Claims (1)
1. Молекула ДНК, кодирующая белок, обладающий биологической активностью N-ацетил-фосфинотрициндеацетилазы, выбранная из группы, состоящей из:
а) молекул ДНК, которые могут быть выделены из вида Stenotrophomonas, депонированного под DSM No. DSM 9734 или их фрагментов или производных, и
b) молекул ДНК, которые могут быть выделены из Comamonas acidovorans, депонированного под DSM No. DSM 11070 или их фрагментов или производных.
а) молекул ДНК, которые могут быть выделены из вида Stenotrophomonas, депонированного под DSM No. DSM 9734 или их фрагментов или производных, и
b) молекул ДНК, которые могут быть выделены из Comamonas acidovorans, депонированного под DSM No. DSM 11070 или их фрагментов или производных.
2. Выделенная молекула ДНК по п.1, кодирующая белок, обладающий биологической активностью N-ацетил-фосфинотрициндеацетилазы и имеющий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO : 4.
3. Выделенная молекула ДНК по п.2, включающая нуклеотидную последовательность, обозначенную как SEQ ID NO : 3, или последовательность, являющуюся производной от данной последовательности с учетом вырожденности генетического кода.
4. Выделенная молекула ДНК по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что молекула ДНК выделена из Comamonas, депонированного под DSM No. DSM 11070
5. Выделенная молекула ДНК по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что молекула ДНК выделена из Stenotrophomonas, депонированного под DSM No. DSM 9734.
5. Выделенная молекула ДНК по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что молекула ДНК выделена из Stenotrophomonas, депонированного под DSM No. DSM 9734.
6. Способ получения растений с индуцируемо разрушаемыми частями, включающий
а) трансформацию клеток растений геном деацетилазы, содержащим последовательность ДНК по п.1, кодирующую белок, обладающий биологической активностью деацетилазы под контролем промотора, направляющего экспрессию в отдельных частях растения, и
b) регенерацию указанного растения из указанных клеток растения, причем указанные растения имеют части, которые могут быть индуцируемо разрушены путем обработки N-ацетил-РРТ.
а) трансформацию клеток растений геном деацетилазы, содержащим последовательность ДНК по п.1, кодирующую белок, обладающий биологической активностью деацетилазы под контролем промотора, направляющего экспрессию в отдельных частях растения, и
b) регенерацию указанного растения из указанных клеток растения, причем указанные растения имеют части, которые могут быть индуцируемо разрушены путем обработки N-ацетил-РРТ.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, индуцируемые мужские стерильные или женские стерильные растения получают путем специфической экспрессии указанного гена деацетилазы.
8. Молекула ДНК по п.1, встроенная в клетку растения.
9. Молекула ДНК по п.1, встроенная в растение. Нуклеотидные полследовательности приведены в графической части.
