Claims (29)
1. Ручное устройство для смешивания и инъекции газов, содержащее:
- корпус шприца с выпускным устройством, которое содержит насадку и клапан, расположенный в указанной насадке и имеющий закрытое и открытое положения;
- поршень, установленный с возможностью перемещения в корпусе шприца и ограничения, совместно с корпусом шприца, первой камеры в корпусе шприца, сообщающейся с выпускным устройством, так что текучая среда может засасываться в первую камеру через выпускное устройство и выпускаться из первой камеры через выпускное устройство; и
- фильтр, имеющий первый конец, который может присоединяться к выпускному устройству корпуса шприца, и выполненный с возможностью удержания клапана в открытом положении при присоединении к выпускному устройству корпуса шприца.
2. Ручное устройство по п. 1, в котором первый конец фильтра имеет фланец, выполненный с возможностью соединения с резьбовой внутренней частью насадки.
3. Ручное устройство по п. 1, в котором фильтр имеет второй конец, содержащий выходное отверстие фильтра, и внутренний канал, проходящий между первым и вторым концами, причём фильтр выполнен с возможностью фильтрования текучей среды, протекающей между первым концом и вторым концом.
4. Ручное устройство по п. 3, в котором фильтр дополнительно содержит фильтрующий элемент, расположенный между первым концом и вторым концом.
5. Ручное устройство по п. 1, в котором клапан содержит корпус, поршень, уплотнитель, смещающий элемент и внутренний выступающий элемент.
6. Ручное устройство по п. 5, в котором по меньшей мере часть внутренней поверхности фильтра сужается так, чтобы соответствовать форме корпуса клапана.
7. Ручное устройство по п. 1, которое дополнительно содержит заполняющий механизм, выполненный с возможностью направления первой текучей среды в первую камеру для смещения поршня и расширения первой камеры.
8. Ручное устройство по п. 7, дополнительно содержащее вторую камеру, которая имеет внутренний объем, содержащий по меньшей мере первую текучую среду с концентрацией, отличающейся от её концентрации в атмосферном воздухе, и с давлением, превышающим давление окружающего атмосферного воздуха.
9. Ручное устройство по п. 8, в котором клапан содержит первый клапан, а вторая камера имеет отверстие на первом конце и второй клапан, расположенный рядом с первым концом и выполненный с возможностью герметичного закрытия этого отверстия.
10. Ручное устройство по п. 9, в котором второй клапан содержит поршень, уплотнитель и смещающий элемент и выполнен с возможностью герметичного закрытия отверстия по меньшей мере перед активацией устройства.
11. Ручное устройство по п. 8, в котором вторая камера содержит предохранительный клапан, выполненный с возможностью выпуска первой текучей среды из второй камеры, если давление во второй камере превышает предварительно заданное значение.
12. Ручное устройство по п. 1, которое дополнительно содержит выпускной механизм, причём указанный выпускной механизм содержит штифт.
13. Ручное устройство по п. 1, которое дополнительно содержит регулируемый ограничитель объёма, выполненный с возможностью ограничения перемещения поршня в различные выбираемые пользователем положения, соответствующие различным объёмам первой камеры.
14. Ручное устройство по п. 1, в котором поршень установлен с возможностью перемещения в корпусе шприца в осевом направлении, а выпусное устройство содержит выпускной проход, проходящий в осевом направлении.
15. Способ смешивания газов, включающий:
- обеспечение наличия шприца, содержащего:
. - корпус шприца с выпускным устройством, которое содержит насадку и клапан, расположенный в указанной насадке и имеющий закрытое и открытое положения; и
. - поршень, установленный с возможностью перемещения в корпусе шприца и ограничения, совместно с корпусом шприца, первой камеры в корпусе шприца; и
- присоединение первого конца фильтра к насадке с обеспечением перевода клапана из закрытого состояния в открытое.
16. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что клапан содержит корпус, поршень, уплотнитель, смещающий элемент и внутренний выступающий элемент, причём присоединение первого конца фильтра к насадке вызывает перемещение поршня назад относительно корпуса клапана для нарушения герметичного контакта между поршнем клапана и корпусом клапана.
17. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что присоединение первого конца фильтра к насадке включает соединение фланца фильтра с резьбовой внутренней частью насадки.
18. Способ по п.15, дополнительно включающий установку селектора объёма на шприце с регулируемым ограничением объёма на значение первого объёма, причём выбранное значение первого объёма соответствует первому объёму первой камеры шприца.
19. Способ по п.18, дополнительно включающий:
- выпуск первой текучей среды в первую камеру шприца, причём давление первой текучей среды выше давления окружающего атмосферного воздуха; и
- расширение первой камеры до первого объёма, причём расширение первой камеры до первого объёма происходит в результате увеличения давления в первой камере вследствие заполнения первой камеры первой текучей средой.
20. Способ по п.19, в котором выпуск первой текучей среды в первую камеру включает выпуск первой текучей среды из второй камеры, расположенной по меньшей мере в одном из следующих мест: корпус шприца и поршень.
