Claims (11)
1 X kjer pomenijo R(l) vodik, metil ali trifluormetil; R(2) alkoksi s 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ali 10 atomi ogljika, pri čemer je 1 do 6 atomov ogljika zamenjanih s heteroatomi O, S ali NH; E kisik ali žveplo; Y -[CR(3)2]1_4; R(3) vodik ali alkil z 1 ali 2 atomoma ogljika; X vodik, halogen ali alkil z 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ali 6 atomi ogljika; Z halogen, alkoksi z 1,2, 3 ali 4 atomi ogljika ali alkil z 1, 2, 3 ali 4 atomi ogljika, kot tudi njihove farmacevtsko prenesljive soli.
- 1 - PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Substituirane benzensulfonilsečnine in -tiosečnine s formulo I E N' H R(2) 0 x
2. Spojina s formulo I po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da v njej pomenijo: R(l) vodik, metil ali trifluormetil; R(2) alkoksi s 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ali 10 atomov ogljika, kjer je 1 do 6 atomov ogljika zamenjanih s heteroatomi O, NH ali S; E kisik ali žveplo; Y raven substituiran ali nesubstituiran ogljikovodični ostanek s formulo
R(3) vodik ali alkil z 1 ali 2 atomoma ogljika; X vodik, klor, fluor ali alkil z 1,2, 3 ali 4 atomi ogljika; Z fluor, klor, alkil z 1, 2, 3 ali 4 atomi ogljika ali alkoksi z 1, 2, 3 ali 4 atomi ogljika,
3. Spojina s formulo I po vsaj enem od zahtevkov 1 ali 2, označena s tem, da v - 2 - njej pomenijo: R(l) vodik ali metil; R(2) alkoksi s 4,5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ali 10 atomi ogljika, pri čemer je 1 do 6 atomov ogljika zamenjanih s heteroatomi O, S ali NH; E kisik ali žveplo; γ -[CR(3)2]m; R(3) vodik ali alkil z 1 ali 2 atomoma ogljika; X vodik, fluor klor ali alkil z 1,2,3 ali 4 atomi ogljika; Z klor, fluor, alkil z 1, 2, 3 ali 4 atomi ogljika ali alkoksi z 1, 2, 3 ali 4 atomi ogljika,

Spojina s formulo I po vsaj enem od zahtevkov 1 do 3, označena s tem, da v njej pomenijo: R(l) vodik ali metil; R(2) metoksietoksi ali metoksietoksietoksi; E kisik ali žveplo; Y -[CR(3)2]23; R(3) vodik ali metil; X vodik, fluor, klor ali alkil z 1,2 ali 3 atomi ogljika; Z fluor, klor, alkil z 1,2 ali 3 atomi ogljika ali alkoksi z 1,2 ali 3 atomi ogljika;
5. Postopek za pripravo spojine I po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da (a) aromatski sulfonamid s formulo II 0
z ah njegovo sol s formulo III X II - 3 -
presnovimo z R(l) substituiranim izocianatom s formulo IV R(1)-N=C=0 IV v substituirano benzensulfonilsečnino I a, pri čemer imajo R(l), R(2), X, YinZ v zahtevku 1 navedene pomene in pri čemer je M alkalijski, zemeljskoalkalijski, amonijev ali tetraalkilamonijev ion; ali da (b) pripravimo nesubstituirano benzensulfonilsečnino I a [R(l) = Η] s presnovo aromatskega benzensulfonamida s formulo II ali njegove soli III s trialkil-sililizocianatom ali silicijevim tetraizocianatom in hidrolizo primarnih, s silicijem sub-stituiranih benzensulfonilsečnin; ali da (c) pripravimo benzensulfonilsečnino I a iz aromatskega benzensulfonamida II ali njegove soli III z R(l)-substituiranim trikloracetamidom s formulo V Cl3C-C(CO)-NHR(l) V v prisotnosti baze; ali da (d) benzensulfoniltiosečnino I b
X - 4 - pripravimo iz benzensulfonamida II kot tudi njegove soli III in z R(l)-substituiranim tioizocianatom VI R(1)-N=C=S VI ali da e) pripravimo substituirano benzensulfonilsečnino s formulo las pretvorbeno reakcijo iz benzensulfoniltiosečnine s strukturo I b; ali da (f) benzensulfonilsečnino I a pripravimo iz benzensulfonilhalogenida s formulo VII
z R(l)-substituirano sečnino ali R(l)-substituirano bis(trialkilsilil)sečnino; ali da (g) benzensulfonilsečnino I a pripravimo s presnovo amina s formulo R(1)-NH2 z benzensulfonilizocianatom s formulo VIII 0
Y N 0 Z R (2) x VIII - 5 - ali da (h) benzensulfoniltiosečmno I b pripravimo s presnovo amina s formulo z benzensulfonilizotiocianatom s formulo IX
ali da (i) substituirano benzensulfenil- ali -sulfinilsečnino oksidiramo v benzensulfonilsečnino I a in v danem primeru prevedemo v farmacevtsko prenesljivo sol.
6. Uporaba spojine I po zahtevku 1 za pripravo zdravila za zdravljenje motenj srčnega ritma.
7. Uporaba spojine I po zahtevku 1 za pripravo zdravila za preprečevanje nenadne smrti srca.
8. Uporaba spojine I po zahtevku 1 za pripravo zdravila za zdravljenje ishemičnih stanj srca.
9. Uporaba spojine I za pripravo zdravila za zdravljenje oslabljene moči srca.
10. Uporaba spojine I za pripravo zdravila za izboljšanje funkcije srca po transplataciji srca.
11. Zdravilo, označeno s tem, da vsebuje učinkovito količino spojine s formulo I po zahtevku 1.
