Abstract
Соединение, имеющее общую формулугде один из Х или Y представляет собой СН, а другой представляет собой СН, О или S; Rпредставляет собой алифатическую углеводородную группу, арилалкил, ацил, сульфонил-группу, карбонатную группу или RRNСО, где Rи Rвыбирают из водорода и углеводородной группы; Rпредставляет собой водород или углеводородную группу; R- Rнезависимо друг от друга выбирают из водорода, галогена, алкил, алкокси, алкилтио, гидрокси, алкилсульфонил, циано, трифторметил, циклоалкил или нитро: Rи Rоба представляют собой водород или низший алкил или они связаны между собой, образуя карбоциклический цикл: Rи Rнезависимо друг от друга представляют собой водород, углеводородную группу или группу 1а, где Rпредставляет собой водород или углеводородную группу, W представляет собой О или S, а r равно 2 - 6; Rи Rсвязаны, образуя алкенильную группу; оказывает воздействие на центральные рецепторы 5-НТи полезно для лечения психоза, тревожных состояний, депрессий, контролируемых нарушений, злоупотребления алкоголем, агрессии, ишемических болезней, побочных эффектов, вызванных общепринятыми антипсихотическими средствами или кардиоваскулярными нарушениями.
Claims (1)
- Соединение, имеющее общую формулу
где один из Х или Y представляет собой СН2, а другой представляет собой СН2, О или S; R1 представляет собой алифатическую углеводородную группу, арилалкил, ацил, сульфонил-группу, карбонатную группу или R11R12NСО, где R11 и R12 выбирают из водорода и углеводородной группы; R2 представляет собой водород или углеводородную группу; R3 - R5 независимо друг от друга выбирают из водорода, галогена, алкил, алкокси, алкилтио, гидрокси, алкилсульфонил, циано, трифторметил, циклоалкил или нитро: R6 и R7 оба представляют собой водород или низший алкил или они связаны между собой, образуя карбоциклический цикл: R8 и R9 независимо друг от друга представляют собой водород, углеводородную группу или группу 1а, где R13 представляет собой водород или углеводородную группу, W представляет собой О или S, а r равно 2 - 6; R8 и R9 связаны, образуя алкенильную группу; оказывает воздействие на центральные рецепторы 5-НТ1А и полезно для лечения психоза, тревожных состояний, депрессий, контролируемых нарушений, злоупотребления алкоголем, агрессии, ишемических болезней, побочных эффектов, вызванных общепринятыми антипсихотическими средствами или кардиоваскулярными нарушениями.
