Claims (28)
- 処理される圧縮ガスの供給のための入口(3A、3B)と処理されたガスのための出口(4A、4B)とを有する容器(2A、2B、25)が、吸着デバイス(1)に設けられ、吸着要素(19A、19B、19)が、該容器(2A、2B、25)に固定され、この吸着要素(19A、19B、19)が、該入口(3A、3B)と該出口(4A、4B)の間を処理される該圧縮ガスの流れ方向に沿って延びる圧縮ガスのための吸着デバイスであって、
前記吸着要素(19A、19B、19)は、吸着剤を含有するコーティングが少なくとも部分的に設けられたモノリシック支持構造を含み、
いくつかの吸着要素(19A)が、前記ガスの前記流れ方向に沿って前記容器(2A、2B、25)に直列に置かれ、該吸着要素(19A)は、互いの上に積み重ねられており、
積み重ねられた前記吸着要素(19A)の間には空隙が形成され、
シール(22)が、互いの上に置かれたどの2つの吸着要素(19A)間にも設けられ、
前記シール(22)には、前記吸着要素(19A)の間の前記空隙を内向きに延びる半径方向縁部(29)又は少なくとも1つの半径方向リップ(23)が設けられ、
収縮スリーブ(24)が、吸着要素(19A)のスタックの少なくとも一部の周囲壁にわたって固定されることを特徴とする吸着デバイス。 - 前記モノリシック支持構造は、以下の材料:セラミック材料、金属ホイル、繊維構造、及びポリマーのうちの1又は2以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記モノリシック支持構造は、コーディエライトを含有するセラミック構造から構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記吸着剤は、以下の材料:ゼオライト、シリカゲル、活性アルミナ、活性炭、金属−有機組成物、含浸吸着剤、及び混成吸着剤のうちの1又は2以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記吸着剤は、親水性ゼオライトを含有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記吸着剤は、フォージャサイトゼオライトタイプXを含有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記シール(22)は、互いの上に置かれた前記吸着要素(19A)のそれぞれの周縁の上を延びることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記シール(22)には、前記半径方向縁部(29)又は少なくとも1つの半径方向リップ(23)として、2つの半径方向V字形リップ(23)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記収縮スリーブ(24)は、ポリオレフィンで製造されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記コーティングはまた、前記吸着剤に加えて結合剤材料を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記結合剤材料は、以下の無機結合剤材料:
コロイドシリカ、
アルミナ、及び/又は
粘土、
のうちの1又は2以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の吸着デバイス。 - 前記結合剤材料は、以下の有機結合剤材料:
メチルセルロース、
ポリマー、及び/又は
セルロース群の材料、
のうちの1又は2以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項10又は請求項11に記載の吸着デバイス。 - 圧縮ガスのための吸着デバイスのための吸着要素のスタックから構成されるカートリッジであって、
各吸着要素(19A、19B、19)が、吸着剤を含有するコーティングが少なくとも部分的に設けられたモノリシック支持構造を含み、該吸着要素(19A)は、互いの上に積み重ねられており、積み重ねられた前記吸着要素(19A)の間には空隙が形成され、
それによってシール(22)が、互いの上に置かれたどの2つの吸着要素(19A)間にも設けられ、前記シール(22)には、前記吸着要素(19A)の間の前記空隙を内向きに延びる半径方向縁部(29)又は少なくとも1つの半径方向リップ(23)が設けられ、収縮スリーブ(24)が、前記吸着要素(19A)のスタックの少なくとも一部の周囲壁にわたって固定される、ことを特徴とするカートリッジ。 - 前記収縮スリーブ(24)は、ポリオレフィンで製造されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記シール(22)は、互いの上に置かれた前記吸着要素(19A)のそれぞれの周縁の上を延びることを特徴とする請求項13又は請求項14に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記シール(22)には、前記半径方向縁部(29)又は少なくとも1つの半径方向リップ(23)として、2つの半径方向V字形リップ(23)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項13から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記モノリシック支持構造は、コーディエライトを含有するセラミック構造から構成されることを特徴とする請求項13から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記吸着剤は、以下の材料:ゼオライト、シリカゲル、活性アルミナ、活性炭、及び金属−有機組成物のうちの1又は2以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項13から請求項17のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記吸着剤は、親水性ゼオライトを含有することを特徴とする請求項13から請求項17のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記吸着剤は、フォージャサイト又はゼオライトタイプXを含有することを特徴とする請求項13から請求項17のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記シール(22)は、前記吸着要素(19A)の外径よりも幾分大きい内径を有するリング(28)を含み、
前記リング(28)は、互いの上に置かれた前記吸着要素(19A)の端部の周縁の上を延び、
前記リング(28)には、前記吸着要素(19A)の当該の前記端部がそれに対して固定される内向きに向けられた前記半径方向縁部(29)が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項13から請求項20のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。 - 密封層(30、31)が、当該の前記半径方向縁部(29)の少なくとも1つの側面上に周囲全体にわたって固定されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のカートリッジ。
- シール(34)が、前記吸着要素(19A、19B、19)の自由周縁にわたって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記シール(34)は、当該の前記周縁にわたって押されるV字形シールとして構成され、全てが、該シール(34)の第1の脚(35)が、前記吸着要素(19A、19B、19)の軸方向上面(36)に対して押圧し、一方でこのシール(34)の第2の脚(37)が、該吸着要素(19A、19B、19)の半径方向外側壁(38)に対して押圧するためのものであることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記容器(2A、2B)の内壁に対して前記シール(34)の一部を半径方向に押圧する押圧手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項23又は請求項24に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 前記押圧手段は、前記シール(34)の一部に対してバネ(41)によって押圧される円錐リング(40)を含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 圧縮ガスを乾かすための乾燥デバイスを形成することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12及び請求項23から請求項26のいずれか1項に記載の吸着デバイス。
- 圧縮空気から酸素及び/又は二酸化炭素を吸着するための窒素発生器を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12及び請求項23から請求項26のうちのいずれか1項に記載の吸着デバイス。
