Claims (74)

1. Система для мониторинга множества удаленных объектов, каждый из которых содержит сеть переключаемых оптических устройств, содержащая:
(а) банк данных, выполненный с возможностью хранения данных о функционировании переключаемых оптических устройств на указанных удаленных объектах;
(б) один или более интерфейсов для получения данных от множества удаленных объектов; и
(в) логический блок для анализа указанных данных от указанных удаленных объектов для идентификации любого из переключаемых оптических устройств, или любых контроллеров или датчиков, работающих в сочетании с любым из переключаемых оптических устройств, которые функционируют вне области ожидаемой характеристики.
2. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок для генерирования уведомления о том, что переключаемое оптическое устройство или контроллер или датчик, работающий в сочетании с переключаемым оптическим устройством, функционирует вне области ожидаемой характеристики.
3. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок
(i) определяющий корректирующее действие для возвращения переключаемого оптического устройства контроллера или датчика идентифицированных логическим блоком для анализа, в область ожидаемой характеристики; и
(ii) передающий указанное корректирующее действие на удаленный объект, содержащий идентифицированное переключаемое оптическое устройство, контроллер или датчик.
4. Система по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что корректирующее действие включает изменение алгоритма управления переключаемым оптическим устройством.
5. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок
(i) изучающий предпочтения пользователя посредством идентификации постоянных взаимодействий пользователя с переключаемыми оптическими устройствами на объекте; и
(ii) настраивающий процедуры управления переключаемыми оптическими устройствами для удовлетворения предпочтений пользователя.
6. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок для отправки данных и/или управляющих сообщений, по одному или более интерфейсов, на объекты в ответ на данные получаемые от объектов.
7. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая приборную доску, сконструированную или выполненную с возможностью выделения объектов с переключаемым оптическим устройством, контроллером или датчиком, функционирующим вне области ожидаемой характеристики.
8. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая множество клиентских машин, выбранных из группы, состоящей из рабочих станций, портативных компьютеров и мобильных вычислительных устройств, причем каждая клиентская машина, выполнена с возможностью отображения информации о функционировании переключаемых оптических устройств, контроллеров и/или устройств датчиков на любом из объектов.
9. Система по п. 8, дополнительно содержащая сервер приложений и/или сервер отчетов, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с клиентами для предоставления сервисов приложений или отчетов.
10. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая генератор отчетов данных и событий, журнал данных и событий и/или анализатор данных.
11. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что ожидаемая область характеристики является определенным техническим условием.
12. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок
(i) определяющий ослабление подачи электрического тока к переключаемому оптическому устройству на объекте; и
(ii) автоматически корректирующий ослабление подачи тока посредством направления команд контроллеру, связанному с переключаемым оптическим устройством, увеличить напряжение переключения на переключаемом оптическом устройстве.
13. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок
(i) прогнозирующий момент, когда комната на удаленном объекте должна быть занята; и
(ii) автоматически настраивающий алгоритм тонирования для переключаемого оптического устройства в комнате, чтобы начать тонирование, в прогнозируемый момент занятости.
14. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок
(i) определяющий разницу времен тонирования или уровней тонирования для различных окон, оборудованных переключаемыми оптическими устройствами на одном фасаде; и
(ii) инициирующий одновременное тонирование всех окон фасада и/или тонирования на одном уровне путем автоматического регулирования изменения параметров напряжения.
15. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок для передачи прогностических данных системе ОВК объекта и/или системе освещения объекта, тем самым делая возможным поддержание системой ОВК или системой освещения улучшенного комфорта жильца и/или сохранения энергии.
16. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок для сравнения энергии сбереженной на многочисленных объектах для определения алгоритмов и/или типов устройств, которые улучшают сбережение энергии.
17. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая логический блок
(i) генерирующий характерные параметры переключаемых оптических устройств, контроллеров и/или датчиков на объектах в течение ввода в эксплуатацию на удаленных объектах; и
(ii) определяющий эксплуатационные показатели переключаемых оптических устройств, контроллеров и/или датчиков посредством сравнения их текущих характерных параметров с их ранними характерными параметрами, сгенерированными во время ввода в эксплуатацию.
18. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что удаленные объекты включают жилые дома, офисные здания, школы, аэропорты, больницы и/или административные здания.
19. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что данные о функционировании переключаемых оптических устройств включают временные зависимости напряжения и/или тока для переключаемых оптических устройств.
20. Система по п. 19, отличающаяся тем, что переменная времени связана с положением солнца или погодой.
21. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что данные о функционировании переключаемых оптических устройств содержат изменения пикового тока переключаемых оптических устройств, изменения тока утечки в переключаемых оптических устройствах, изменение в компенсации напряжения, необходимой для переключаемых оптических устройств и изменения в мощности потребляемой переключаемыми оптическими устройствами.
