Claims (28)
1. Способ получения слоистого материала, включающий
(a) получение адгезивной композиции посредством приведения в контакт компонентов, содержащих
(I) изоцианатный компонент, содержащий преполимер с изоцианатной функциональной группой, который представляет собой продукт взаимодействия реагентов, содержащих
(A) один или более ароматических полиизоцианатов и
(B) один или более полиолов, и
(II) полиольный компонент, содержащий
(A) от 0 до 50 мас.% одного или более простых полиэфирполиолов от массы указанного полиольного компонента,
(B) один или более жирных триглицеридов, и
(С) один или более УФ-поглотителей, или один или более светостабилизаторов на основе стерически затрудненного амина, или их комбинацию,
(b) нанесение слоя указанной адгезивной композиции на поверхность первой пленки,
(c) приведение в контакт указанного слоя с поверхностью второй пленки с получением слоистого материала;
(d) после получения указанного слоистого материала – отверждение адгезивной композиции или обеспечение возможности отверждения указанной адгезивной композиции,
при этом стадии (b) и (c) осуществляют в момент, когда осталось 50 мол.% или более не прореагировавших изоцианатных групп указанного преполимера.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанная адгезивная композиция содержит от 0 до 5% растворителя.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанный жирный триглицерид имеет одну или более боковых гидроксильных групп.
4. Слоистый материал, полученный способом по п. 1.
5. Двухкомпонентная адгезивная композиция, содержащая
(I) изоцианатный компонент, содержащий преполимер с изоцианатной функциональной группой, который представляет собой продукт взаимодействия реагентов, содержащих
(A) один или более ароматических мономерных полиизоцианатов и
(B) один или более полиолов, и
(II) полиольный компонент, содержащий
(A) от 0 до 50 мас.% одного или более простых полиэфирполиолов от массы указанного полиольного компонента,
(B) один или более жирных триглицеридов, и
(С) один или более УФ-поглотителей, или один или более светостабилизаторов на основе стерически затрудненного амина, или их комбинацию.
6. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанная композиция содержит от 0 до 5% растворителя.
7. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанный изоцианатный компонент имеет %NCO от 12% до 19%.
8. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанный жирный триглицерид имеет одну или более боковых гидроксильных групп.
9. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанный полиольный компонент содержит УФ-поглотитель и светостабилизатор на основе стерически затрудненного амина.
