目前,市场上存在多种隔热保温板,其中的传统保温材料密度大、隔热保温性能差、铺设较厚、材料损耗量大、吸湿性高、抗震性能和环保性能较差,无法达到节能标准。另外,一些保温材料还会对人体造成损害。
气凝胶是一种具有纳米级孔径的多孔洞材料,其热导率极低,绝热保温效果好。现有技术中已有将气凝胶或气凝胶产品作为夹层结构生产隔热保温复合板,以提高气凝胶的抗冲击能力等,并且已经在管道、建筑墙体、车辆、箱/柜体保温上实现广泛应用。
现有技术中的隔热保温复合板中作为保温层的气凝胶或气凝胶产品与外部面板层之间往往通过化学方式粘合,然而因为气凝胶本身的憎水性,难以保证该粘合的强度,导致隔热保温复合板的整体抗拉强度降低、硬挺度低、生产工艺复杂繁琐,且选用特殊粘合剂时还有可能导致成本升高。另外,由于纳米气凝胶毡本身是玻璃纤维基材,其层次结构松散,在作为墙面保温层进行铺贴后容易剥落、掉落,存在安全隐患。以上问题极大限制了基于气凝胶的隔热保温复合板的应用和发展。
发明内容
本公开正是为了解决上述课题而完成,其目的在于提供一种抗冲击能力强、抗拉强度高,且硬挺度高的隔热保温复合板及其制造方法。
本公开提供该发明内容部分以便以简要的形式介绍构思,这些构思将在后面的具体实施方式部分被详细描述。该发明内容部分并不旨在标识要求保护的技术方案的关键特征或必要特征,也不旨在用于限制所要求的保护的技术方案的范围。

根据本公开所公开的技术方案,与现有技术相比,通过简单的物理接合方式生产隔热保温复合板,且其抗冲击能力强、抗拉强度高、硬挺度高,生产工艺简单、生成成本低、生产效率高。

[隔热保温复合板]
根据本公开的一种隔热保温复合板,包括至少一层隔热保温层、至少一层介质层、至少一层外面层;

其中,隔热保温复合板从上至下具有内侧外面层1、介质层2、隔热保温层3、介质层2、外侧外面层4、孔5。当然,本公开的隔热保温复合板可以仅具有内侧外面层1或外侧外面层4,当然也可以仅具有一层介质层2,各层的数量并不做限定,例如,隔热保温层3还可以根据实际情况设置2层或更多层。隔热保温复合板的各层的厚度并不做限定,例如各层可以均为厚1厘米,当然也可以均为厚2厘米或更厚,可以根据实际情况设置不同的厚度,并不做限定。但考虑到作为墙面保温层时的用途,优选气凝胶毡为两层各1厘米厚。
在一个或多个实施例中,隔热保温层3例如包括气凝胶毡,当然也可以包括例如气凝胶布、气凝胶纸、气凝胶板、纤维增强气凝胶毡和其他气凝胶异形件等气凝胶产品,并不做限定。
在一个或多个实施例中,气凝胶例如可以为二氧化硅气凝胶、碳气凝胶、氧化铝气凝胶、氧化锆气凝胶、氧化钛气凝胶、氧化铁气凝胶、氧化钴气凝胶、氧化镍气凝胶、氧化铜气凝胶、氧化钇气凝胶、氧化铈气凝胶、氧化钒气凝胶、氧化铋气凝胶、氧化锡气凝胶、苯二酚甲醛气凝胶、石墨烯气凝胶中的任一种。
在一个或多个实施例中,纤维增强气凝胶毡中的纤维可以为玻璃纤维、碳纤维、石英纤维、高硅氧纤维、硅酸铝纤维、莫来石纤维、碳化硅纤维、氮化硅纤维、氧化铝纤维、氮化硼纤维、玄武岩纤维、水镁石纤维、凹凸棒石纤维、硼纤维、碳纳米管、芳纶纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维中的任一种。

