Abstract

1. Способ изготовления ламината, который содержит первую гибкую подложку и вторую гибкую подложку, причем указанный способ содержитнанесение двухкомпонентной адгезивной композиции на поверхность первой подложки для образования несущей адгезив поверхности первой подложки иконтактирование поверхности второй подложки с несущей адгезив поверхностью первой подложки для образования ламината,причем двухкомпонентная адгезивная композиция содержиткомпонент А, первый полиол, икомпонент В, полиуретановый форполимер с концевыми изоцианатными группами, который содержит продукт реакции второго полиола и модифицированного дифенилметандиизоцианата, выбранного из группы, состоящей из модифицированного карбодиимидом дифенилметандиизоцианата, модифицированного аллофанатом дифенилметандиизоцианата, модифицированного биуретом дифенилметандиизоцианата, полимерного дифенилметандиизоцианата и их смесей.2. Способ по п.1, в котором ламинат показывает коэффициент миграции РАА в продукты питания менее 50% относительно контроля через 3 суток после ламинирования.3. Способ по п.1, в котором форполимер содержит от 0 до 0,5 вес.% 2,2′-дифенилметандиизоцианата и от 0 до 10 вес.% 2,4′-дифенилметандиизоцианата.4. Способ по п.1, в котором первый полиол имеет вязкость не более 25000 мПа-с при 25°С±5°С.5. Способ по п.1, в котором форполимер представляет собой жидкость при температуре окружающей среды и имеет вязкость не более 25000 мПа-с при 25°С±5°С.6. Claims (20)

1. Способ изготовления ламината, который содержит первую гибкую подложку и вторую гибкую подложку, причем указанный способ содержит
нанесение двухкомпонентной адгезивной композиции на поверхность первой подложки для образования несущей адгезив поверхности первой подложки и
контактирование поверхности второй подложки с несущей адгезив поверхностью первой подложки для образования ламината,
причем двухкомпонентная адгезивная композиция содержит
компонент А, первый полиол, и
компонент В, полиуретановый форполимер с концевыми изоцианатными группами, который содержит продукт реакции второго полиола и модифицированного дифенилметандиизоцианата, выбранного из группы, состоящей из модифицированного карбодиимидом дифенилметандиизоцианата, модифицированного аллофанатом дифенилметандиизоцианата, модифицированного биуретом дифенилметандиизоцианата, полимерного дифенилметандиизоцианата и их смесей.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором ламинат показывает коэффициент миграции РАА в продукты питания менее 50% относительно контроля через 3 суток после ламинирования.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором форполимер содержит от 0 до 0,5 вес.% 2,2′-дифенилметандиизоцианата и от 0 до 10 вес.% 2,4′-дифенилметандиизоцианата.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором первый полиол имеет вязкость не более 25000 мПа-с при 25°С±5°С.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором форполимер представляет собой жидкость при температуре окружающей среды и имеет вязкость не более 25000 мПа-с при 25°С±5°С.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором модифицированный дифенилметандиизоцианат представляет собой модифицированный карбодиимидом дифенилметандиизоцианат, который содержит не более 2 вес.% триэтилфосфата.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором модифицированный дифенилметандиизоцианат представляет собой модифицированный карбодиимидом дифенилметандиизоцианат, который содержит не более 0,5 вес.% 2,2′-дифенилметандиизоцианата и не более 10 вес.% 2,4′ -дифенилметандиизоцианата.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором модифицированный дифенилметандиизоцианат представляет собой модифицированный аллофанатом дифенилметандиизоцианат, который содержит не более 0,5 вес.% 2,2′-дифенилметандиизоцианата и не более 10 вес.% 2,4′-дифенилметандиизоцианата.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором первый и второй полиолы представляют собой одинаковые или различные полиолы, причем каждый выбран из группы, состоящей из полиэфирных полиолов со сложноэфирными связями, полиэфирных полиолов с простыми эфирными связями, полиэфирных полиолов со сложноэфирными и простыми эфирными связями и их комбинаций.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором первая и вторая подложки изготовлены из одинаковых или различных материалов, причем каждая выбрана из группы, состоящей из полиэтилена, полипропилена, полиэфира, нейлона, сурлина, алюминиевой фольги, целлофана, полимолочной кислоты, металлизированного полиэфира, металлизированного полипропилена, аклара, бумаги и их ламинатов.
