)之間更形成有一第二空間部。此層疊布料係為三層結構,藉由此該第二空間部可提昇隔熱性以及保溫性。
於上述本發明的實施方式中,該長纖維不織布(內層)係為二個以上而層疊,且在該些長纖維不織布之間形成有一第三空間部。因內層係由二個長纖維不織布所構成的緣故,故可於該些內層之間形成空間部,使保溫效果更為顯著。
另外,其他本發明之衣物或寢具,係具有上述層疊布料而構成。衣物並無特別限制,例如:背心類、短袖類、長袖
類、短褲類、長褲類、連身衣類、帽子、手套、襪子、頭套、披肩、纏腰、圍巾等。另外,該寢具並無特別限制,作為示例可列舉如下:睡袋、棉被、床墊、枕頭、靠墊、毯子等。另外,其他發明之窗簾或鋪墊,係具有上述層疊布料為所構成。鋪墊並無特別限制,例如:毛毯、地毯等。
上述發明中,上述長纖維或上述加工前之長纖維不織布亦可適當地施予各種加工處理(例如:防水透氣加工、撥水加工、反彈加工、抗菌防臭加工、吸水加工、抗燃加工等)。
上述本發明中,第一布料與第二布料(具有該皺褶之長纖維不織布作為內層時,其外層為第一布料與第二布料所構成)為絲材料,縫製方法並無特別限制,另外,亦可適當地施予各種加工處理(例如:防水透氣加工、撥水加工、反彈加工、抗菌防臭加工、吸水加工、抗燃加工等)。第一布料與第二布料(第一外層、第二外層)可為相同布料,亦可為相異布料。該第一布料與該第二布料,舉例來說:亦可為針織組織、紡織組織、不織布組織、薄膜組織。該第一布料與該第二布料可為單層結構亦可為多層結構,從輕量性的觀點判斷以單層為較佳。舉例來說:該第一布料與該第二布料可為聚酯纖維、尼龍等合成纖維,亦可為自然纖維。該第一布料與該第二布料可為單一種類的纖維所構成,亦可為多種類的纖維組合所構成。另外,亦可於該第一布料與該第二布料的絲原料(纖維)本體中施予上述各種加工處理。
另外,內層(由皺褶所形成的長纖維不織布)的布料雖配置於第一外層與第二外層(第一布料與第二布料)之間,但並沒有必定配置於第一布料與第二布料之間的必要,可根據衣物(衣物形狀、衣物零件造型、零件必要性、目的)、寢具(寢具形狀、寢具零件造型、零件的必要性、目的)而省略內層,只有第一外層與第二外層,或在某些情況下,第一外層與第二外層之間存在別種的布料(或構件)。舉例來說,亦可設置適用性或是固
緊用的橡膠材料,或開閉自如的扣件。舉例來說扣件可列舉出:一般的鈕扣、點扣件(例如:四合扣)、線扣件(例如:拉鍊,夾盤)、或面扣件(例如:MagicTM Tape)等,以上配件亦可單獨的或組合兩種以上而使用。另外,衣物亦可設置有口袋。
另外,上述發明中,上述形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布以二層以上層疊而成的狀態作為內層使用的情況中,亦可將膨鬆度較小之物與膨鬆度較大之物相組合,使該些不同膨鬆度之長纖維不織布予以層疊而形成空間部。
另外,上述發明中,根據衣物零件造型,亦可使用不同立體形狀面(或是形成有不同膨鬆度的皺褶)之長纖維不織布。皺褶的形狀例如:波浪形狀、凹凸形狀、顆粒狀等。
另外,於上述本發明的一實施方式中,該些經層疊之布料(上述形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布、第一布料、第二布料)其末端部以外部分亦可不予縫織,亦可部分性地縫織。另外,亦可將平面狀之布料的全部或是部分夾置在該些布料之間,亦可將此平面狀之布料的一部分縫織於該布料中。
上述本發明中,在衣物的端部,該內層(形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布)的布料之端部縫合於該第一外層及/或該第二外層為佳。同時形成大範圍的空間部並確保其保溫性,可提昇折疊時的密實性。因幾乎無須絎縫或部分縫織(內層布料與外層布料的縫製)之緣故,所以可減輕穿著衣物時的粗糙感,使穿衣感觸舒適。另外,亦可得到降低衣物、寢具等製品的縫製加工時數之效果。衣物末端,最佳而言,例如:領口周圍、肩部(上臂)周圍、腰間周圍、扣件部分等。

