Claims (24)

1. Способ получения ламинированной структуры, включающий
равномерное нанесение изоцианатного компонента на первый субстрат, где изоцианатный компонент содержит, по меньшей мере, один изоцианат;
равномерное нанесение полиольного компонента на второй субстрат;
соединение первого и второго субстратов вместе, что приводит к смешиванию и реакции изоцианатного компонента и полиольного компонента с образованием клея между первым и вторым субстратами; и
отверждение клея для склеивания первого и второго субстратов,
где клей имеет вязкость более чем 10000 мПа-с (при 40°С), в течение 10 минут после соединения первого и второго субстратов вместе.
2. Способ получения ламинированной структуры по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что изоцианатный компонент и полиольный компонент наносятся на первый субстрат и второй субстрат, соответственно, в соотношении изоцианатного компонента к полиольному компоненту от 0,5:1 до 1,5:1.
3. Способ получения ламинированной структуры по п. 1, дополнительно включающий смешивание изоцианатного компонента и полиольного компонента после соединения первого субстрата и второго субстрата путем пропускания первого субстрата и второго субстрата через один или несколько роликов.
4. Cпособ получения ламинированной структуры, включающий
равномерное нанесение изоцианатного компонента на первый субстрат, где изоцианатный компонент содержит, по меньшей мере, один изоцианат;
равномерное нанесение полиольного компонента на второй субстрат, где полиольный компонент содержит, по меньшей мере, один инициируемый амином полиол, содержащий первичные гидроксильные группы и основную цепь, включающую третичные амины;
соединение первого и второго субстратов вместе, что приводит к смешиванию и реакции изоцианатного компонента и полиольного компонента с образованием клея между первым и вторым субстратами; и отверждение клея для склеивания первого и второго субстратов.
5. Способ получения ламинированной структуры по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что клей имеет вязкость более чем 10000 мПа-с (при 40°C) в течение 10 минут после соединения первого и второго субстратов.
6. Способ получения ламинированной структуры по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что инициируемый амином полиол имеет структуру I

в которой R1, R2 и R3 независимо представляют собой линейную или разветвленную алкильную группу.
7. Способ получения ламинированной структуры по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что инициируемый амином полиол имеет функциональность 4.
8. Способ получения ламинированной структуры по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что инициируемый амином полиол имеет гидроксильное число 37.
9. Способ получения ламинированной структуры по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что инициируемый амином полиол имеет вязкость при 25°С около 1200 мПа-с.
10. Способ получения ламинированной структуры, включающий
равномерное нанесение изоцианатного компонента на первый субстрат, где изоцианатный компонент содержит, по меньшей мере, один изоцианат;
равномерное нанесение полиольного компонента на второй субстрат, где полиольный компонент содержит, по меньшей мере, один катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из висмутовых катализаторов, цинковых катализаторов, циркониевых катализаторов, оловянных катализаторов и алюминиевых катализаторов;
соединение первого и второго субстратов вместе, что приводит к смешиванию и реакции изоцианатного компонента и полиольного компонента с образованием клея между первым и вторым субстратами; и
отверждение клея для склеивания первого и второго субстратов.
