Claims (22)
1. Двухкомпонентная клеящая композиция, не содержащая растворитель, содержащая
изоцианатный компонент, содержащий изоцианат; и
компонент, способный взаимодействовать с изоцианатом, содержащий:
инициированный амином полиол, содержащий две или более первичных гидроксильных групп и основную цепь, включающую третичные аминогруппы; и
сложный фосфатный эфир полиола.
2. Двухкомпонентная клеящая композиция, не содержащая растворитель, по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный инициированный амином полиол содержит от 2 до 12 функциональных групп, имеет гидроксильное число от 5 до 1830 и вязкость при 25°C от 500 до 30000 мПа-с.
3. Двухкомпонентная клеящая композиция, не содержащая растворитель, по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный инициированный амином полиол составляет от 0,5 до 30 процентов по массе компонента, способного взаимодействовать с изоцианатом, в пересчете на общую массу компонента, способного взаимодействовать с изоцианатом.
4. Двухкомпонентная клеящая композиция, не содержащая растворитель, по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный инициированный амином полиол имеет структуру I
где R1, R2 и R3 независимо представляют собой линейную или разветвленную алкильную группу.
5. Двухкомпонентная клеящая композиция, не содержащая растворитель, по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный сложный фосфатный эфир полиола составляет от 0,2 до 30 процентов по массе компонента, способного взаимодействовать с изоцианатом, в пересчете на общую массу компонента, способного взаимодействовать с изоцианатом.
6. Двухкомпонентная клеящая композиция, не содержащая растворитель, по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный сложный фосфатный эфир полиола получен из трифункционального пропиленгликоля, полифосфорной кислоты и полиизоцианата, где сложный фосфатный эфир полиола содержит фосфорную кислоту в количестве менее 3 процентов по массе в пересчете на массу сложного фосфатного эфира полиола и имеет вязкость менее 40000 сП при 25°C.
7. Двухкомпонентная клеящая композиция, не содержащая растворитель, по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая усилитель адгезии.
8. Двухкомпонентная клеящая композиция, не содержащая растворитель, по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что указанный усилитель адгезии выбран из группы, состоящей из связывающего агента, эпоксидной смолы, фосфорной кислоты, полифосфорной кислоты, сложного фосфатного эфира и комбинаций двух или более указанных соединений.
9. Слоистая структура, содержащая двухкомпонентную клеящую композицию, не содержащую растворитель, по п. 1.
10. Способ получения слоистой структуры, включающий
равномерное нанесение изоцианатного компонента на первый субстрат, где изоцианатный компонент содержит изоцианат;
равномерное нанесение компонента, способного взаимодействовать с изоцианатом, на второй субстрат, где компонент, способный взаимодействовать с изоцианатом, содержит
инициированный амином полиол, содержащий первичные гидроксильные группы и основную цепь, включающую третичные аминогруппы; и
сложный фосфатный эфир полиола;
приведение в контакт первого и второго субстратов, в результате чего происходит смешение и взаимодействие изоцианатного компонента и компонента, способного взаимодействовать с изоцианатом, с обеспечением клеящего материала между первым и вторым субстратами; и
отверждение клеящего материала с обеспечением связывания первого и второго субстратов.
