Abstract
Воздушная сушилка использует струи имеющего высокую скорость воздуха, которые отделяют и рассеивают влажный слой воздуха, который придает к поверхности свеженапечатанного листа. Имеющий высокую скорость воздух нагревается до высокой температуры, когда он течет вдоль резистивного нагревательного элемента в трубе турбулизатора подачи воздуха. Нагретый имеющий высокую скорость воздух нагнетается в камеру давления в воздухораспределительном коллекторе. Имеющие высокую скорость струи горячего воздуха выпускаются через множество отверстий для воздушного потока на имеющем влажную типографскую краску стороне печатаемого листа, когда он движется через зону воздействия сушилки. Экстрактор удаляет влажный слой воздуха, имеющий высокую скорость, горячий воздух и испарения от печатаемого листа и выпускает его из печатной машины.
Claims (1)
- Воздушная сушилка использует струи имеющего высокую скорость воздуха, которые отделяют и рассеивают влажный слой воздуха, который придает к поверхности свеженапечатанного листа. Имеющий высокую скорость воздух нагревается до высокой температуры, когда он течет вдоль резистивного нагревательного элемента в трубе турбулизатора подачи воздуха. Нагретый имеющий высокую скорость воздух нагнетается в камеру давления в воздухораспределительном коллекторе. Имеющие высокую скорость струи горячего воздуха выпускаются через множество отверстий для воздушного потока на имеющем влажную типографскую краску стороне печатаемого листа, когда он движется через зону воздействия сушилки. Экстрактор удаляет влажный слой воздуха, имеющий высокую скорость, горячий воздух и испарения от печатаемого листа и выпускает его из печатной машины.