11. Ламинат для гибкого упаковочного материала, содержащий
первую гибкую подложку,
вторую гибкую подложку и
адгезивную композицию, ламинированную между первой и второй подложками, причем адгезив для ламинирования содержит продукт реакции
компонента А, первого полиола; и
компонента В, полиуретанового фор полимера с концевыми изоцианатными группами, содержащего продукт реакции
второго полиола и
по меньшей мере одного модифицированного дифенилметандиизоцианата, выбранного из группы, состоящей из модифицированного карбодиимидом дифенилметандиизоцианата, модифицированного аллофанатом дифенилметандиизоцианата, модифицированного биуретом дифенилметандиизоцианата, полимерного дифенилметандиизоцианата и их комбинаций.
12. Ламинат по п.11, в котором модифицированный дифенилметандиизоцианат представляет собой модифицированный карбодиимидом дифенилметандиизоцианат, который содержит не более 2 вес.% триэтилфосфата, не более 0,5 вес.% 2,2′-дифенилметандиизоцианата и не более 10 вес.% 2,4′-дифенилметандиизоцианата.
13. Ламинат по п.11, в котором модифицированный дифенилметандиизоцианат представляет собой модифицированный аллофанатом дифенилметандиизоцианат, который содержит не более 0,5 вес.% 2,2′-дифенилметандиизоцианата и не более 10 вес.% 2,4′-дифенилметандиизоцианата.
14. Ламинат по п.11, показывающий коэффициент миграции РАА в продукты питания менее 50% относительно контроля через 3 суток после ламинирования.
15. Упакованное пищевое изделие, содержащее
ламинат по п.11 в форме упаковки для пищевого продукта и
пищевой продукт, содержащийся в упаковке для пищевого продукта.
16. Изделие по п.15, в котором ламинат показывает коэффициент миграции РАА в продукты питания менее 50% относительно контроля через 3 суток после ламинирования.
17. Ламинирующая адгезивная композиция, содержащая:
компонент А, первый полиол, и
компонент В, полиуретановый форполимер с концевыми изоцианатными группами, содержащий продукт реакции:
(i) второго полиола и
(ii) по меньшей мере одного модифицированного дифенилметандиизоцианата, выбранного из группы, состоящей из модифицированного карбодиимидом дифенилметандиизоцианата, модифицированного аллофанатом дифенилметандиизоцианата, модифицированного биуретом дифенилметандиизоцианата, полимерного дифенилметандиизоцианата и их комбинаций,
причем форполимер содержит от 0 до 0,5 вес.% 2,2′-дифенилметандиизоцианата и от 0 до 10 вес.% 2,4′-дифенилметандиизоцианата, а адгезивная композиция показывает коэффициент миграции РАА в продукты питания менее 50% относительно контроля через 3 суток после ламинирования.
18. Адгезивная композиция по п.17, в которой форполимер представляет собой жидкость при температуре окружающей среды и имеет вязкость не более 25000 мПа-с при 25°С±5°С.
19. Адгезивная композиция по п.17, в которой модифицированный дифенилметандиизоцианат представляет собой модифицированный карбодиимидом дифенилметандиизоцианат, который содержит не более 0,5 вес.% 2,2′-дифенилметандиизоцианата, не более 10 вес.% 2,4′-дифенилметандиизоцианата и не более 2 вес.% триэтилфосфата.
20. Адгезивная композиция по п.17, в которой модифицированный дифенилметандиизоцианат представляет собой модифицированный аллофанатом дифенилметандиизоцианат, который содержит не более 0,5 вес.% 2,2′-дифенилметандиизоцианата и не более 10 вес.% 2,4′-дифенилметандиизоцианата.
