Claims (29)
1. Устройство, содержащее алюминиевый лист, содержащий сплав 3ХХХ или 5xxx, имеющий измеренный в продольном направлении предел текучести при растяжении 27-33 ksi и предел прочности при растяжении, причем предел прочности при растяжении минус предел текучести при растяжении составляет менее 3,30 ksi (ППР-ПТР<3,30 ksi).
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором измеренный в продольном направлении предел текучести при растяжении составляет 28-32 ksi.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором измеренный в продольном направлении предел текучести при растяжении составляет 28,53-31,14 ksi.
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором предел прочности при растяжении минус предел текучести при растяжении составляет 2,90-3,30 ksi.
5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором предел прочности при растяжении минус предел текучести при растяжении составляет 2,99-3,30 ksi.
6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором алюминиевый лист содержит один из АА: 3x03, 3x04 или 3x05.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором алюминиевый лист содержит АА 3104.
8. Устройство, содержащее алюминиевый контейнер с куполом, причем купол содержит сплав АА3ХХХ или 5xxx, имеющий измеренный в продольном направлении предел текучести при растяжении 27-33 ksi и предел прочности при растяжении, при этом предел прочности при растяжении минус предел текучести при растяжении составляет менее 3,30 ksi (ППР-ПТР<3,30 ksi).

Способ, содержащий формование контейнера из алюминиевого листа, содержащего сплав 3ХХХ или 5xxx, имеющий измеренный в продольном направлении предел текучести при растяжении 27-33 ksi и предел прочности при растяжении, причем предел прочности при растяжении минус предел текучести при растяжении составляет менее 3,30 ksi (ППР-ПТР<3,30 ksi); и уменьшение диаметра части контейнера на по меньшей мере 26%.
17. Способ по п. 16, при котором уменьшение диаметра контейнера на по меньшей мере 26% содержит шейкообразование контейнера обжимными штампами.
18. Способ по п. 17, где уменьшение диаметра контейнера на по меньшей мере 26% содержит шейкообразование контейнера по меньшей мере 14 раз.
19. Способ по п. 16, при котором диаметр контейнера уменьшают на по меньшей мере 30%.
20. Способ по п. 16, при котором измеренный в продольном направлении предел текучести при растяжении составляет 28-32 ksi.
21. Способ по п. 16, при котором измеренный в продольном направлении предел текучести при растяжении составляет 28,53-31,14 ksi.
22. Способ по п. 16, при котором предел прочности при растяжении минус предел текучести при растяжении составляет 2,90-3,30 ksi.

27. Способ по п. 16, дополнительно содержащий расширение сечения части контейнера, имеющей уменьшенный диаметр.
28. Способ по п. 27, при котором сечение имеет длину, и эта длина составляет по меньшей мере 0,3 дюйма.
29. Способ по п. 28, при котором длина составляет по меньшей мере 0,4 дюйма.