在一个或多个实施例中,内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4例如可以一侧表面是光面复合芯材,另一侧表面被采用拉毛、拉丝工艺处理以更加易于通过涂抹粘结胶泥等后铺贴到例如墙壁上。
在一个或多个实施例中,外侧外面层4例如优选为耐候性强的金属、轻质硅酸钙板等材质。外侧外面层4例如可以为饰面材质,采用紧贴墙体钢挂施工等工艺使用。
在一个或多个实施例中,内侧外面层1例如优选高强度石膏板、轻质硅酸钙板等材质,优选采用拉毛、拉丝工艺处理,以增强铺贴到例如墙壁时的粘接强度和平整度。
在一个或多个实施例中,内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4例如可以按15mm~70mm的间距打有孔径2~50mm的孔5,优选按照25mm~60mm的间距打有孔径5~20mm的孔5,如图1所示,例如可以按照横竖间距5厘米取15mm孔径的孔,使得在内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4抹上粘结材料并铺贴到例如墙壁等时,发挥更好的粘接效果。
在一个或多个实施例中,隔热保温复合板的孔5的数量、尺寸、布局没有特别限定,可根据需要的粘接效果选择孔5的数量、尺寸、布局。尽管图1中示出了孔5为圆形,但是,不限于此,孔5的形状也可以是其它形状,例如长方形、正方形、圆形、狭缝形、其它多边形等。
此外,尽管图1中示出了隔热保温复合板的多个孔5等间隔地以矩阵图案排列,但是,不限于此,多个孔5也可以按其它间距、布局、图案排列,例如同心环形图案、不规则分布图案,而且,多个孔5也不限定于等间隔地排列。
此外,尽管图1中示出了为了形成孔5而将内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4的材料部分去除而形成盲孔,但是,不限于此,也可以将孔5处的外面层材料完全去除而形成通孔。
此外,孔5的大小、布局图案可以根据需要的粘接效果来选择。具体来说,如果是需要更好的粘接效果,则可以将孔设置较大和/或将孔数量设置较多;反之,也可以将孔设置较小和/或将孔数量设置较少。
在一个或多个实施例中,内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4上例如可以设有穿孔和/或线槽,利用该穿孔和/或线槽与其他层以物理方式例如缝合或钉合方式接合为一体。由此,在缝合和/或钉合时容易控制针线走位,使得产品样态整齐美观,且不会使缝合和/或钉合用的线和/或钉突出于表面,在使用时保护该线和/或钉不受损伤。
在一个或多个实施例中,线槽的行距和/或列距例如为30mm~60mm,穿孔的距离例如为10mm~15mm,优选线槽的行距和/或列距为50mm,穿孔的距离为15mm。
在一个或多个实施例中,隔热保温层3与介质层2以物理方式接合为一体;当然,其他各层之间例如隔热保温层3与内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4也可以物理方式接合,并不做限定。
在一个或多个实施例中,物理方式例如可以包括缝合、钉合、铆合、螺栓接合、卡合、微型挂钩贴合(例如类似子母胶的方式)的至少任一种方式。
在一个或多个实施例中,在采用缝合的物理方式时,例如采用耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐高温的PTFE缝纫线(聚四氟乙烯缝纫线)进行缝合。在采用钉合的物理方式时,例如采用杆状卡扣式的金属铝合金、或高强度碳钢五金进行钉合。
PTFE缝纫线经酸碱处理后强力能长时间保持率在80%左右,由于PTFE独特的分子结构(PTFE分子是由F原子包裹碳链,且C—F键长短键能大),这使得酸碱不能破坏PTFE的分子结构。PTFE缝纫线耐酸、碱性能极高,因而能在大多数的烟气工况下使用。
PTFE缝纫线在230℃~320℃温度条件下,由于高温对PTFE缝纫线的解取向作用,PTFE缝纫线的强力和断裂伸长分别随热处理温度增加而下降和上升;PTFE缝纫线能在230℃温度范围内长期使用,较适宜用于垃圾焚烧炉和燃煤锅炉烟气除尘。
当然,在采用缝合或钉合的物理方式时,也可以采用例如耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐高温的高分子尼龙线或其他材料线等作为缝合或钉合线进行缝合或钉合,并不做限定。
在一个或多个实施例中,缝合或钉合线的行距和/或列距例如为30mm~60mm,针脚距离例如为10mm~15mm,优选行距和/或列距为50mm,针脚距离为15mm。
在一个或多个实施例中,介质层2例如可以覆盖或全部包裹隔热保温层3,以防止隔热保温层3的材料进入生产设备例如绗线缝合设备进行缝合时,由于机器设备的震动而引起掉粉及玻璃纤维扬尘导致的车间环境污染及对人体肺部伤害。
在一个或多个实施例中,内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4与介质层2以化工方式接合为一体。化工方式例如包括利用胶黏剂、双面胶、植本胶、聚氨酯复合胶、环氧树脂、固化剂、促进剂、水性弹性涂料、水性树脂、水性环保复合胶、阻燃剂、分散剂的至少任一种进行粘合的方式。
在一个或多个实施例中,隔热保温复合板各层之间例如可以采用胶黏剂进行粘合,胶黏剂的材料可以包括但不限于通用超黏型、通用强黏型、冷藏食品强黏型、通用再揭开型、纤维再揭开型等类型,优选采用导热系数低的材料。
本公开的隔热保温复合板优选总厚度为25~80mm,考虑到作为墙面保温层时的用途,更优选气凝胶毡为两层各10mm厚,整体厚度为30mm左右,由此,既能保证隔热保温的效果,又能不使其占用过多的空间,且通过所述的物理结合,能达到较佳的硬挺度和抗拉特性。本公开的隔热保温复合板优选采用防火等级高的材料,整体防火等级为A1级,导热系数为0.01~0.05,优选整体导热系数0.020左右。隔热保温复合板整体例如可以为长方形板状、正方形板状、圆形板状、六边形板状等各种形状。
此外,尽管图1和图2中示出了内侧外面层1、介质层2、隔热保温层3、介质层2、外侧外面层4形成的夹层结构,但不限于此,隔热保温复合板也可以分别是多层夹层结构,例如各层分别为2层或以上。
各层之间可以采用物理方式例如可以包括缝合、钉合、铆合、螺栓接合、卡合、微型挂钩贴合的至少任一种方式,当然也可以采用化工方式例如包括利用胶黏剂、双面胶、植本胶、聚氨酯复合胶、环氧树脂、固化剂、促进剂、水性弹性涂料、水性树脂、水性环保复合胶、阻燃剂、分散剂的至少任一种进行粘合的方式进行接合。
[制造方法]
实施例1
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种隔热保温复合板的制造方法,隔热保温复合板例如图1所示,从上至下具有内侧外面层1、介质层2、隔热保温层3、介质层2、外侧外面层4、孔5。
如图3所示,则本实施例中的制造方法包括,
S31,在隔热保温层3例如包括气凝胶毡的至少一面缝合或钉合介质层2例如玻璃纤维毛毡;
在一个或多个实施例中,本实施例中的制造方法还可以包括,
1)将隔热保温层3的气凝胶毡平铺放置;
2)将介质层2的玻璃纤维毛毡平铺制成袋状并全部包裹隔热保温层3的气凝胶毡;
3)将包裹有介质层2的玻璃纤维毛毡的隔热保温层3的气凝胶毡放入例如绗线缝合设备使用例如耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐高温的PTFE缝纫线进行缝合。
S32,使介质层2通过粘合方式接合外面层,例如内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4;
在一个或多个实施例中,本实施例中的制造方法还可以包括,
1)在缝合后的介质层2的上下两个表面涂刷例如胶黏剂;

