Адсорбционное устройство (1) для сжатого газа, которое содержит ёмкость (2А, 2В, 25) с впуском (3А, 3В) для подачи подлежащего обработке сжатого газа и выпуском (4А, 4В) для обработанного газа, при этом в вышеупомянутой ёмкости (2А, 2В, 25) закреплен адсорбирующий элемент (19А, 19В, 19), причем указанный адсорбирующий элемент (19А, 19В, 19) простирается вдоль направления движения потока подлежащего обработке сжатого газа между вышеупомянутым впуском (3А, 3В) и вышеупомянутым выпуском (4А, 4В), отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый адсорбирующий элемент (19А, 19В, 19) содержит монолитную поддерживающую конструкцию, которая по меньшей мере частично снабжена покрытием, содержащим адсорбент, причем в вышеупомянутой ёмкости (2А, 2В, 25) последовательно расположено несколько адсорбирующих элементов (19А) вдоль направления движения потока газа, причем указанные адсорбирующие элементы (19А) установлены в стопку друг на друга и между каждыми двумя адсорбирующими элементами (19А), установленными друг на друга, обеспечен первый уплотнительный элемент (22), причем вокруг свободной периферийной кромки адсорбирующего элемента (19А, 19В, 19) обеспечен второй уплотнительный элемент (34) и вышеупомянутый второй уплотнительный элемент (34) выполнен в виде V-образного уплотнительного элемента, который размещен с прижатием вокруг упомянутой периферийной кромки, при этом первая ветвь (35) второго уплотнительного элемента (34) прижата к верхней в осевом направлении поверхности (36) адсорбирующего элемента (19А, 19В, 19), в то время как вторая ветвь (37) этого второго уплотнительного элемента (34) прижата к внешней радиальной стенке (38) адсорбирующего элемента (19А, 19B, 19).
2. Адсорбционное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутая монолитная поддерживающая конструкция содержит один или большее число из следующих материалов: керамический материал, металлическая фольга, волокнистая конструкция и полимер.
3. Адсорбционное устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутая монолитная поддерживающая конструкция состоит из керамической конструкции, которая содержит кордиерит.
4. Адсорбционное устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый адсорбент содержит один или большее количество из следующих материалов: цеолит, силикагель, активированный оксид алюминия, активированный уголь, металлоорганические каркасные конструкции, пропитанный адсорбент и гибридный адсорбент.
5. Адсорбционное устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый адсорбент содержит гидрофильный цеолит.
6. Адсорбционное устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый адсорбент содержит фожазитный цеолит типа Х.
7. Адсорбционное устройство по любому из пп.1-6, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый первый уплотнительный элемент (22) простирается вокруг соответствующих периферийных кромок адсорбирующих элементов (19А), установленных друг на друга.
8. Адсорбционное устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый первый уплотнительный элемент (22) содержит по меньшей мере один радиальный выступ (23), обращенный внутрь, который простирается между адсорбирующими элементами (19А).
9. Адсорбционное устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый первый уплотнительный элемент (22) содержит два образующих V-образную форму радиальных выступа (23), обращенных внутрь, которые простираются между адсорбирующими элементами (19А), которые установлены друг на друга.
10. Адсорбционное устройство по любому из пп.1-9, отличающееся тем, что вокруг периферийной стенки по меньшей мере части стопки адсорбирующих элементов (19А) закреплен усаживающийся рукав (24) .
11. Адсорбционное устройство по п.10, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый усаживающийся рукав (24) состоит из эластичного материала, который не является сильнопроницаемым для газа.
12. Адсорбционное устройство по п.10 или п.11, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый усаживающийся рукав (24) выполнен из полиолефина.
13. Адсорбционное устройство по любому из пп.1-12, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутое покрытие в дополнение к вышеупомянутому адсорбенту также содержит связующий материал.
14. Адсорбционное устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый связующий материал содержит один или более из следующих неорганических связующих материалов:
коллоидный диоксид кремния;
оксид алюминия; и/или
глина.
15. Адсорбционное устройство по п.13 или п.14, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутый связующий материал содержит один или более из следующих органических связующих материалов:
метилцеллюлоза;
полимеры, такие как акриловые смолы, виниловые смолы и подобные; и/или
материал из группы целлюлозы.
16. Адсорбционное устройство по любому из пп.1-15, отличающееся тем, что обеспечены средства прижатия, обеспечивающие прижатие части второго уплотнительного элемента (34) в радиальном направлении к внутренней стенке ёмкости (2А, 2В).
17. Адсорбционное устройство по п.16, отличающееся тем, что вышеупомянутые средства прижатия содержат коническое кольцо (40), которое прижато пружиной (41) к части второго уплотнительного элемента (34).
18. Адсорбционное устройство по любому из пп.1-17, отличающееся тем, что указанное адсорбционное устройство образует сушильное устройство для осушки сжатого газа.
19. Адсорбционное устройство по любому из пп.1-17, отличающееся тем, что указанное адсорбционное устройство образует генератор азота, обеспечивающий адсорбцию кислорода и/или диоксида углерода из сжатого воздуха.
