Claims (34)

1. Способ обеспечения термической и/или акустической изоляции для конструкции, включающий: - обеспечение подложки, содержащей волокна; - нанесение подложки на конструкцию; - смешивание подложки с композицией связующего вещества до, в процессе или после нанесения подложки на конструкцию; - отверждение композиции связующего вещества после нанесения подложки и композиции связующего вещества на конструкцию; причем композиция связующего вещества содержит по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид.
2. Способ по п. 1, причем подложка не содержит минеральной ваты.
3. Способ по п. 1, причем подложка содержит волокна, которые представляют собой минеральные волокна.
4. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем подложка также содержит зернистый материал.
5. Способ по п. 4, причем подложка содержит зернистый материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из аэрогеля, перлита, вермикулита, ксонотлита, материала с обратимыми фазами, микросфер и огнестойкого материала.
6. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем волокна не содержат никакой композиции связующего вещества до смешивания подложки с композицией связующего вещества.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, причем волокна имеют форму гранулированных хлопьев волокон, скрепленных отвержденной композицией связующего вещества.
8. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем конструкция представляет собой любой элемент из стены, пустотной стены, потолка, пола, чердака или кровли здания или компонента здания.
9. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем этап смешивания подложки с композицией связующего вещества происходит в процессе нанесения подложки на конструкцию путем одновременного нанесения подложки и композиции связующего вещества на конструкцию.
10. Способ по п. 9, причем подложку и композицию связующего вещества наносят одновременно распылением.
11. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем отверждение композиции связующего вещества выполняют при температурах от 5 до 95 °C, например от 5 до 80 °C, например от 8 до 50 °C, предпочтительно от 10 до 40 °C.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 1-10, причем отверждение композиции связующего вещества происходит при температуре окружающей среды.
13. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем этап смешивания подложки с композицией связующего вещества происходит не ранее чем за 20 минут до нанесения подложки на конструкцию, предпочтительно не ранее чем за 10 минут, наиболее предпочтительно не ранее чем за 5 минут.
14. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид выбран из группы, состоящей из желатина, пектина, крахмала, альгината, агар-агара, каррагинана, геллановой камеди, гуаровой камеди, гуммиарабика, камеди бобов рожкового дерева, ксантановой камеди, производных целлюлозы, таких как карбоксиметилцеллюлоза, арабиноксилана, целлюлозы, курдлана, β-глюкана.
15. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид представляет собой полиэлектролитный гидроколлоид.
16. Способ по п. 15, причем по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид выбран из группы, состоящей из желатина, пектина, альгината, каррагинана, гуммиарабика, ксантановой камеди, производных целлюлозы, таких как карбоксиметилцеллюлоза.
17. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем композиция связующего вещества содержит по меньшей мере два гидроколлоида, причем один гидроколлоид представляет собой желатин, а по меньшей мере один другой гидроколлоид выбран из группы, состоящей из пектина, крахмала, альгината, агар-агара, каррагинана, геллановой камеди, гуаровой камеди, гуммиарабика, камеди бобов рожкового дерева, ксантановой камеди, производных целлюлозы, таких как карбоксиметилцеллюлоза, арабиноксилана, целлюлозы, курдлана, β-глюкана.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 14-17, причем желатин присутствует в композиции связующего вещества в количестве 10-95 мас.%, например 20-80 мас.%, например 30-70 мас.%, например 40-60 мас.%, от массы гидроколлоидов.
19. Способ по п. 17 или 18, причем один гидроколлоид и по меньшей мере другой гидроколлоид имеют комплементарные заряды.
20. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем композиция связующего вещества не является термореактивным связующим веществом.
21. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем композиция связующего вещества не содержит поли(мет)акриловой кислоты, соли поли(мет)акриловой кислоты или сложного эфира поли(мет)акриловой кислоты.
22. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид представляет собой биополимер или модифицированный биополимер.
23. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем композиция связующего вещества содержит белки животного происхождения, включая коллаген, желатин и гидролизованный желатин, и дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одно фенол- и/или хинон-содержащее соединение, например танин, выбранный из одного или более компонентов группы, состоящей из дубильной кислоты, конденсированных танинов (проантоцианидинов), гидролизуемых танинов, галлотанинов, эллагитанинов, сложных танинов и/или танина, полученного из одного или более из дуба, каштана, сумаха оленерогого и теллимы крупноцветковой.
24. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем композиция связующего вещества содержит желатин и дополнительно содержит танин, выбранный из одного или более компонентов группы, состоящей из дубильной кислоты, конденсированных танинов (проантоцианидинов), гидролизуемых танинов, галлотанинов, эллагитанинов, сложных танинов и/или танина, полученного из одного или более из дуба, каштана, сумаха оленерогого и теллимы крупноцветковой, предпочтительно дубильную кислоту.
25. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем композиция связующего вещества содержит белки животного происхождения, включая коллаген, желатин и гидролизованный желатин, и при этом композиция связующего вещества дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один фермент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из трансглутаминазы (EC 2.3.2.13), протеиндисульфидизомеразы (EC 5.3.4.1), тиолоксидазы (EC 1.8.3.2), полифенолоксидазы (EC 1.14.18.1), в частности катехолоксидазы, тирозиноксидазы и фенолоксидазы, лизилоксидазы (EC 1.4.3.13) и пероксидазы (EC 1.11.1.7).
26. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем композиция связующего вещества содержит желатин, и при этом композиция связующего вещества дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один фермент, представляющий собой трансглутаминазу (EC 2.3.2.13).
27. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем композиция связующего вещества не содержит формальдегида.
28. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем композиция связующего вещества по существу состоит из: по меньшей мере одного гидроколлоида; необязательно по меньшей мере одного масла; необязательно по меньшей мере одного регулятора pH; необязательно по меньшей мере одного поперечносшивающего агента; необязательно по меньшей мере одного средства против зарастания; необязательно по меньшей мере одного средства против набухания; воды.
29. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, не включающий поперечного сшивания композиции связующего вещества.
30. Способ по любому из пп. 1-28, включающий поперечное сшивание композиции связующего вещества.
31. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, причем процесс отверждения включает процесс сушки, в частности путем продувки воздуха или газа над подложкой или через нее или путем повышения температуры.
32. Изолированная конструкция, которую можно получить способом по любому предшествующему пункту.
33. Изолированная конструкция по п. 32, которая представляет собой любой элемент из стены, пустотной стены, потолка, пола, чердака или кровли здания или компонента здания.
34. Изолированная конструкция по п. 32 или 33, в которой потери при прокаливании (LOI) скрепленной связующим веществом массы подложки находятся в диапазоне 0,1-25,0%, например 0,3-18,0%, например 0,5-12,0%, например 0,7-8,0 мас.%.