〈長纖維不織布的實施例〉
圖1顯示本實施例的長纖維不織布1。長纖維不織布1形成有具極端的落差之不規則凹凸狀之皺褶。圖2係表示圖1的長纖維不織布的A-A剖面圖。圖2中由皺褶所形成之長纖維不織布1的膨鬆度,係為皺褶形成前之長纖維不織布厚度(t)的200倍,該膨鬆度係為放置於平面上時由平面到最上端的高度。皺褶形成前的長纖維不織布1的厚度(t)係為0.05mm,膨鬆度(h)係為10mm(200倍)。厚度(t)亦可取多個位置的平均值。
另外,其中形成有該皺褶之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量係為該皺褶形成前之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量的3.75倍。形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量係為30g/m2,該皺褶形成前之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量係為8g/m2。
不規則皺褶的形成方式係如以下所述。該皺褶的形成係藉由將尚未形成有該皺褶之長纖維不織布裝入袋體而予以溼熱(60℃以上的熱水以及水蒸氣等),而在該長纖維不織布中形成該皺褶。為了形成不規則的皺褶,將未形成皺褶的長纖維不織布快速地(雜亂地)緊緊地装入袋體中為較佳。施予溼熱的時間舉例來說以10分鐘以上為佳。予以溼熱後,自袋體將長纖維不織布取出,藉由40℃的熱風予以乾燥。
皺褶形成前的長纖維不織布係以交錯層疊結合法製作而成。作為材料的長纖維(絲狀纖維)其粗度係為10μm之聚酯
纖維樹脂。長纖維(絲狀纖維)是指那些平均長度在100mm以上之物,與短纖維長絲有所不同。
〈長纖維不織布的另一實施例〉
上述實施例中,尚未形成該皺摺之長纖維不織布並未限定以交錯層疊結合法所製成,亦可參照其他上述所例示之製造方法。另外,作為材料之長纖維也無限定於粗度為10μm之聚酯纖維,也可採用上述例示中粗度為0.1μm~100μm之物,亦可採用上述例示中聚酯纖維以外的材料。
另外,尚未形成皺摺之長纖維不織布1的厚度(t)以及膨鬆度(h)並未受上述所限制,厚度(t)亦可在0.05mm~2.0mm範圍內,膨鬆度(h)以在厚度(t)的5倍以上,10倍以上為佳,50倍以上為更佳。另外,形成有該皺褶之長纖維不織布1的單位面積重量,亦可為該皺褶形成前之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量的3倍~60倍。
皺褶的形成方法並不限於將尚未形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布裝入袋體予以溼熱(60℃以上的熱水以及水蒸氣等),亦可隨溼熱同時施以大氣壓以上的壓力。施以溼熱的時間並不限定為10分鐘,例如可為10分鐘~24小時。予以溼熱後,並不限於自袋體將長纖維不織布取出而於40℃的熱風予以乾燥,亦可在30°~150°溫度範圍、或18°~28°溫度範圍的室溫下使其自然乾燥。或者,透過加熱至90以上的滾輪,以較滾輪轉速更快的速度,將長纖維不織布送入滾輪上使其接觸進而形成皺褶的方法等其他方法亦可使用。
〈具有已形成皺褶之長纖維不織布的層疊布料〉
圖3係表示本實施例的層疊布料10。層疊布料10係由已形成該皺摺之長纖維不織布所構成的第一內層102與第二內層103層疊而成,在彼等之間形成有一第三空間部(空氣層)112。接下來第一外層101層疊於第一內層102的上方側(參照圖3),第一空間部
