Abstract
Способ получени производных 1,1-Оифенил-2-илалкиламина общей формулы RI 1Н2- 5Нг-йн-сн2- С он 2 где RI - водород или С -С алкил; R2-C,-C4- алкил, или их солей, отличающийс тем, что 1,2,-эпокск-4-{1,1-бифенил2-ил )-бутан ввод т во взаимодействие с амином общей формула ,RI НИ; СО где RJ и R2 имеют указанные значени , при нагревании в органическом растворителе , таком как этанол, и выде- S л ют целевой продукт в свободном виде или в виде соли.
Description
лаблени сердечной аритмии, введение испытываемого соединени в общем случае продолжали до тех пор, пока собаке не будет введено удвоенное количество этого соединени .по сравнению с тем количеством, кото .рое вызвало первые признаки ослаблени сердечной аритмий. После того, как введение искомого количества испытываемого соединени закончено,
сердечную де тельность собаки исследоэали при помощи электрокардиограммы в течение такого времени, чтобы убедитьс , что нормальна сердечна де тельность собаки восстановилась окончательно, или в течение 2ч, после чего испытание завер7 шают.

- Способ получения производных1,1’ -бифенил-2-илалкиламина общей формулыRi <н2-снг-йн-(!н2-ХОН где R; - водород ИЛИ С4-С4алкил;Rj~Ct-C4- алкил, или их солей, о т л и ч а ю щ и й с я тем, что 1,2,-эпокси-4-(1,1-бифенил-
- 2-ил)-бутан вводят во взаимодействие с амином общей формула„.SU» 1022655 где R; и Rj имеют указанные значения, при нагревании в органическом растворителе, таком как этанол, и выделяют целевой продукт в свободном ‘виде или в виде соли.
