Abstract

СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ РАСТВОРА иисПЛАТИНА введением цисплатина в водный раствор, содержащий фармацевтически нетоксичный источник хлоридиона , отличающийс  тем, что, с целью обеспечени  возможности получени  стабильного раствора, содержащего 2,5-25 мг/мл цисплатина, в водный раствор предварительно добавл ют полиэтиленгликоль, имеющий молекул рный вес 150-9000 или метоксиполиэтиленгликоль, имекщий J г/юлекул ршлй вес 300-6000 , в количестве 30-95% от объема раствора.

  1. * СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ РАСТВОРА ЦИСПЛАТИНА введением цисплатина в водный раствор, содержащий фармацевтически нетоксичный источник хлоридиона, отличающийся тем, что, с целью обеспечения возможности получения стабильного раствора, содержащего 2,5-25 мг/мл цисплатина, в водный раствор предварительно добавляют по'лиэтиленгликоль, имеющий молекулярный вес 150-9000 или метоксиполиэтиленгликоль, имеющий и молекулярный вес 300-6000 , в количе.ст-. ве 30-95% от объема раствора.