(空氣層)111形成於第一內層102與第一外層101的中間。第二外層104層疊於第二內層103的下方側(參照圖3),第二空間部(空氣層)113形成於第二內層103與第二外層104的中間。
〈層疊布料的另一實施例〉
上述層疊布料10雖具有二層的內層,但其內層也可為一層,亦可為三層以上。另外,層疊布料亦可經由一層以上的內層與一第一外層所構成,亦可經由一層以上的內層與一第二外層而構成。如果有多個內層的情形下,亦可用不同材料之長纖維所構成的長纖維不織布予以構成。
〈具有形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布的層疊布料所構成之衣物、寢具、窗簾、鋪墊等〉
本實施例之衣物或是寢具,係具有上述層疊布料10所構成。該衣物並無特別限制,例如:背心類、短袖類、長袖類、短褲類、長褲類、連身衣類、帽子、手套、襪子、頭套、披肩、纏腰、圍巾等。該寢具並無特別限制,例如:睡袋、棉被、床墊等。
另外,家居所使用的窗簾、毛毯、地毯、壁紙等的布料材質,亦可由上述單層或是多層之長纖維不織布而構成。另外,亦可由上述具有長纖維不織布的層疊布料所構成。另外,本發明之長纖維不織布以及具有其長纖維不織布之層疊布料並無限定於上述用途,亦可應用於其他的用途。

Claims (16)
- 一種長纖維不織布,係具有長纖維而構成,該長纖維不織布係形成有具有極端落差之不規則凹凸狀的皺褶。
- 如請求項1所述之長纖維不織布,其中該形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量,係為皺褶形成前之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量的3倍~60倍。
- 如請求項1或2所述之長纖維不織布,其中該形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量係為15g/m2~300g/m2,皺褶形成前之長纖維不織布的單位面積重量係為5g/m2~60g/m2。
- 如請求項1或2所述之長纖維不織布,其中該形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布的膨鬆度,係為皺褶形成前之長纖維不織布的厚度的5倍以上,較佳為10倍以上,該膨鬆度係為放置於平面上時由平面到最上端的高度。
- 如請求項1或2所述之長纖維不織布,其中該形成有皺褶之長纖維不織布的厚度係為0.01mm~1.0mm。
- 如請求項1或2所述之長纖維不織布,其中藉由將尚未形成有皺褶之該長纖維不織布裝入袋體而予以溼熱,而在該長纖維不織布形成該皺褶。
- 如請求項1或2所述之長纖維不織布,其中該尚未形成有皺褶之該長纖維不織布,係透過溼式法、乾式法、紡黏法、熔噴法或是交錯層疊結合而製成。
- 如請求項1或2所述之長纖維不織布,其中該長纖維的粗度係為1μm~10μm。
- 如請求項1或2所述之長纖維不織布,其中該長纖維係為具有聚酯纖維、尼龍、聚丙烯、維尼綸、芳綸纖維、丙烯酸樹脂、縲縈、聚乙烯、聚氨酯以及絲綢的其中一種或是兩種以上的長纖維。
- 一種層疊布料,係具有如請求項1所述之該長纖維不織布以以及層疊於該長纖維不織布的一側的一第一布料,其中該長纖維 不織布與該第一布料之間形成有一第一空間部。
- 如請求項10所述之層疊布料,更包括一第二布料,層疊於該長纖維不織布的另一側,且在該長纖維不織布與該第二布料之間形成有一第二空間部。
- 如請求項10所述之層疊布料,其中該長纖維不織布係為二個以上而層疊,且在該些長纖維不織布之間形成有一第三空間部。
- 一種衣物,係具有如請求項10至12中任一項所述之層疊布料為成分所構成。
- 一種寢具,係具有如請求項10至12中任一項所述之層疊布料為成分所構成。
- 一種窗簾,係具有如請求項10至12中任一項所述之層疊布料為成分所構成。
- 一種鋪墊,係具有如請求項10至12中任一項所述之層疊布料。
