Claims (13)

1. Композиция ламинирующего клея, содержащая
a) первый форполимер, содержащий продукт взаимодействия метилендифенилдиизоцианата и первого полиола, и
b) второй форполимер, содержащий продукт взаимодействия изоцианата и второго полиола, причем указанный второй форполимер содержит менее 0,1 массового процента свободных мономеров изоцианата
при этом указанная композиция ламинирующего клея по существу не содержит растворителей.
2. Композиция ламинирующего клея по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный первый форполимер содержится в количестве от 0,1 массового процента до 99,9 массовых процентов, и указанный второй форполимер содержится в количестве от 0,1 массового процента до 99,9 массовых процентов относительно общей массы указанной водной композиции.
3. Композиция ламинирующего клея по любому из пп. 1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанные первый полиол и второй полиол являются одинаковыми или разными и выбраны из группы, состоящей из простых полиэфиров, сложных полиэфиров и комбинаций указанных соединений.
4. Композиция ламинирующего клея по любому из пп. 1 – 3, отличающаяся тем, что метилендифенилдиизоцианат в первом форполимере представляет собой 4,4'-метилендифенилдиизоцианат.
5. Композиция ламинирующего клея по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что изоцианат во втором форполимере содержит толуолдиизоцианат.
6. Способ получения композиции ламинирующего клея, включающий смешивание
i) первого форполимера, содержащего продукт взаимодействия метилендифенилдиизоцианата и первого полиола, и
ii) второго форполимера, содержащего продукт взаимодействия изоцианата, содержащего менее 0,1 массового процента свободных мономеров, и второго полиола.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что i) и ii) смешивают при температуре в диапазоне от 20°С до 120°С.
8. Композиция ламинирующего клея по п. 1, имеющая скорость разложения первичных ароматических аминов в диапазоне от 1 до 3 дней на пленке ориентированного полиамида/полиэтиленэтилвинилацетата, содержащей 3 массовых процента этилвинилацетата.
