Claims (32)

1. Двухкомпонентная адгезивная композиция, не содержащая растворителя, содержащая:
изоцианатный компонент, содержащий изоцианатный форполимер, который является продуктом реакции реагентов, содержащих:
по меньшей мере один полиизоцианат;
по меньшей мере один полиол, выбранный из группы, состоящей из сложного полиэфирполиола, простого полиэфирполиола и их комбинаций; и
по меньшей мере один полиол, имеющий две или большее количество групп ОН и группу с водородной мостиковой связью, и
полиольный компонент, содержащий по меньшей мере один полиол, выбранный из группы, состоящей из сложного полиэфирполиола, простого полиэфирполиола и их комбинаций.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один из: изоцианатный компонент или полиольный компонент, дополнительно содержит полиол на биооснове.
3. Композиция по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что полиол на биооснове является касторовым маслом.
4. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что соотношение по массе изоцианатного компонента к полиольному компоненту составляет от 5:1 до 1:1.
5. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиольный компонент дополнительно содержит промотор адгезии, выбранный из группы, состоящей из аминосилана, эпоксисилана и их комбинаций.
6. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиольный компонент дополнительно содержит полиол, имеющий две или большее количество групп OH и группу с водородной мостиковой связью.
7. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиол, имеющий группы ОН и группу с водородной мостиковой связью, содержит как гидроксильную, так и СООН-кислотную функциональную группу.
8. Двухкомпонентная адгезивная композиция, не содержащая растворителя, содержащая:
изоцианатный компонент, содержащий форполимер изоцианата, который является продуктом реакции реагентов, включающих в себя, в расчете на общую массу изоцианатного компонента:
от 10 до 80 процентов по массе по меньшей мере одного полиизоцианата;
от 2 до 35 процентов по массе по меньшей мере одного сложного полиэфирполиола;
от 5 до 45 процентов по массе по меньшей мере одного простого полиэфирполиола; и
от 0,01 до 25 процентов по массе по меньшей мере одного полиола, содержащего две или большее количество групп ОН и группу с водородной мостиковой связью, а также
полиольный компонент, содержащий, в расчете на общую массу полиольного компонента:
от 0 до 100 процентов по массе по меньшей мере одного сложного полиэфирполиола; и
от 0 до 100 процентов по массе по меньшей мере одного простого полиэфирполиола.
9. Способ получения ламината, включающий в себя:
получение адгезивной композиции, не содержащей растворителя, посредством приведения в контакт реагентов, включающих в себя:
изоцианатный компонент, содержащий изоцианатный форполимер, который является продуктом реакции реагентов, включающих в себя:
по меньшей мере один полиизоцианат;
по меньшей мере один полиол, выбранный из группы, состоящей из сложного полиэфирполиола, простого полиэфирполиола и их комбинаций; и
по меньшей мере один полиол, имеющий две или большее количество групп ОН и группу с водородной мостиковой связью; и
полиольный компонент, содержащий полиол, выбранный из группы, состоящей из сложного полиэфирполиола, простого полиэфирполиола и их комбинаций;
нанесение слоя адгезивной композиции на поверхность пленки;
приведение указанного слоя в контакт с поверхностью другой пленки с получением ламината; и
отверждение адгезивной композиции.
10. Ламинат, полученный способом по п. 9.
