前記内側布層が、前記外側布層の通気性よりも相対的に小さい通気性を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の断熱複合布。 - 前記断熱複合布が、該断熱複合布にわたって、4℃において水1.27cmの差圧下でASTM D−737に従って試験される、125PAにおいて5.1L/m 2 /秒〜125PAにおいて1,524L/m 2 /秒の通気性を有し、前記断熱複合布が0.2clo/33.9g/m 2 〜3.0clo/33.9g/m 2 の断熱性をもたらす、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の断熱複合布。
- 前記外側布層の内表面に積層され、かつ前記外側布層と前記断熱性フィラー布層との間に設けられる防水メンブレンを更に備え、
前記防水メンブレンが透湿メンブレンである、又は、
前記防水メンブレンが、多孔質疎水性メンブレン、非多孔質親水性メンブレン及び電界紡糸メンブレンから選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の断熱複合布。 - 前記断熱性フィラー布層が、テリーシンカーループの領域内に点在するテリーシンカーループのない複数の不連続領域を含むテリーシンカーループ面を有する、請求項1に記載の断熱複合布。
- 前記断熱性フィラー布層が、第1のパイル高さよりも相対的に大きい対照的なパイル高さを有する複数の他の不連続領域内に点在する、第1のパイル高さを有する複数の第1の不連続領域を含むパイル面を有する、請求項1に記載の断熱複合布。
- 前記断熱性フィラー布層が、ステッチ糸又は裏糸に垂直に位置付けられる表糸を含むように構成される、請求項1に記載の断熱複合布。
- 前記第1の不連続領域を形成する糸は、前記他の不連続領域を形成する糸よりも相対的に細く、及び/又は、前記第1の不連続領域を形成する糸は、1.0未満の単繊維デニール(dpf)を有する、請求項11に記載の断熱複合布。
- 断熱複合布を形成することを含む方法であって、
内側布層と外側布層とで断熱性フィラー布層を囲むことであって、
前記断熱性フィラー布層が、起毛面を有するテキスタイルファブリックであり
前記断熱性フィラー布層の両面の一方の面には、第1のパイル面を備え、その他方の面には、第2のパイル面を備え、
前記第1のパイル面と前記第2のパイル面は、それぞれパイルの領域の間に点綴するパイルのない複数の領域を含み、
少なくとも前記第1のパイル面と前記第2のパイル面のいずれか一方の前記パイルのない領域に、前記第1のパイル面よりも低いフリース/ベロア又は前記第2のパイル面よりも低いフリース/ベロアを含む、断熱複合布を形成する方法。 - 前記断熱性フィラー布層を囲むことが、前記断熱性フィラー布層を、前記内側布層及び前記外側布層の一方又は両方に縫い合わせることを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記断熱性フィラー布層を囲むことが、前記断熱性フィラー布層を、前記内側布層及び前記外側布層の一方又は両方に積層させることを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