实施例2
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种隔热保温复合板的制造方法,其中隔热保温复合板例如仅包括隔热保温层3和外面层例如内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4,则并且内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4设置有穿孔和/或线槽以供例如耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐高温的PTFE缝纫线进行接合。
则本实施例中的制造方法包括,
利用外面层例如内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4上设置的穿孔和/或线槽,将隔热保温层3和外面层例如内侧外面层1和/或外侧外面层4以缝合或钉合方式接合为一体。
在一个或多个实施例中,本实施例中的制造方法还可以包括,
1)将隔热保温层3的气凝胶毡平铺放置;
2)将内侧外面层1和外侧外面层4分别平铺在隔热保温层3的气凝胶毡的上下表面;
3)将放置好的的隔热保温层3的气凝胶毡和内侧外面层1和外侧外面层4放入例如绗线缝合设备使用例如耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐高温的PTFE缝纫线进行缝合。

2.如权利要求1所述的隔热保温复合板,其特征在于,
所述隔热保温层包括气凝胶毡;
所述介质层包括聚酯纤维金属涂层布、无纺布、玻璃纤维毛毡、玻璃纤维网格布的至少任一种;
所述外面层包括金属板、陶瓷板、石板、粘结砂浆、水泥板、硅酸钙板、石膏板、吸音材料、消音材料的至少任一种。
3.如权利要求1或2的任一项所述的隔热保温复合板,其特征在于,
所述隔热保温层包括一层或两层气凝胶毡、以及所述介质层覆盖或包裹所述气凝胶毡。

所述隔热保温复合板的总厚度为30~80mm,防火等级为A1级,导热系数为0.010~0.050;
所述缝合或钉合线的行距和/或列距为30mm~60mm,针脚距离为10mm~15mm;
所述外面层包括第一外面层和第二外面层,所述第一外面层和/或第二外面层的外表面被采用拉毛、拉丝工艺处理,或者,按25mm~60mm的间距打有孔径5~20mm的孔。
7.一种隔热保温复合板,其特征在于,
包括至少一层隔热保温层和至少一层外面层;
所述外面层与所述隔热保温层以缝合或钉合方式接合为一体。
8.如权利要求7所述的隔热保温复合板,其特征在于,
所述隔热保温层包括气凝胶毡;
所述外面层包括金属板、陶瓷板、石板、粘结砂浆、水泥板、硅酸钙板、石膏板、吸音材料、消音材料的至少任一种;
所述外面层上设有穿孔和/或线槽,利用该穿孔和/或线槽与所述隔热保温层以缝合或钉合方式接合为一体。
9.一种如权利要求1或2所述的隔热保温复合板的制造方法,其特征在于,
在所述隔热保温层的至少一面缝合或钉合所述介质层;
使所述介质层通过粘合方式接合所述外面层。
10.一种如权利要求7或8所述的隔热保温复合板的制造方法,其特征在于,
利用所述外面层上设置的穿孔和/或线槽,将所述隔热保温层和所述外面层以缝合或钉合方式接合为一体。
