Claims (24)

1. Соединение формулы (I) или его соль:

из:
2-бутил-7-(3-(пиперидин-4-ил)пропил)-5H-пирроло[3,2-d]пиримидин-4-амина;
2-бутил-7-(3-(1-изопропилпиперидин-4-ил)пропил)-5Н-пирроло[3,2-d]пиримидин-4-амина; и
2-бутил-7-(2-(пиперидин-4-ил)этил)-5Н-пирроло[3,2-d]пиримидин-4-амина.
7. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-6 в форме фармацевтически приемлемой соли.
8. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-6 в форме свободного основания.
9. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая соединение по любому из пп. 1-6 или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль и один или более чем один фармацевтически приемлемый эксципиент.
10. Вакцинная композиция, содержащая соединение по любому из пп. 1-6 или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль и антиген или антигенную композицию.
11. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-6 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль для применения в терапии.
12. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-6 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль для применения в лечении аллергических заболеваний и других воспалительных состояний, инфекционных заболеваний и рака.
13. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-6 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль для применения в лечении аллергического ринита.
14. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-6 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль для применения в лечении астмы.
15. Применение соединения по любому из пп. 1-6 или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли в изготовлении лекарственного средства для лечения аллергических заболеваний и других воспалительных состояний, инфекционных заболеваний и рака.
