Abstract

イソシアネート成分は、少なくとも1つのイソシアネートを含む。少なくとも1つのイソシアネートは、イソシアネートプレポリマー、イソシアネートモノマー、ポリイソシアネート(例えば、ダイマー、トリマーなど)、およびそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択することができる。本明細書で使用される場合、「ポリイソシアネート」は、2つ以上のイソシアネート基を含有する任意の化合物である。イソシアネートプレポリマーは、少なくとも1つのイソシアネートおよび少なくとも1つのポリオールを含む反応物の反応生成物である。本明細書で使用される場合、「イソシアネートプレポリマー」は、ポリイソシアネート自体であり得る。

Claims (18)
- 予め混合された二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物であって、
少なくとも1つのイソシアネートを含むイソシアネート成分と、
3〜8の官能価および20〜1,000のヒドロキシル価を有する少なくとも1つのアミン開始ポリオールを含むポリオール成分と、を含む、予め混合された二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1つのイソシアネートが、モノマーイソシアネート、ポリマーイソシアネート、イソシアネートプレポリマー、およびそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物。
