Claims (26)

1. Способ связывания поверхностей двух или более элементов друг с другом, причем по меньшей мере один из двух или более элементов представляет собой элемент из минеральной ваты, причем указанные элементы из минеральной ваты скреплены связующим веществом минеральной ваты, при этом способ включает следующие этапы:
- обеспечение двух или более элементов,
- нанесение адгезива на одну или более подлежащих соединению поверхностей до, в процессе или после приведения подлежащих соединению поверхностей в контакт друг с другом,
- отверждение адгезива, причем адгезив содержит:
- по меньшей мере один белок,
- по меньшей мере одно фенол- и/или хинон-содержащее соединение и/или по меньшей мере один фермент.
2. Способ по п. 1, причем два или более элементов представляют собой два или более элементов из минеральной ваты.
3. Способ по п. 1, причем два или более элементов включают в себя по меньшей мере один элемент, который не является элементом из минеральной ваты.
4. Способ по п. 3, причем по меньшей мере один элемент, который не является элементом из минеральной ваты, выбран из группы, состоящей из флиса, например стекловолоконного флиса, строительной конструкции, например стены, потолка, крыши.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем адгезив дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одну добавку.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем отверждение выполняют при температурах от 5 до 95°C, например от 5 до 80°C, например от 10 до 60°C, например от 20 до 40°C.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем отверждение включает процесс сушки, в частности путем продувки воздуха или газа над продуктом из минеральной ваты или путем повышения температуры.
8. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем по меньшей мере один белок выбран из группы, состоящей из белков животного происхождения, включающих коллаген, желатин, гидролизованный желатин, и белков из молока (казеин, сыворотка), яиц; белков растительного происхождения, включающих белки из бобовых, злаковых, цельных злаков, орехов, семян и фруктов, таких как белок из гречихи, овса, ржи, проса, маиса (кукурузы), риса, пшеницы, булгура, сорго, амаранта, киноа, соевых бобов (соевый белок), чечевицы, фасоли, белой фасоли, маша, нута, коровьего гороха, лимской фасоли, голубиного гороха, люпиновых бобов, квадратного гороха, миндаля, бразильского ореха, кешью, пекана, грецкого ореха, семени хлопчатника, тыквенного семени, конопляного семени, кунжутного семени и семени подсолнечника; белково-полифенольных комплексов, таких как белок гладких мышц двустворчатых моллюсков.
9. Способ по п. 8, причем коллаген или желатин предпочтительно происходит из одного или более источников из группы, состоящей из видов млекопитающих и птиц, таких как корова, свинья, лошадь, домашняя птица, и/или из чешуи, кожи рыб.
10. Способ по п. 10, в котором танин выбран из одного или более компонентов группы, состоящей из дубильной кислоты, конденсированных танинов (проантоцианидинов), гидролизуемых танинов, галлотанинов, эллагитанинов, сложных танинов и/или танина, полученного из одного или более из дуба, каштана, сумаха оленерогого и теллимы крупноцветковой.
12. Способ по любому из вышеуказанных пунктов, причем фенол- и/или хинон-содержащее соединение содержит одну или более синтетических или полусинтетических молекул, включающих в себя фенолы, полифенолы, хиноны, такие как белки, пептиды, пептоиды или арилопептоиды, модифицированные фенол- и/или хинон-содержащими боковыми цепями, такие как дендримеры с фенол- и/или хинон-содержащими боковыми цепями.
13. Способ по любому из вышеуказанных пунктов, причем содержание танина составляет от 1 до 70 мас.%, например от 2 до 60 мас.%, например от 3 до 50 мас.%, например от 4 до 40 мас.%, например от 5 до 35 мас.%, от сухой массы белка.
14. Способ по любому из вышеуказанных пунктов, в котором массовое соотношение (лизин + цистеин) в белке к (фенол + хинон) в фенол- и/или хинон-содержащем соединении составляет 1 : 5,78 – 1 : 0,08, например 1 : 2,89 – 1 : 0,09, например 1 : 1,93 – 1 : 0,12, например 1 : 1,45 – 1 : 0,15, например 1 : 1,16 – 1 : 0,17.
15. Способ по любому из вышеуказанных пунктов, причем адгезив дополнительно содержит добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из окислителя, такого как тирозиназа, иона металла, такого как ион железа, регулятора pH, предпочтительно в форме основания, например органического основания, например амина или его соли, неорганических оснований, например гидроксида металла, например KOH или NaOH, аммиака или его соли.
16. Способ по любому из вышеуказанных пунктов, причем адгезив имеет значение pH от 7 до 10, например от 7,5 до 9,5, например от 8 до 9.
17. Способ по любому из вышеуказанных пунктов, причем адгезив содержит по меньшей мере одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из сшивающих агентов, содержащих ацильные группы и/или аминные группы и/или тиоловые группы.
18. Способ по любому из вышеуказанных пунктов, причем по меньшей мере один фермент выбран из группы, состоящей из трансглутаминазы (EC 2.3.2.13), протеиндисульфидизомеразы (EC 5.3.4.1), тиолоксидазы (EC 1.8.3.2), полифенолоксидазы (EC 1.14.18.1), в частности катехолоксидазы, тирозиноксидазы и фенолоксидазы, лизилоксидазы (EC 1.4.3.13) и пероксидазы (EC 1.11.1.7).
19. Продукт, полученный способом по любому из пп. 1–18.
20. Продукт по п. 19, представляющий собой продукт из минеральной ваты, причем плотность продукта из минеральной ваты находится в диапазоне 10–1200 кг/м3, например 30–800 кг/м3, например 40–600 кг/м3, например 50–250 кг/м3, например 60–200 кг/м3.
21. Продукт по п. 19 или 20, причем продукт из минеральной ваты содержит флис, прикрепленный к элементу из минеральной ваты способом по любому из пп. 1–18.
