Tavana monte iklimlendirme cihazı olarak işlevini yerine getiren bir iç üniteye (4) kurulu iç ısı eşanjöründe (42), çoklu ısı aktarım boruları (71, 72, 73) dikey yönde çoklu kademelerde ve bir iç fandan (41) üflenen havanın akış yönünde üç sırada düzenlenmiş; soğutma sırasında soğutkan girişi tarafındaki çoklu sıvı soğutkan boruları (91) birinci sırada ısı aktarım borularına (71) bağlanmış, bir soğutkan çıkış tarafındaki çoklu gaz soğutkan borularının (92, 93) bazılarını oluşturan ikinci sıra tarafı gaz soğutkan boruları (92) ikinci sıradaki ısı aktarım borularına (72) bağlanmış ve çoklu gaz soğutkan borularının (92, 93) kalanı halindeki üçüncü soğutkan tarafı gaz soğutkan boruları (93) üçüncü sırada ısı aktarım borularına (73) bağlanmış haldedir.