22. Способ, реализованный в системе мониторинга объекта, для мониторинга множества удаленных объектов, каждый из которых содержит сеть переключаемых оптических устройств, включающий:
(а) хранение данных о функционировании переключаемых оптических устройств на указанных удаленных объектах; и
(в) анализ указанных данных от указанных удаленных объектов для идентификации любого из переключаемых оптических устройств, или любых контроллеров или датчиков, работающих в сочетании с любым из переключаемых оптических устройств, которые функционируют вне области ожидаемой характеристики.
23. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий генерирование уведомления о том, что переключаемое оптическое устройство или контроллер или датчик, работающий в сочетании с переключаемым оптическим устройством, функционирует вне области ожидаемой характеристики.
24. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий:
(в) определение корректирующего действия для приведения переключаемого оптического устройства, контроллера или датчика, идентифицированного логическим блоком для анализа, в область ожидаемой характеристики; и
(г) передачу указанного корректирующего действия на удаленный объект, содержащий идентифицированное переключаемое оптическое устройство, контроллер или датчик.
25. Способ по п. 24, отличающийся тем, что корректирующее действие включает изменение алгоритма управления переключаемым оптическим устройством.
26. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий:
(в) изучение предпочтений пользователя посредством идентификации постоянных взаимодействий пользователя с переключаемыми оптическими устройствами на объекте; и
(г) настройку процедур управления переключаемыми оптическими устройствами для удовлетворения предпочтений пользователя.
27. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий посылку данных и/или управляющего сообщения от системы мониторинга объектов на объекты в ответ на данные получаемые от объектов.
28. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий генерирование отчетов об объектах с использованием указанных данных от указанных удаленных объектов.
29. Способ по п. 22, отличающаяся тем, что область ожидаемой характеристики является определенным техническим условием.
30. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий:
(в) определение ослабления подачи электрического тока на переключаемое оптическое устройство на объекте; и
(г) автоматическую коррекцию ослабления подачи тока посредством указания контроллеру, связанному с переключаемым оптическим устройством, увеличить напряжение переключения на переключаемом оптическом устройстве.
31. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий:
(в) прогнозирование, когда комната на удаленном объекте должна быть занята; и
(г) автоматическую настройку алгоритма тонирования для переключаемого оптического устройства в комнате, чтобы начать тонирование, когда прогнозируется, что комната должна быть занята.
32. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий:
(в) определение разницы времен тонирования или уровней тонирования для различных окон, оборудованных переключаемыми оптическими устройствами на одном фасаде; и
(г) инициирование одновременного тонирования всех окон фасада и/или тонирования на одном уровне посредством автоматического регулирования изменения параметров напряжения.
33. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий передачу прогностических данных системе ОВК объекта и/или системе освещения объекта, тем самым делая возможными поддержание системой ОВК или системой освещения улучшенного комфорта жильца и/или сохранения энергии.
34. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий сравнение сбереженной энергии на многочисленных объектах для определения алгоритмов и/или типов устройств, которые улучшают сбережение энергии.
35. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий:
(в) генерирование характерных параметров переключаемых оптических устройств, контроллеров и/или датчиков на объектах в течение ввода в эксплуатацию на удаленных объектах; и
(г) определения эксплуатационных показателей переключаемых оптических устройств, контроллеров и/или датчиков посредством сравнения их текущих характерных параметров с их ранними характерными параметрами, сгенерированными во время ввода в эксплуатацию.
36. Способ по п. 22, отличающийся тем, что удаленные объекты включают жилые дома, офисные здания, школы, аэропорты, больницы и/или административные здания.
37. Способ по п. 22, отличающийся тем, что данные о функционировании переключаемых оптических устройств включают временные зависимости напряжения и/или тока для переключаемых оптических устройств.
38. Способ по п. 37, отличающийся тем, что переменная времени связана с положением солнца или погодой.
39. Способ по п. 22, отличающийся тем, что данные о функционировании переключаемого оптического устройства содержат изменения пикового тока переключаемых оптических устройств, изменения тока утечки переключаемых оптических устройств, изменения в компенсации напряжения, необходимой для переключаемых оптических устройств и изменения мощности, потребляемой переключаемыми оптическими устройствами.
40. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий получение данных от АСУЗ, сетевого контроллера и/или контроллера окна на удаленном объекте.
41. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что один или более интерфейсов сконфигурированы или выполнены для получения данных от АСУЗ, сетевого контроллера и/или контроллера окна на удаленном объекте.
42. Способ, реализованный на системе мониторинга объекта, для отслеживания множества удаленных объектов, каждый из которых содержит сеть переключаемых оптических устройств и один или более датчиков, включающий:
(а) хранение данных о функционировании переключаемых оптических устройств и/или выходных значений одного или более датчиков на указанных удаленных объектах;
(б) анализ указанных данных от указанных удаленных объектов для идентификации погодных условий на множестве удаленных объектов и/или поведения пользователя в зависимости от погоды на множестве удаленных объектов; и
