Abstract
Description
1)触媒の添加による接着剤処方物の化学硬化反応の促進。
2)ラミネート直後の3〜7日間の少なくとも40℃を超える温度でのコンポジットフィルムの状態調節。
A)a1)ポリイソシアネートが
i 2〜3.8、好ましくは2〜3.2、特に好ましくは2〜2.4の範囲の平均官能価を有すること、
ii 11〜51重量%、好ましくは21〜51重量%、特に21〜51重量%の範囲のNCO含有量を有すること、
a2)イソシアネート基含有成分が、ポリマー結合第三級アミノ基を含有すること
を特徴とする、少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネートを含有するイソシアネート基含有成分、
B)a1)平均官能価が2〜4の範囲、好ましくは2〜3.6の範囲であること
a2)OH価が6〜720mgKOH/gの範囲、好ましくは28〜480mgKOH/gの範囲、特に好ましくは40〜240mgKOH/gの範囲であること
を特徴とする、少なくとも1つのポリヒドロキシ化合物を含有するポリオール成分、
c)必要に応じて他の添加剤
を含有する、3日以内に室温で適切な中間層接着を生じさせるコンポジット材料のための接着剤処方物、および上記の接着剤処方物を用いるコンポジット材料の製造方法が提供される。

%NCO: 重量%NCO基におけるNCO含有量
IA: 以下のコンポジット12μmポリエチレンテレフタレート/9μmアルミニウムホイル/60μmポリエチレンフィルムにおけるアルミニウムおよびポリエチレン層の間の中間層接着[N/15mm]
P1:KOH触媒作用により製造された、エチレンジアミンで開始したポリプロピレンエーテルテトラオール、OHN 470。
NCO1:
≧99.5重量%および≧49.7%NCOの含有量を有するヘキサメチレン1,6−ジイソシアネート(HDI)
1242gのP1を8757gのNCO1に100℃で2時間以内に連続的に撹拌しながら滴下する。変換が完了した後、過剰のHDIを130℃および<1mbarで蒸留により分離する。以下の特性を有するプレポリマーを得る:粘度(23℃、40秒−1)139Pas、15.0%NCO、0.18重量%遊離HDI。
363gのP2を2137gのNCO1に100℃で2時間以内連続的に撹拌しながら液滴状に添加する。変換が完了した後、過剰のHDIを130℃および<1mbarで蒸留により分離する。以下の特性を有するプレポリマーを得る:粘度(23℃、40秒−1)1054mPas、10.91%NCO、0.04重量%遊離HDI。
2563gのP3を3936gのNCO1に100℃で2時間以内連続的に撹拌しながら液滴状に添加する。変換が完了した後、過剰のHDIを130℃および<1mbarで蒸留により分離する。以下の特性を有するプレポリマーを得る:粘度(23℃、40秒−1)1262mPas、6.49%NCO、0.03重量%遊離HDI。
ポリオール成分およびポリイソシアネート成分の混合物は、本質的に貯蔵に適していないので、これは、フィルムコンポジットの製造直前に製造する。
フィルムコンポジットは、Polytype(フレイブルグ、スイス国)からの「Polttest 440」溶媒不含ラミネート装置を用いて製造する。
Claims (13)
- 脂肪族イソシアネートをベースとするプレポリマーであって、該脂肪族イソシアネートは該プレポリマーに結合した第三級アミノ基を含有する、プレポリマー。
- 第三級アミノ基を、ポリイソシアネート成分によりプレポリマーに導入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレポリマー。
- 第三級アミノ基を、イソシアネート反応性成分によりプレポリマーに導入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレポリマー。
- プレポリマーの製造に用いる脂肪族ポリイソシアネートは、11〜51重量%のNCO含有量および2〜3.8の公称平均官能価を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレポリマー。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプレポリマーを含有する調製物。
- 接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の調製物。
- 創傷封止およびケアのための接着剤および石膏系の製造における請求項5または6に記載の調製物の使用。
- 請求項4および6のいずれかに記載の調製物により被覆した基材。
- 包装材料であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の基材。
- フィルムコンポジットの製造のための、請求項6に記載の接着剤の使用。
- コンポジットフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の使用。
- 食料包装のためのフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の使用。
- 請求項8に記載の基材で少なくとも部分的に包装された食料。
